Perfect for location. Wedding was at Brusharbor so only a 30 minute drive. Breakfast was ok. Jacuzzi tub worked but looked old. Otherwise nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We are from Tucson Az. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very good except they had the pool closed for the function that we were attending in the area. They closed it just before and reopened it up after the weekend was over. Overall for the times I have stayed at the hotel in the past, I feel this trip was average.

Great location, helpful staff and easy access to major highways. Our stay was relatively short but we went sightseeing and left with a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Use Hampton all the time. This facility not up to standards. Rather old accommodation, small room, no fridge (corrected upon call to staff -- had to rearrange room furniture), furniture worn, bed not level (shifted during the night). Off of exit 60 on interstate 85. Close to everything in Concord and Charlotte. Beds are old but I was told new beds were to be put into all the rooms by October along with microwaves and refrigerators. Crackerbarrel next door and other places to eat are close by.

It's situated right off the interstate, with 2 ways to and from track. About 25 min ride. Has plenty of options to eat within a short drive. Short drive to shopping mall. All in all convenient place to stay.

I made my reservations in advance specifically so we would be close to Nascar races. When we arrived at the hotel they had raised the rates $35 per night because they said they were race rates regardless of the fact that I had received the discount room rate when I made the reservation. Also I asked for queen beds but received double beds.

Room was fair for the price, rest of the staff members were great. Breakfast excellent. Room service great. Located great. Cleanness excellence. Another then being over charged and dealing with a rude clerk. But manager was great and fixed the problem gratefully.

Big Improvement since my last visit in February 2016. My first experience was not the greatest. The facility has new management and is a lot cleaner. The overall atmosphere has gotten better it seems. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling I tot the Charlotte area!!

I did not have a good experience at all. I would not stay here again the room was musty pribably from the air conditioner. My feet were bitten by something several times. The gym was horribly undet equipped and the treadmill was broken. Horruble facility The sraff were great though!!!

Facility is extremely clean. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Very pleased with the price we paid. Wide variety of breakfast options. Pool was great too! We would definitely stay at this hotel again

Very good customer service. Check in was very fast. Asked for extra towels, no problem. No fridge in room, which surprised me. We did have a small cooler, and ice machine was nearby. Usually Hampton hotels are very well kept, but the bathroom was quite worn in places. Mold in tub, wallpaper peeling, vanity beat up, and smallest bath I have seen in a Hampton Inn. Value customers, very clean rooms. Complimentary continental breakfast best I have had yet, the 2 ladies in charge of the breakfast spread very nice and always smiling.House keeping and staff at concord, nc. Very pleasant. After multiple postive stays we will no longer stay at this location due to a host if reasons primarily lack of follow up from management. Noisy elevator near room, poor pre check in experience are additional issues.

Our WWII 737th Army Tank Battalion Reunion was wonderful. All the employees were so very helpful and friendly. The breakfast items were delicious and the meeting rooms were exactly what we needed. Thank you!!

Clean room and bathroom. Front desk staff outstanding. Called in advance for early check in, and they had a room ready. Check out was efficient. Rooms are a little dated, furniture old, but again very clean. Breakfast was fresh, but waffles were not good.

Visited for a basketball tournament, very helpful in reserving a small block of rooms. Room are clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and professional. By far, most amazing breakfast at a hotel I have EVER seen. Fresh fruit, waffles with a variety of toppings, eggs, meets, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, just fabulous! Clean & pleasant breakfast staff.

Room had dust in the air vents and mildew on the shower curtain. Wallpaper was peeling from the walls and the room phone was liek talking on a CB radio. Hotel lost power on July 8th, 2016...hotel staff was unprepared to deal with this and would NOT offer a refund or future credit. Keep driving past this hotel!

One of the best free breakfasts I have ever experienced. Also, the desk was staffed day and night with friendly, attentive staff. Nicer than usual bed comforter...not the usual tacky polyester ones. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Rooms we're clean. Access to the interstate was fairly easy. staff was friendly and helpful. I stay here frequently when I have business near Charlotte since the rates are usually better. The Cracker Barrel restaurant right beside the hotel is very good.

Needs more help on staff and the overall appearance of the hotel upon arrival is excellent but the rooms are a little dated . However the location is great and it has a great potential but at this time of my stay I was not pleased at all.

First let me say I always stay at the Hampton Brand because it is my preference in the Hilton family. This hotel could change that for me. I booked a room with a whirlpool tub simply because it is a luxury we don't have in our home and when the Hampton's have them we always try to stay in one. I couldn't bring myself to use the tub. We stayed here after checking out of another hotel on the other side of town. However this was a last minute trip and we just needed somewhere to lay our heads and any hotel at this point was not an option. No hair dryer in the room. There was also no refrigerator in the room. The pool did not look clean or well taken care of by the staff. The staff was nice checking in. Room was clean and beds were fine. We only stayed one night. Also no microwaves were available.

I was very disappointed with this stay. If the pool or gym is not operational, it should be noted on the website prior to a guest making a reservation. If you are told you will have a microwave or refrigerator in the room, then one should be there. I would not expect to see wall paper peeling off the walls or crowded rooms. Overall, I was very disappointed and checked out within hours of arriving.

Room was comfortable although we were in the room next to the elevators, which made it somewhat noisy. Breakfast was very good, pool was enjoyable, wifi was difficult to connect to. Front desk staff was very helpful, Had to ask to get the room made up.

Not impressed! Rooms are small, no closets and bug infested! We had to request a room change! They knocked on our door and requested routine spraying, nothing routine about it! Looks like outside was recently painted. Pictures to follow! No closets!!! Someone screwed up and forgot to put the one foot border of rock between landscaping and building which probably contributed to bug problem. We did not have night stands, they had a desk jammed next to to follow.

Room was comfortable, but very dark even with all lights on, completely inadequate for any real work to be done anywhere in the room. Staff was friendly but not proactive; I overheard another guest at front desk bring the staff's attention to a fixable problem. They only offered apologies, made no attempt to even talk about helping the guest.

This is an older hotel and is not quite as nice as other Hampton Inns. The service was good and the room was comfortable. As Honor's members we were given an excellent room rate. We would stay in this hotel again if we are in the area.

This property is the worst, it smelled nasty, room was gross. I would stay away from this property. It doesn't deserve to carry the Hilton brand. The place seemed and looked unkept. I knew I wouldn't be able to fall asleep there.

Been to this Hampton several times. Getting worse each time. Cleanliness, service, and breakfast is reaching awful levels. It's hit or miss when it comes to this hotel. The breakfast is truly the worst of any hotel, and we've stayed in many around the world. Will not return, plenty of other choices!

excellent Concord stay for Sr Games participants, only a few miles from the courts and has a very competitive room rate. You also can receive a USA newspaper and a continental breakfast. Parking is excellent and quite near the interstate.

We were in the area for state senior games and the location of this Hampton Inn was excellent for traveling back and forth to the games. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to Interstate 85 and Charlotte. The rooms were clean and staff helpful and cordial. I would stay here again.

Asked for a quiet room.. so they stuck me next to the elevator and ice machine... nice. Bring you own workout equipment. Hotel staff is not friendly. Breakfast is average. The packet grits are safe. Careful in some rooms you can hear I85 truck noice.

Basic, standard hotel. Nothing special, but nothing wrong with it either. Breakfast was good! The folks working the desk and the breakfast area were nice, but definitely wanted us to leave at 10 a.m. when they closed, despite the fact it is a lobby/lounge area.

When I travel, I often stay at Hilton family hotels, so I knew what to expect from this Hampton Inn. The front desk receptionist was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage patties, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, assorted breads, fruit, juice, and coffee). It's not a five-star hotel, but it will comfortably meet your needs.

I am an employee of the Doubletree by Hilton in Baltimore MD. I was severely disappointed when I arrived and was assigned room 211. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell in the room, that caused an instant headache. When I went to the front desk, they changed my room to room 203. Upon entering this room, it smells like a nursing home!!!! In for an important business meeting with 20 people the next morning. The usual efficient friendly service was even more efficient than normal. Wanted somewhere to stay close to the Cabarrus Arena and Event Center the night before an event. Check in was smooth, room was clean. The gym is just sad, one treadmill, one bike, and a few medicine balls. Complimentary internet is super slow, but free. Breakfast was fine, the staff running it were very nice though! For ~200/night after taxes I would have preferred to stay somewhere nicer. Maybe next time.

The quality of rooms were terrible, they were dirty and had a funky smell to them. They smell that reminds me of mildew. I overpaid for my stay never expected this from the Hampton Inn. I would tell anyone else to stay somewhere else that is not this specific hotel room

I had a lovely time and always felt safe! Kannapolis is a wonderful city! As a recent "single mom", it was important for me to feel safe on my first solo trip. I can honestly say that I never felt unsafe. The hotel was amazingly warm, friendly, and clean. I will definitely come back to this location. In addition, I will ALWAYS use Hilton hotels from this point forward.

Rooms smelled terrible!!!! Health hazard to people like me with asthma. Housekeeping had a ton of febreeze on their carts. I would not recommend this hotel. Woken up to the alarm going off in the next room at 6 am. Can hear people talking in the hallway and the doors slam shut.

First of all, I love the Hampton Inn brand. I travel 3 days a week and stay at Hampton Inn or other Hilton properties for the most part and always say how nice and clean the rooms & beds are. NOT THE CASE HERE!!!!! Got into the room (#504) and the carpet and furniture were dirty, stained and torn. Looks like the maids hadn't cleaned in the corners for years- HUGE lint balls. The location was great for us. Close to the speedway, shopping, and lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when going to Charlotte for speedway events. It is close enough to the speedway to be there in about 15 minutes, without being too close and having to deal with all the surrounding traffic, and the rates were better then the closer hotels. Check in and out was quick. Parking was reduced due to construction. Complimentary breakfast was just ok, the layout was very cramped, felt like you were crawling over someone to get silverware or syrup.

The room was extremely cold. Took 12hours to warm up. Staff was not helpful. We are loyality card members but will look for other places to stay the next time in the area. Breakfast was not up to the standards we have come to expect from Hampton Inn.

Have never met a more friendly staff than Jamie and the morning kitchen workers. They truly made us feel welcome. Jamie even goes above and beyond to celebrate guests birthdays in the breakfast area. Was really impressed with this staff.

Hotel is being remodeled. Construction noise begins hour before time stated by staff every day. Shower water is slightly lukewarm. Staff not helpful. Didn't receive Hilton Honors welcome gift. Do not recommend this hotel.

Whenever I come in to town I always try to stay at this Hampton Inn! They are very friendly and the hotel is very clean and orderly! It is next door to Cracker Barrel and a few other places to eat if you feel like going out for a bite to eat! The beds are very comfortable and cozy! I would recommend this hotel looking for a great hotel at a great price!

My Family came down to North Carolina for a family reunion on Thanksgiving 11/23/2016. We experience the worst time ever we were dissatisfied with our stay at the Hampton Inn we were unable to sleep during the day because of the noise at the hotel. I stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving break. The staff was very polite. We had to add on a few extra rooms and the front desk staff was very accommodating. They made sure sll of the rooms were in close proximity. They had a microwave and refrigerator to the room to accommodate us. Breakfast staff was very nice! Kept the food full and the area clean.
