We secured two rooms on this trip for our family, staying one night. The facility was Lovely. The staff was ver accommodating and exceptionally friendly/respectful. However, it is obvious there is more staff needed. Had to wait for an attendant at check out. No one was at the desk.

I stayed at this location last weekend to attend the graduation of my cousin. The hotel is very clean, within a few miles to lots of eateries, and has a very welcoming front desk staff. Robert is a gem to have on the front desk. He went over and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

Nice Staff, Clean Hotel. Only one Bathroom in Suite. It served the purpose as we were in town for graduation and the better hotels were all sold out. It worked. The breakfast was very good, too. I also worked out at the gym. They had all the standards, but it was so small you can't use the weight bench with more than 4 people in the room.

Stayed here with a free stay with my Hilton honors points. This was to celebrate my daughter's birthday!! Hotel was very nice. The front desk for check in, however, changed that perspective. I believe her name was Danita (?). We arrived at 2:49....11 mins before the 3 check in. I had already digitally checked in on my phone and picked my room. At 2:49, according to front desk, there was only 1 room clean....1 room. I was told it would be 20-30 mins before anything else was ready and wa... Read more

This experience was a great one. The room was spacious, the staff was pleasant, the breakfast and dinner (snacks) were complimentary. The price was competitive with other hotels in the area that don't offer nearly as much in their rates.

The breakfast was very plentiful and provided great choices. In addition, the staff was able to provide directions to places that I needed to go without having GPS. Thanks for all that you did on this stay!

We usually like Homewood Suites but we had a problem with little bugs crawling on the window sills and above the floorboard. We were relocated twice until we found a room on an upper floor that was bug-free. The breakfasts were good. Sunday morning was crowded with unsupervised kids from a sports team running through the room. The attendant did a good job keeping the tables clean.

This was our second stay at this hotel, this time we were there for a week. At check in we were given a room next to the elevator and requested a room farther away. Very quickly we had a different room. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly- when I needed to book a second room to get away from husband's snoring, one was found for me at a very good price. So ... the room was decent - the kitchenette was a mess..the 'clean' utensils were NOT. The backsplash behind the stove - was a mess. Heck - even the shower curtain and shower needed attention....I cleaned the pots and pans, threw away chipped and broken drink ware - then cleaned the backsplash... that was my first night in the room.. the pans used for cooking - were dirty, the big plastic spoon was too. I am NOT a clean freak.. this place was a mess..

I booked this hotel over three months before checking in, and I was not disappointed when I arrived. The welcome lobby reception was just what I needed after a long drive, and the room was very spacious and clean. I only wish I could have stayed there more than one night, since the next night I stayed at a different hotel that was not as nicely furnished. The location was just off the interstate, and convenient to everything I wanted to see. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Wonderful place to stay, feels like home, great breakfast and fantastic friendly staff. Nice quiet hotel with great amenities and very close to the interstate but far enough not to hear traffic. Highly recommend

Convenient to Raleigh-Durham. Since this was a one night stay not a lot to say about the area but it's a good value for business. Breakfast and nightly snacks included with a pleasant staff and nice layout. I'd stay there again.

No one cleaned my room on my between Fri and Sat of my visit. Not the end of the world but disappointing to come back to my room w/o fresh towels, emptied trash cans and a made up bed. Just frustrating!
