In Hendersonville for a memorial service. Very clean room and the front desk and housekeeping accommodated a couple of special requests with smiles and goodwill. Convenient location and more than adequate breakfast. If you want a breakfast with local food and feel check out the Fireside turning right out the driveway about 150 yards.

This was my first time staying in this particular Hotel, but it is a part of the Hilton Chain and I love that they offer a free breakfast. When I pulled up to this Hotel it's in an industrial looking area and you can tell that the Hotel is older. But as soon as I walked in, I was impressed. The lobby and the rooms have a contemporary modern look and I felt that my room was clean. I arrived early, but was allowed to check in about 45 minutes early without even having to ask and that is what I ca... Read more

The staff set up the rewards program for me and gave me additional points I had earned but didn't know about. Would recommend.

I had a suite over memorial day weekend. It was a lovely suite, very comfortable, the bed was lovely with soft sheets. My major complaint is how noisy the doors when they close. There is no way to do it quietly, so when the hotel was full the doors were banging - loudly - all night long. I was awakened at 11:30, 1am and 5:30 am by the doors closing. It wasn't the fault of the guests - it is how the doors are structured.

I stay at this location at least once a year. Quality of housekeeping is not up to par for Hilton brand. We had clean linen and bedding! Room was not thoroughly clean: floor not vacuumed(clothing behind chair, tooth brush left on vanity, jam spread across end table. In previous visits I have not had that disappointment. Front staff needs to be more social. Thy show a pleasant face but never seem to be very receptive. Yes ,I will stay there again, as I am brand loyal.

I never stay at Hampton Inn, I was so pleasantly surprised, the rooms, breakfast, front desk all were incredible and diligent. I am Very pleased and would 100 percent stay again when in in the area. It was very busy and the staff handled the all my requests and actually called me to tell me an extra room came available. Just all around please and service was unexpectantly great

I guess for the price I paid, I was expecting something a little nicer. The location was fine, we were only in town for the weekend and didn't spend much time in the room. It was decently clean. The window only had a pull down shade, so it was either open for everyone to see in the room (we were on the 1st floor) or completely dark in the room. Housekeeping was banging on doors by 8 am, so apparently they want you out ASAP.

Was here for one night while traveling through the area. It's an older property and the rooms were laid out a bit unusual, but clean and comfortable. I was visiting the Brevard Music Center but the Brevard Hampton Inn was full so this was the nearest alternative. The motel itself was up to Hampton Inn standards; you know what to expect and this is why I chose Hampton Inn while on the road. However, after going to my room, I noticed that it appeared extremely small for a rural Hampton Inn. Looking at the diagram on the door, I noticed this was the smallest room on the floor. Over the past few years, prices for hotels in Asheville have increased considerably, and for our Fourth of July visit to the area, hotels in Asheville comparable to this one (including Hampton) were $100-150 more than hotels in Hendersonville, and while the drive to Asheville is up to about 30 minutes (though maybe only 10-20 minutes more than a hotel in various parts of Asheville itself, depending on where you stay), I would certainly spend the extra few minutes driving to save that much every ... We always stop in Hendersonville as the halfway to the beach. I am usually cheap and just book the cheapest room in town. This year I decided to pay a little more and stay at the Hampton. It was worth it. The hotel was so clean and modern. We are spoiled now and won't stay anywhere but the Hampton when we are passing through. The only minor negative was that the pool was TINY and there is no not tub.
