Daughter and I were in the area for her golf tournament. We stayed here due to the tournament staff indicating this as the preferred hotel. Hotel was clean, staff were nice. Beds for me were a little firm. No refrigerator in the queen bed rooms as far as I could tell using the online check-in. Our room did not have one. The hotel breakfast was typical. Stayed recently at this hotel. Great location, staff and night stay. I was surprise to find out this location had an evening Manager's reception, a welcome surprise. I would recommend staying at this hotel when in Greensboro. It is close to the Airport, several top restaurants and right off the interstate.

Customer service is not a strong point for this hotel. The furnishings are traditional and dark. The fitness center is extremely small. If you are looking for a place just to sleep, change and leave, this is a decent hotel. If you plan on spending any extended time in your room or the hotel, this is not the ideal situation. I was charged with the task of locating a hotel for members of my daughters travel soccer team. We added this tournament at the last minute and many of the hotels were booked. I contacted Ryan via email to make arrangements and he promptly got back to me with a quote and a contract. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I called months prior to my arrival to ensure a crib and fridge was in my room. I also called the morning of check in to make sure I had both of these items. All confirmed over the phone. When I get there, no fridge. I was storing breastmilk and needed a safe way to store it. I had to keep hounding the front desk for the fridge until I finally got one the next day.

Everyone at this hotel makes you feel like they are truly thrilled that you're there for a stay. The will bend over backwards to make your visit everything you hope it would be. I've never had a need they haven't been able to meet. For a first class stay, good value, and great convenience, this is the property you want.

The hotel was not as clean as I am used to...stains on elevator floors, gym was not very clean, etc. The phone in our room did not work either which was inconvenient. But with all my complaints, I have to say all the employees that worked there listened to my concerns and worked with me to correct them!

Excellent value for the money. Staff very friendly and outgoing. Clean. Comfortable. Very fast internet connections and internet speed. Close to the airport and business customer. Will stay there again on the next business trip to Greensboro. Like the social hour at the end of the day. Great place to unwind and converse with other business travelers.

The hotel was conveniently located near I-95. The rooms were clean, but not updated as many of the Hamptons are. The air conditioner was loud and inefficient. Overall our stay here was satisfactory for the price paid.

Hampton Inn Greensboro-Airport was a great place to stay. Staff and community was very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going into the area. Hampton Inn always deliver excellent customer service.

we spent a long and tiresome day at the airport only to have our flight cancelled. The people at the Hampton Inn acted like it was thier personal responsability to make up for our bad day. Made us feel totally pampered. Kudos to Stephanie, Brandi, Debbie, and especially James.

I had 2 rooms booked for my family and I as we were in town overnight for a wedding. The rooms were nice and clean, ESPECIALLY the beds! Super comfy. Breakfast was decent and they kept the food counter clean and full. I just wish they would have a turkey bacon or sausage option for non pork eaters.

Bathroom toilet ran. Breakfast bar skimpy. Pool questionable. I was disappointed because I have stayed at other Hampton Inns. This one needs work. The check in experience was also less than satisfying.

Fifth year straight staying at this hotel and we are very satisfied. Only shortcoming is very slow internet access. We love the complimentary breakfast and cookies. We plan on staying there next aye for the Jehovah's Witnesses Convention.

In a neighborhood of competing hotels, choices are abundant. This Hampton met our needs as a stopover between home and our destination. A tiny pool outside by the entrance was good for kids more than adults. Polite customer service, a clean room and a good breakfast made the stay comfortable but not memorable. Restaurant choices were available nearby but not in walking distance.

Great area and lots of nice hotels around. Very friendly people. I was worried about the noise being close to the airport but it was minimal! Very comfortable stay! Easy access and was easy to get to the coliseum and to downtown for site seeing!

Great hotel!! After a day at the water park with two kids the staff was great the hotel was clean and quiet. Staff help me locate a my boys favorite restaurant. We arrived in time for a managers reception! Wonderful surprise after a long hot day in the sun!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice conference area (for about 12-15 people) and rooms were also cozy. Good location for us being close to the highway and easy on/off. Well done landscaping had a spacious feel.

Let me start by saying that I am a Hilton Honors member. So, I'm a fan of their brand to begin with. I always receive good value for the money spent and have had no issues with this particular hotel. I've stayed in this particular Hampton Inn numerous times. The quality of service is consistent.

We stay at Hampton Inn's when it is possible. We generally like them. This Hampton however was not as comfortable as others. The mattress was very hard, the room had a musty odor and the AC unit made a loud noise when it ran. An additional noise kick on and off during the night also....we were quite sure what it was. The staff at this Hampton were VERY friendly and attentive. The gal at the front desk was outstanding....I think her name was Sandi... part of her name was erased on her badge.

this is an old Hampton Inn that needs renovation - does not meet the quality of other Hampton Inns - rooms are musty smelling and the "handicap" room does not meet handicap standards - too small room for a wheelchair - bathroom does not meet handicap standards. staff is nice but hotel is old

When on the road, we know that a Hampton Inn sign means a good bed and a hot breakfast. The hotel was easy to get to and the staff was friendly and helpful. I think my only complaint was the fitted sheet kept working loose from the mattress. An easy fix was just to pull it back into place. I will remember to call them, if I need a hotel in that area.

I arrived at this hotel after 1 am on a Friday night. There were people by the parking lot and it appeared they were looking at the various cars. I personally did not feel safe about this as I had a rental car with items in it. I carried everything in due to this concern. The front desk person was nice. It's okay, not the most up to date Hampton I have stayed at. There are numerous room issues that have served their purpose over the years. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Not horrible, but not the best either. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Rooms are dated and look old and worn. Sofa in my looked dirty and worn. I did not feel comfortable sitting on it without covering with a towel. The chair at the desk had seen its best days. I nearly fell out of it when I tried to lean back, or even sit back in it. I am short (5' 2.5") and the chair did not work for me when I tried to sit at the desk.

HI is my go to brand when on the road. Unfortunately, this has to be the oldest HI in the Hilton family. Non smoking room wreaked of cig smoke. I asked to be moved but there was no other room. Bed and pillows were fantastic as was the service. The room had an HD flat screen but the rest of the king suite was original equipment. At least 25 years old.

This place is almost always busy, and there's a reason, it's a good stay for the money. The staff is very professional and efficient and the hotel is nice and clean. There are other hotels in the area, but I believe this is one of the nicer ones with nice price, Very convenient to airport as well as food places all up and down hwy 68.

My husband and I booked this past weekend in a jacuzzi suite, and were very pleased with the rates and amenities. While there is no indoor pool, we were able to relax in the jacuzzi in the room. Stayed here with u12 softball team. Hotel was very nice.pool needed to be larger. Continental breakfast was very good, had a good variety. When reservations are made for a team they need to be put together. Most were but the few that were not were disappointed

This is a good hotel, relatively clean & comfortable. Starting to show a little wear, but the staff are amazing & make every effort to make your stay pleasurable. The breakfast selections are pretty good & the breakfast area is reasonably comfortable. Safe location & relatively quiet rooms. It's getting about time for some updating, but the beds are comfy & the rooms are pretty clean.

Priced above $200 per night during busiest week of year but I was expecting what I usually get from Hampton Inn. Decor and bathroom very dated wit a musky odor. Staff is very accommodating. We arrived after 11:00 pm and Ryan offered to take me to fast food and back when he clocked out.

The house-keeping staff did not clean the room. That affected my opinion of the cleanliness of the hotel. I think there was a big event and the house keeping staff did a rush job instead of insuring that each room was properly cleaned.

Great stay. Close to the highway and was a 15 minute drive from the wedding we were staying at. The breakfast isn't fantastic, but it is free so can't complain too much. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very polite and helpful.

I generally stay at this particular hotel when I am traveling for business. I have stayed at this particular hotel for the past 8 years. Great customer service and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If for some reason room should have issues - maintenance takes care of the situation quickly.

As a diamond-level Hilton member, I have stayed at many Hampton Inns across the U.S. This is an average one. The rooms are OK, in terms of the size, cleanliness, and quality of the furnishings. Just be careful booking with them. They are not customer driven ! I gave them 23 hours to cancel 3 rooms. They did cancel but charged me full price for all 3 rooms !. Even though I booked with a another Hampton Inn in another town, Hilton doesn't care ! Unwilling to even discuss the issue. I was Hilton Honors Gold but I am through with any Hilton property now.

This place is SHAMEFUL !!!! Came in a little over an hour before 3 pm and asked if I could check in early. Well a First at a Hampton NO was the answer I recieved.
