Embassy Suites is an awesome hotel with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone. The room were very clean and neat. The managers reception was excellent as well as the breakfast. I could not ask for any better. Everywhere I go I try and find an embassy suites to stay at. This place makes me feel like home each and every time I stay.

It's been my experience that Embassy Suites are an upscale brand in the Hilton chain. The Greensboro hotel was an exception to that. The room was dirty, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the linens were pretty threadbare. Not what we were expecting, especially for the price, and not a hotel we'd use again, or recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for a wedding. Now I'm an Hilton Honors frequent user going back to Marriott. Worse hotel I have been in last 10 years. Mold on shower curtains and bed linen - asked house keeping to change never did - stayed 2 days had 2 rooms for my family - everyone complained of clogged toilets and showers including my room - floors sticky in some areas - asked to have security control the high number of kids running amok - This was the worse managed property - DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

We spent one evening here and enjoyed everything about it. The check-in was smooth and courteous and there was an evening social on a Saturday evening that I didn't expect since most hotels I've been to hold them in the middle of the week. The room was clean but the furniture and the carpet need to be updated. The guys at the omelet station at breakfast were pleasant and kind. The only thing I think they can do better is perhaps use a little more judgment when it comes to wrapping up breakfast... Read more

I really enjoyed my stay here. The facility is larger than any other embassy I have stayed. The reception area is very larger and has a sitting area where people with small kids could sit and watch their kids place. The breakfast was good and the reception in the evening with free drink and snacks - real snacks like veggie, cheese and fruit tray were tasty along with the strawberry shortcake. The area where the facility is located is nice and has a country setting. I really enjoyed the stay ... Read more

I just stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. The shuttle service is great and they'll pick you up from the airport within 10 minutes after letting them know you've arrived. They also will take you back to the airport as the shuttle leaves 30 minutes past every hour, around the clock. The breakfast is by far the best part of the hotel. The fresh omelette every morning along with fruit and plenty of other options. Not too long of a wait, but I guess it would be different depending how... Read more

The hotel is very close to the airport and the staff was friendly but the building is in need of updating and cleaning. When we arrived the front door trash barrels were overflowing and cigarette butts all over the ground. The carpet in the room was pulling up and the furniture was a bit beat up. The back of the bathroom door had toothpaste drool running down it. There was a function going on in the lobby until after midnight that was very loud mostly due to how the Embassy is laid out like... Read more

This good hotel with gym, bar, pool and other facilities offers good value for money. The only downside is the lack of restaurant vacilities in the evenings. Breakfast and lunch however is excellent and the staff was very very friendly and caring. Located a bit outside down town Greensboro is not really an issue as there are a waste varaity of restaurants just a few minutes drive away and shopping centres that blow your mind away on equally short driving distance. Hotel is closed to the airport and to the work place I was visiting, but there is really nothing else close to the hotel so you need to drive around to do things. The room was quite big with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. It was clean and cleaned up every morning. Wi-Fi was included but a bit slow. Perfect with a gym even though it was quite small. But you had the most basics for a gym with Treadmills, Dumbbells and two strength machines. Breakfast, just as you more or less expect as an ... Read more

I can really recommend this hotel for those not booking a large group event. The rooms are comfortable and extremely spacious with a separate lounge area. The breakfast is great (the best of the free breakfast brands) and there are two hours early evening where all guests get the sorts of free drinks and nibbles you normally only get at "executive level" in their concierge lounges. However, we were part of a large congress (around 400 guests sharing some 200 rooms) and the hotel couldn't cope. ... Read more

Having stayed at this hotel previously for several nights, we had encountered a noisy group of adults and children, (understandably not their fault due to the echo in the atrium). This go round, no group and just a very quick pleasant stay. It's a pretty Embassy, and we again dined at the in-house restaurant which was very good. The room had all of the standard accoutrements one would expect at this level, and we were acknowledged as Hilton Honors. A nice one night stay.

The staff here is awesome but the rooms are showing their age. The furniture and carpets are worn and the doors and walls have plenty of nicks and scratches. We always enjoy Embassy Suites hotel! Love the 2 separate rooms! Love the breakfast and omelette's! Love Managers reception! This one in Greensboro could use a little updating in the lobby, dining room and wish it had a cenceriege room like the one in Concord, NC does!

We stay here because family comes in town for the local autism walk. It gives us space to hang out. My son is comfortable and we love the pool, buffet breakfast, and evening reception each night. Satisfied

Stayed here on business trip and I found it to be a pleasant stop. For the more part I was pleased with everything. They need to add a charging station in the rooms for my laptop and phone. This hotel seems to be geared for business travelers.

I was very pleased with the room amenities and comfort, although brighter light at the work desk is something that I have noted is needed in all of the Embassy Suites that I have stayed at. The room was well organized and clean. Staff when I called ahead was very helpful. The made-to-order omelettes in the morning were much appreciated as other than that, the rest of the morning breakfast buffet was a little below what I am used to but was better than some other chains' breakfast buffets. As with everything and everybody, growing older takes its tollâ?¦ The Greensboro NC Airport Embassy Suites was my first favorite E.S. when it opened however many years ago (25+?). I brought my children here to get away from the coast and now I bring my grandchildren here to get away from the shore and the Hurricane. We met the hubby to get away from Topsail Island and thankful for it!! This ES has aging issues just like any other hotel. There needs to be better lighting in the living area, a f... Read more

The brand of the hotel has quality in itself alone. Your expectations is what the name brings to the business. in the future it is better not put put restriction on a volunteer response to get what you think you may want to receive.

Went to Greensboro for a meeting October 14-16, 2016. The Embassy Suites was the conference hotel. All rooms have a great view of the beautifully landscaped atrium that includes a waterfall and other water features. Lovely amenities, very clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a terrific free breakfast buffet every morning that includes an egg station for omelettes or special orders, pastries, scrambled eggs, potatoes, grits, fruit, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cerea... Disappointing stay for the first time ever.... in summary rooms not very clean, slow drains, toilet keep clogging, cold pools & hot tub so kids couldn't get in; they were bummed. Staff nice & tried best to correct a reservation error made by Hilton honors team but this was not a pleasant experience for us; we made the best of it together.

Thanks to a very friendly and helpful staff my husband and I had a very relaxing visit. Our suite was located on the top floor and was very clean and quiet. The managers social was from 5;30-7:30 and there is a free breakfast buffet offered in the mornings. Special Thanks to the bartender working during the evening his service was super. The checkout time is at noon which is also a plus.

My husband and I were in Greensboro for a wedding and decided on the Embassy Suites by Hilton. We are Hilton honors members. First of all the staff are great! All that we encountered were polite and most helpful. We utilized the digital key and online check-in which went smoothly. Our room was a two room suite with a king bed. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable with the exception of the pillows. They were very small. Not much bigger than a decorative throw pillow. The bathroo... Read more

After only a few hours of checking in, the tailgate with a backup camera was stolen off our dually truck. We were parked in the first row of parking spaces facing the hotel close to the front door. We checked in, got dressed and went to a banquet, and went back to the truck after the banquet and that quick the tailgate was gone.

So, we stayed here for a conference that was being held at the hotel and the overall hotel was pretty nice with the staff being very good, the facilities being nice and clean but the issue was with the heat as some rooms were hot and couldn't be cooled down while others were just fine and this was for both the bedrooms and the conference meeting rooms. Food was good, great free breakfast, great free drink ticket each night and good proximity to the highway and local sites.

The hotel was nice with roomy suite style rooms, a huge fancy lobby and entrance, beds are average at best, service was also average but the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I stayed on one of the upper floors and at 10 pm I could hear people at the bar shouting and cheering from my room with the AC and the television on. But this was still not reason for the rating... upon checkout, I was told that I had a zero balance (no incidentals) to be charged to my credit card. Now a month later wh... Read more

This hotel was the host to a business conference where I was a guest speaker. They treated me with so much professionalism. I truly enjoyed my suite and the staff who delivered my dinner. I was sick the following morning and the staff ensured I had ginger ale and knew where the hotel gift shop was to get Meds.

I made a reservation, and had to plan on 2 different rooms. Checked in and they confirmed I would have to check out and check back in the next day to the 2nd room. Checked out and back in to get the exact same room I was in the first night...after packing all my stuff up and dragging it down. Attended a banquet there and the servers were awful! I asked several times for tea, they gave me water. The girl next to me asked several times for water and kept getting tea. It became the joke of the... Read more

On our way home from our recent vacation, 3 of my children and I stayed at this Embassy Suites for 1 night. We got a suite with 2 double beds + sofa bed, which was plenty comfortable for the 4 of us. They may need to think about doing some renovation work for things like the carpets, which had some stains, but otherwise, everything was nice. Breakfast was good; we enjoy the Embassy Suites "made to order" breakfast, which is a nice perk of going a little more "upscale" on the hotel choice. Please... Read more

My husband and I stayed at this property recently for his USMC Birthday Ball event. The property is spacious and our suite was one of the largest I have stayed in. The indoor courtyard area was nice but could have used an additional elevator bank, as the wait was usually long. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were quite nice. They even served stout mixed drinks! This was my first time at an Embassy Suites and I would gladly stay again.

Once again, another Embassy stay was a great one. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and no stale or foul odors. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We love the evening reception, and the breakfast - which you don't have to get up super early to enjoy. The cooks, service patrons, and bartenders seemed like they enjoyed their work. For these reasons, and the great value, my wife and I continue to seek out Embassy Hotels whenever we can.

On a business trip and would not stay again. Filthy and fitness equipment did not work. I based my travel needs based on the fitness center and brand. The hotel is need of an update. It was extremely pricey for the quality and locaton.
