Chronologically... Check in was smooth. Room fine for a 3 star hotel. Restaurant/bar was solid - nothing fancy. Walls thin; asked desk to ask neighbor to turn down TV and it happened. It is what it is - a 3 star hotel. Staff was better than 3 star.

Everyone is so nice and helpful at this hotel, front desk, restaurant and bar. Although the food menu is limited, everything is excellent form burger, to crab cakes, to steak. They also are very flexible in improvising on a meal. The bar is well stocked with a nice selection of beer and wine. Rooms are nice, I like that they have laminate wood floors, so no gross hotel carpet. The building overall is in need of some repairs and updates. I would definitely stay again.

I stay here when I visit RTP for business. Clean hotel with friendly staff and good food. The staff have always gone out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Would recommend to other business travelers who like earning IHG points.

So we booked this hotel because every other hotel was already booked or super expensive. This was half the price of the going rate. I was a little (lot) skeptical. It's fun when a place surprises you. The rooms were big and modern. The beds - super comfy. I liked having wood floors. And I like it when rooms have a little entry way. Pool was sufficient. The restaurant was a little wonky. They just don't have enough people to run it. It's close to the airport (they have a shuttle as well) a... Read more

Stayed here a couple nights to see a hockey game. Greet location for the local arena. Room was very nice and very clean. Didn't have any issues with excess noise, and had peaceful stay. I would definitely pick this hotel again if in the area again.

I decided to stay at the Hotel Indigo after seeing photos of the bright, cheerful rooms. The stay was fantastic - the rooms are have a soft, almost beach like feel with color in the comforter & pillows, very spacious, clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Hugs TV's. They have Aveda products, which I've never found in another hotel. Noise is extremely quiet, esp. when consider you're so close to I-40. My only nitpicky find - some of the towels are a bit frayed. I am very skeptical of hotel ... Read more

This was basically a La Quinta dressed up with bold graphic prints and colorful upholstery. First the OK: the bed was comfy and the TV got a lot of channels, it was quiet and well located for our business stay. Now the issues: The service left a lot to be desired- the front desk staff were nice, but typically hanging out making personal phone calls and texts and shouting across the lobby to the bar staff about what they planned to eat for dinner. The housekeeping service was awful. A tr... Read more

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. It is clean, bright and cheery. The room was painted light blue, with lime green, dark blue, and white accents colors. The bathroom was large, with a huge shower. The counter top in the bathroom was larger enough for two people to get ready at the same time. The bed was extremely comfortable with Four pillows and Three large pillow shams. You must try the Mac and Cheese with Chocolate!!! The Grits and Shrimp were delicious and portions were large enough to... Read more

I love Hotel Indigo, everyone is unique, they have touches of modern hotels intertwined with many historical building features. The place is spacious, very comfortable, I love it, will stay again. I love that it is also pet friendly.

Arriving late we found had to call for directions and advice on where to eat in area and they were much help. The room was very beautifully designed with hard wood floors, bright colored and very comfortable beds. Showers are large and water pressure is great. Well definitely stay again!

I ordered a pimento cheese burger and the waiter asked how I would like it cooked, medium rare to rare was my response, it came out well done and the fries were not hot. I at least expected fresh fries because I was there just as they were opening for the dinner hour. Very disappointing, don't offer a burger cooked "your" way if you are not going to deliver! Towels in the bathroom were frayed around the edges, but I must admit I love the super comfy beds!

Please fix your air conditioning or else you will kill your guests in this heat in the middle of July in Raleigh. After changing two rooms the air conditioning is not working at all and the service is as usual which you can expect in most of these hotels. I am definitely not coming back to stay at this hotel again.

Although I understand hotels have their policies, I also understand Mother Nature does what she wishes - whenever she wishes. Booked rooms at this property and called the evening before advising them that there were storms and that I wasn't sure if the flights would go out. It wasn't until after 1:00 a.m. the day of check-in that the final flight was canceled. Booked new flights out and called hotel asking them if they would rebook the reservations by two days. Not only could I not get past the ... Read more

My husband and I stayed in an ADA room on a Friday night. The bathroom was huge! It included a spa soaking tub in addition to a large roll in shower. There was a separate sitting area with a sofa, chairs, desk and TV. The bedroom was roomy and there was a small walk-out terrace area. Room service is offered but we were unable to find a menu or even the standard "info binder" even though we opened every drawer and closet. Check-in was quick and the staff were pleasant. After a 14 hour drive to the hotel, arrive early due to good traffic, the person refused to allow me to check in even with a early check in on the reservation. A life long member with the highest level of membership with the hotel group and was talked down to like a child and even made reference to a kid scenario and this was before he even looked at my reservations. Even at that point, I asked, was there any notes with my itinerary and he back and reread again. Then reply yes, I do see that yo... Read more

This was my first stay at Hotel Indigo and quite honestly I was not sure what to expect. When I pulled up after a long day of travel and work, I was greeted by a welcoming water feature designed to set the tone for a relaxing stay. The lobby was bright and cheerful. The guest services person welcomed me immediately and check in was a smooth process. As I glanced around the lobby, I saw the bar/restaurant, the indoor pool, and the door for the fitness center. What a nice surprise, its a great hotel with a pleasant, friendly staff. The shrimp and grits were really good, and my room was huge!! My only negative is the air conditioning was weak and my room was on the warm side for me and there was not a tub in my bathroom, only a shower with a very slick floor. I would definitely stay again, especially for some shrimp & grits!!

I had a great experience from check-in to departure on the 4:20 am airport shuttle. I was greeted with a smile and a hello. The hotel lobby and room were very modern and clean. The room was great and the bedding made you want to stay in bed all day. The restaurant menu selection was very limited, but the food and service were great and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

My boyfriend even loved it. He loved the bed and all the pillows. The shower is to die for. Amazing. The rooms are nice and big.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times each and every front desk agent is just awful. They don't smile....they aren't helpful......they aren't even nice. I can't believe that every person employed at the front desk can be so mean. The last time I checked out the guy at the front desk had head phones in and didn't even speak while checking out. Literally had his head phones in his ears and did not speak during the check out process. The hotel is nice and you can get delicious shrimp and... Read more

I was sorely disappointed in my stay here. My husband and I were stopping through on our way back from the beach and thought we would give Indigo a try. Major mistake. The room we were given had peeling wallpaper (although the hotel is still fairly new), there was a yellow stain in the shower, the shams on the bed had a horrendous smell on them so we immediately had to throw them to the floor. The bed creaked anytime we moved (there goes a restful night's sleep)! We were exhausted when we go... Read more

I really enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Indigo. I felt that everyone that I talked to were very nice. Could just be that I think everyone in the south is very polite. The room was very clean and quite. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a King bedroom. I love that the room had hardwood floors ( feels more clean ) The bed sucks you in with the fluffy pillows and soft bedding. I could not have been more happy with my stay. Stayed here twice in suite(upgraded) and room both. The lobby area was bit small and the front desk although friendly could have been more attentive and more efficient. The rooms are really well decorated with vibrant color (which goes with theme I guess). The bathroom in suite apparently had jacuzzi but no body knew how to turn it on. Room service food was not bad but menu was quite small. The only feedback is hotel felt like a limmited service rather than a full service hotel. May be attentive... Read more

This was a last minute stay, booked on priceline without knowing where we would be, and we were so pleased. The entire hotel is clean and fresh and modern. Very pleasant, very comfy. One comment - in the morning they had coffee out, but had a sign, "Airline personnel only". Seemed a little off, as all guests want coffee.

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs and I would highly recommend it! The room was at the end of the hall so our dogs (who are very well behaved) wouldn't bother anyone. The room was large and the bed was super comfy. The hotel was very clean and located close to the highway and to the airport. Plenty of parking, too.

I stayed here recently during a business trip, and I was absolutely thrilled walking into that room. Everything was so clean. The room was decorated so nicely - bright/crisp colors, nice hardwood floors. The linens were clean. The bathroom was gorgeous - bright, spacious, updated. I found it very quiet, but some of the people I was with that stayed in other rooms said that, because of the wood floors, they could hear people walking around in the morning. Based on that, I'd suggest trying to stay... Read more

Meeting a client in the area, needed a hotel within proximity of RDU. Great location, with several operating shuttles. Staff is friendly and very helpful with any special requests. Clean hotel, well furnished with the best bed I have been in, in quite some time. Restaurant within hotel, nice portions as well as well prepared. This is my new choice for this area.

Stayed here for my business trip. The only thing i regret is that the trip wasnt long enough lol. Indigo is amazing. It's nice, it's clean, the staff is friendly and it's located nice and cozy to the back. I shared a room with my workmate, but nonetheless it was big enough for the both of us. The bed was so nice at nights i smothered myself with the sheets like a crazy woman and woke up in the morning, had a nice shower and went into the office like nothing happened.

Went in with my husband. We had a very relaxing time. The place is beautiful and the hospitality is out of this world. My only issue (which is no issue for me at all) was that the pool was miniature and the telephone in my room didn't work. I will definitely be going back there.
