We had a stop over before a flight the next morning. It seems that may be it was at the end of the day but the actions of staff were somewhat robotic. When we asked for information about dinning, we got it but it was an effort. Also it was raining and we were concerned about getting drenched. No offer of the umbrella they had we had to ask. The night shift staff was very friendly and congenial. He also addressed a rather lively crew at 5.00am that were very loud ( I do not know what he said to t... Read more

Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was perfect. Hotel is lovely. Rates are very competitive. Ammenities are nice. Decor is pleasant. Location is very convenient. Will definitely return on my next trip to Charlotte.

Amazing Staff. Amir And Jansen were great at the Desk. Pretty Brooke was a doll. The service really made the place. Not to mention it was clean and close to a lot of restaurants. The shuttle quickly gets you to the airport. Fantastic hotel

Placed in room on ground floor next to hallway exit. Extremely noisy at all times of the night, people going in and out of this door. Also, GFCI outlet for coffee maker did not work. Several light bulbs did not work and had not been replaced. Toilet kept running and was not secured to floor on one side so that it rocked when using. Paid for free breakfast when booking the room but I would advise against this, save the money and get breakfast elsewhere. This hotel does not have a real restaurant... Read more

This is definitely your budget Sheraton hotel. We moved the couch and things were left under it so cleaning is not top priority here. It was clean enough for one night. Some of the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling down and some were dirty in the kitchenette area of my suite. Overall, I wouldn't complain about it though for the price and would likely stay again. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Terrible day of travel. Missed connection. Stranded in Charlotte overnight. AA put me up at the Four Points. From the moment I got on the hotel shuttle, to leaving the hotel the following morning, I had an excellent experience. I casually mentioned an NHL hockey playoff game I was hoping to watch upon arrival to the hotel bar. He called the hotel to make sure they were playing the game on the TV upon my arrival! Amazing. Check in was a breeze. Since I had no access to my bags, I had no way to ch... Read more

Other than Kookie at the front desk, this hotel was simply awful. Most properties were sold out so I was stuck here when traveling home post surgery, otherwise I would not have given this property a dime.

Check in was fast and easy. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean, neat and exceeded my expectations. Hotel shuttle was on time even at 5:10 am. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I am in the Charlotte area.

Our flight for American airline which was a complete disaster gave us this hotel for free and we got a shuttle to and from and the drivers were great. They accommodated us with toothbrushes and the gentleman at the desk was the man! Great fun guy! Rooms were great nothing to complain about

Stayed here 5 nights for business and this place exceeded expectations for sure! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They always greet you with a smile when coming and going. Rooms were very spacious and clean and did not have any issues while there. Beds were comfy. Located about 10 minutes outside of uptown (main area) of Charlotte so pretty convenient. Hotel bar is nice - Cindy is awesome!! WiFi also worked very well which was important and the gym was nice! Will definitely sta... Read more

There were a number of things about this hotel that disappointed and most certainly will cause me to avoid not only this property specifically but also this brand: 1. When I made my reservation I asked for guaranteed late arrival, which was accommodated, although a one-hour window for arrival was requested. On the day of arrival I became aware I would be two hours later than initially planned so called the hotel to change the arrival time. No one EVER answered the phone. In frustration, I called... I would avoid this Hotel. Front desk attendant was so rude and actually refused to look up out SPG number . Kookie was yelling at me in front of other guests made me to stand there with a 7 month infant on my hip for 45 minutes while she refused to look up our number and print a correct invoice. She was sooo unprofessional obvious to me she did not attend Hospitality School. The room was damp and smelly. I pulled the pull out in the middle of the night no sheets on the bed or in the closet . Right off of Interstate 77 and close to the airport. !st night - Woke to hearing water running in my sleep and found running water in the was loud enough that I thought I was dreaming about running water and woke to notice it was in the room. The toilet was just running. I had to lift the back lid off and jiggle the flipper the covers the hole at the bottom. That seem to do the trick and all was well. 2nd night- Lights between beds would not come on... had to play with to get them to... Read more

We drove to Charlotte to see my husbands grandma who had just had surgery. The hotels closet to the hospital were close to $200 a night or more. The Four Points Sheraton was cheaper and just a short drive away. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that the bathroom was tiny and the toilet was very low.

This was exactly what I had hoped for. It was well-located, clean, had free parking, professional staff and very comfortable beds. The suite had 2 tvs. I booked directly though SPG and got an excellent rate. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Business/work trip booking and I use Sheraton frequently. Could not check in - no room was ready at 230 on Monday when I arrived. Received a good updated suite room after returning at night. However: NO INTERNET SERVICE. Desk said "it was being worked on, 20 to 30 minutes". Right- No Internet in the morning. Desk person said the same thing "20 to 30 minutes" when I called to ask. When I came downstairs, a person was saying he was checking out because of NO INTERNET. Desk person admitted they had... Read more

I called on Tuesday before our arrival on Friday & ask for an upgrade to a suite with two queen beds, because my husband recently had surgery. I was assured that was not a problem. Being a Starwood Preferred Customer means nothing to THIS Sheraton!! The pictures are of the torn sheet, water stain on ceiling and the "nasty" sink....just small issues. The staff thought 11:30 on a Sunday was a great time to mop the elevator floors...guest checking out....slippery....really!!!!!!

Charlotte is a place that we hope to call home very soon and to accomplish this we travel weekly to house hunt in charlotte. We normally stay at the four points pineville but when sold out we stay at the four points charlotte. In all of our travels we've never encountered a more unfriendly staff than we so at the four points charlotte. From management, front desk, to lounge we have never witnessed any warm welcomes. The manager Regina who runs this place should not be a manager. I prepaid a night for a layover specifically to get a shuttle ride to and from the airport. That is what is advertised. I called prior to leave central America and was told when land pick up phone and they will send shuttle. When I did they said they had no shuttle at that time. I paid $24 for a cab ride. When I arrived at 1030 pm I found the shuttle driver was pulled over by police and fid not have a license. Ok......things happen... Read more

We stayed here for a night, the shuttle service is easy and smooth, at check in the lady was nice and it took us less than 5 minutes to get to our room. For only 4,000 SPG point we got a nice suite, we went to the small bar down stairs for a couple of beers and Cindy took care of us (she is great) she ordered dinner for us and took it to our room. Day after we took shuttle back to the airport. Great service.

Booked a King Suite and found two double beds and a totally unsympathetic front desk. "I can't help you unless you want to downgrade your room". Not a good start to our four night stay. Room was not that clean and had an AC unit that was very loud. So much so, we learned to set it at 68F for hours before bed then shut it off in order to sleep through the night. It exploded ON and clicked off and sounded like a jet engine when on. Awful. Our TV remote batteries died. Kookie at the fron... Read more

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have been to this hotel. In the past, we used it as an overnight for our flights. Worked well and no extra charge to leave a car. Past experiences were OK for what we paid for. However, this time we were not impressed. the front desk fella was nice and cordial. Check-in was fast and we were early which did not seem to present a problem. The hotel really needs to do some upgrading to bring it in line with what is expected from Starwood properties. It is inexpensive ... Read more

My family took a trip to Charlotte to see the Panthers and Patriots preseason game. This hotel was close to the stadium. We decided to stay an extra night and the hotel staff was very accommodating with allowing us to keep our same room for another night. We took a trip to Carowinds and this hotel was also close to the amusement park. We will be returning next time we are in the area.

The building has some age on it, and you can tell that in things like wooden doors that show some wear and tiny bathrooms, but the Four Points Sheraton Charlotte Woodlawn is a solid place to stay. The pillows and mattresses are ahh-mazing. I really love the pillows. A room is sufficient, but itā??s much nicer when you can score a suite as we did on our most recent stay. Iā??ve stayed here several times and definitely enjoyed the stays in suites more than the others.

Had a quick stay at the Four Points Sheraton with a good rate to be able to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is not fancy, but it was clean, well-updated and close to the airport. They have a shuttle so if you have a flight cancelled at the end of the night, this could be a good spot for you to land.

Check-in was fine, but nothing spectacular. Kind of like: "Here's your key" "Can I arrange for early check-out?" "Come back and ask me the day before check-out" "Ok...." Then internet just totally did not work. I call down to the front desk - they say they will call tech support and it should be up in 15 minutes. 8 hours later...still no internet I call down again and they say "we can't help you but let me transfer you to tech support" Then I spend about 45 minutes on the phone with the SPG ... We arrived and were told they had no reservation for us. Very frustrating desk help, I did not receive much help from them. It ended up I had to pay twice in order to get a room, they said it was booking.coms fault and is supposed to refund my money. I don't know whose fault it was but I had to figure it out on my own. It was frustrating. The floor we stayed on, had a broken ice machine and there was a funky odor when you get off the elevator, as if they have sprayed something to fre... Read more

The person checking us in wasn't the friendliest. Then she said that at 3:30 the only room they had ready was on the first floor. I didn't think it would be a problem. It was. All I could hear all night were people talking. I don't know if it was the staff or guests. Also there was the sound of water dripping all night coming from the toilet. Stay somewhere else.

We found this hotel to be located very close to services & stores we needed. (Such as walking distance to transportation on the Lynx to get to downtown Charlotte for the Panthers Football game, restaurants & fast food establishments where the food was delicious, various stores for needed items or fun shopping, & attractions like the NASCAR Museum among others). We never had to move our car once parked. A shuttle service is also offered. Quiet environment, clean room, very comfortable beds with... Read more

Hotel staff friendly and down to Earth, beds have fresh sheets, room is mostly clean with the exception of dust in some areas. Aaannnnd then i went to set things up for my morning shower. Bathtub smells like mildew and there are about 10-15 dark curly hairs scattered throughout the bottom. Also, rooms do not come with standard mini fridge.

I've stayed at this property before and previously had no issues. This time; however, my room was right beside the elevators and, on the fifth floor where I was staying, there was a large dryer in use for drying the floor majority of my stay. My room was right beside the elevator so I heard the noise nonstop. I inquired about the situation at the front desk and was told that it would only be temporary but apparently it wasn't. I finally noticed it had been turned off as I was departing yeste... Read more
