Despite a lot of road work at the exit off of I-26, this hotel is quite accessible. Very modern lobby and front desk area with plesant and helpful staff. Rooms were quite comfortable. We did have issues with having our rooms cleaned. We're not sure if they were short-staffed at this time, however, we left at 10am and returned at 3pm and the room had not been taken care of yet. I found the room service cart in the hall and acquired the towels and other things that we needed. Breakfast came with... Read more

I love this new refurbished property. It is spotless and well-maintained. The front staff needs a bit of sharpening. We requested a crib in one room but it was not there upon arrival. I requested a 1pm checkout but the clerk simply replied "no". I can understand that the property needs to turn rooms over quickly and I can accept that. What I found unusual for a Hilton property is that the front desk didn't handle the request in a softer manner. The attitude of the front desk can go a long way in... Read more

I booked this hotel the last night of a business trip as it was near the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel was very clean and inviting. I was given a two room suite, actually three if the bathroom is included. Being a solo traveler, I did not need or could not use 2 televisions, the cooking facilities or the couch and chairs, I simply needed a few hours sleep before a 4AM wake up call! I had to leave the hotel before the breakfast so can not comment on that either. This is a be... Read more

Really enjoyed our two night stay here. Stayed in a double queen room. Bathroom very clean, nice toiletries, good hairdryer. Good room facilities including a coffee maker. Beds really comfortable. Iron and ironing board really useful. Hot drinks on tap in the lobby all day. Check out at 12 which was great. Only downside free breakfast buffet was basic but found the self serve waffle maker fun to use. Coffee excellent.

Convenient, great staff, clean and prompt service from staff, decent breakfast, parking could be better by adding more spaces but the overall effect of the hotel was fine. I will be back. My favorite little amenity was the fact coffee and hot tea was always available no matter the hour.

We had an amazing stay at this Hampton Inn hotel, close enough to downtown. The staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful. They gave us great ideas on where to go and what to see in the area. The rooms were very clean and the layout of the room was awesome. We had a small dining table, microwave and small fridge in the room. I loved the stand up shower in our room. The bed was very comfortable.

Conveniently located near the Biltmore Estates, this hotel lived up to my expectations for a Hampton Inn. Great front desk staff, clean modern room, comfortable bed and a very nice breakfast. Fast efficient online booking and check out. All at a competitive price. Easy access off the freeway. I would definitely stay here again when in the Asheville area.

We always try to choose a Hampton because of the quality of the bed. While traveling a comfortable is essential. Having a free breakfast helps on the budget. Traveling is stressful, especially for me due to a bad back. Knowing there is a destination even 1/2 way with a comfortable bed is wonderful.

Disappointing for a Hampton Inn. Poor customer service by nearly all staff. The worst part of the stay was the breakfast which was very poor in quality. Cut fruit being served was spoiled. I pointed this out and the server only said "is it?" When I came by an hour later the spoiled food was still being served. The second morning, they had some kind of mystery meat patties actually floating in hot water. I like a free breakfast, but I drove to a nearby Bo Jangles and had breakfast there instead. ... Good hotel at good price for Asheville. However strangest bathroom door I've ever seen. We had a King room and the "modern" bathroom door was attached to the wall outside the bathroom and slid over the bathroom opening. It is not a door and it did not lock. It was bizarre -- no privacy even in the bathroom!

We thought we were staying at the Hampton inn in Ashville and when we were told we had to drive 10 more minutes down the road thought we would be disappointed. We found just the opposite. This Hampton Inn was like staying in a mountain resort. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. When we got to the room and looked out we saw the beautiful Smokies, not the highway or traffic of a normal motel. They did this one right. In the morning I wanted plain sausage with... Read more

Decent Hampton Inn. Fairly new and modern. Location by airport is great but finding and getting to it with road construction is a bit of a challenge. It has a large sign but is on a road off of the main road and to complicate matters it is tucked in behind a Ruby Tuesdays. Once there a reasonable place when looking for a road rest stop. McDonalds and Ruby Tuesdays close but not much else.

My family and I visited in early June. I booked here, not realizing how far out of town it was. I was very pleasantly surprised at this newer Hampton Inn with a beautiful and inviting lobby, as well as great rooms. They had a great looking pool, and a fire pit (amenities that we unfortunately did not get to use). All of the staff was awesome and friendly! This hotel is great, very clean and has nice updated rooms. However we also picked this hotel for our children to enjoy the pool. When we arrived the pool water was green and smelly. I was told that technically it was safe to use and they were working on the issue but in all honesty who uses a pool that is full of algae. When I raised the issue at the front desk I was dismissed without an apology let alone an attempt to make matters right......

This Hampton Inn off of I-26 and located across the interstate from Asheville Regional Airport is what my family and I are looking for in an a Hampton Inn. Clean, efficient, friendly, and always doing their top notch best to make things seem like home even though one is away from home for either one night, or several nights.

Hotel is in very good shape and is well run and maintained. Furnishings are all in good shape, staff are very helpful. Hotel is convenient to route 26 and the airport, as well as a host of services. Warm entry, with lit fireplace . Very clean, friendly staff. Good Breakfast. Comfortable bed. Had a suite on the main floor. Handicapped assessable. Super nice shower. Close to good shopping and restaurants. Warning, their sign is right out front from an old Budget Inn. I accidentally drove there and was horrified! Could not see the Budget Inn sign. The Hotel is a block behind the sign! It was a very comfortable place for a single to stay.

From the time you walk through the lobby door to the time you get to your room, you forget that this is a Hampton Inn. It is very richly appointed and our room was large and nicely furnished. Close to the small airport and minutes to The Biltmore, the price was very reasonable and the help, from the front des... Read more
