I spent 5 nights at this hotel recently in a queen studio suite. Hotel in general and my room in particular were in great condition. The exercise room was small, but well-maintained and served my purposes perfectly. Breakfast was excellent each morning. Free drinks and small plates on Monday and Tuesday was a nice touch. What set it apart, though, was the staff - each person I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is also good - very short drive to downtown and ECU mai... Read more

I've stayed at different residence Inns. This one is standard fair. It was nice and clean. The staff was prompt and curteous. They do offer free wifi and the option to upgrade to a better service is available. Everything was as expected. Would definitely stay again.

Residence Inn as a brand has a lot to offer, and one of the biggest perks is the space the suites have, allowing travelers to spread out and relax. This location is no exception, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the stay. There is plenty of parking, and the staff is very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

This is one of the better spots to stay in Greenville for business. The hotel is reasonably modern, my room was clean. Staff were very efficient too. Coffee was on very early in the morning, before breakfast is open.

We had a very nice 1 night stay with other family members. Staff is very friendly, rooms very large, clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Nice eating counters but tables too small for group of 4. Lobby very nice looking.

I stay in Greenville 2 nights per week during the fall and spring. I have stayed at most of the major hotels in town, and this residence inn ties with the Hampton Inn for my favorite. In terms of room quality, RI wins, the Hampton Inn only stands out because of the nice evening snacks/drinks, but the HI has smaller rooms. Focusing on the RI: The rooms are huge mini-suites, complete with kitchenettes, a proper desk, L-shaped sofas and power outlets EVERWHERE. Week nights a snack is served alo... Read more

Great accommodations! Everything was perfect and hotel very accommodating! Rooms were very clean and easy to get too from ECU. Made reservation several months ahead of visit and got updates with reminders which some chains do not do.

My husband and I go to Greenville to visit our son at ECU. The staff here are extremely helpful and well trained. The room is nicely planned with an equipped kitchen, cold refrigerator, comfortable bed and sitting area. The included breakfast is plentiful; fresh fruit, fiber, protein and choices of yogurt and breads are available. There are no ice machines but the refrigerator freezer makes ice and the super friendly desk clerk found some ice for me. The coffee at breakfast can run out, it happe... Read more

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last couple of years as our daughter is a student at ECU. When we first visited the hotel, it was almost new and everything seemed to be great including the customer service. We stayed at this hotel on August 6th and on September 17th of this year and did not have a good experience on either stay. On our visit in August, we asked for a check-in on the mobile app for 11am, only to arrive and told that the room was not ready and check-in tim... Read more
