The staff was very friendly and discreet when I needed feminine products. I really appreciated that. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Fruits, waffle makers, pastries, yogurt and a coffee maker that dispenses extra strong coffee at your request. The room was clean and well stocked with extra blankets, pillows, tea and a cute little teamaker. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely stay again in the future.

I made travel arrangements for a travel soccer team to stay here recntly. Though the price was good - about $15 cheaper then the next tier hotels such as Fairfield Inn, County Inn and Suites, Holiday Inn Express, etc. it's not worth the small savings. Online the rooms looked clean and new and the location was pretty good for where we were going. The rooms were a more dated than the photos and thin walls made for the noise to carry easily. I guess where I found the difference to be was in th... Read more

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel the night after a Jimmy Buffett concert at PNC Music Pavilion. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel is fairly new and nicely maintained. There are a couple of restaurants close enough to walk to and several furniture and home goods stores in the adjacent shopping area.

Stayed here for one night. I literally booked the room on my laptop in the lobby to get a better rate than what the front desk was quoting me. Had a big room with 2 double beds, living room area, kitchen/dining/desk setup. Pretty clean, little worn. Had a reasonably big hot/cold breakfast.

Depite a late arrival we we greeted in a friendly, courteous manner. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. The complementary breakfaat exceed expectations for a hotel in this price range. The hotel is relatively close to the US Whitewater Center with REI , Taget, etc in between.

We were looking for a place to stop overnight while traveling with a large family. The hotel was an older hotel but great for the price. I realized the day we had planned on checking in that I had booked the hotel for a week later. It was no problem to move our reservation up a week and they were extremely helpful. The breakfast was average.

We stayed just one night at the Comfort Suites Charlotte North Lake and I thought it was very nice. The room was super clean and the only fault I found was a light was out over the vanity. The bed had nice linens and we were comfortable. Because it was a weeknight, there was a manager's reception that had hamburger sliders. Only ketchup and mustard provided as condiments. There was also pasta salad and chocolate chip cookies. Guests also received two glasses of wine or beer. Soda was provided to... Read more

We needed a room for an overnight stay to break up our trip home to Pittsburgh from Orlando. The kids had fun relaxing in the whirlpool tub while watching TV. The room was spacious. There were a king-size bed for the parents and a pull-out sofa bed for the kids. The best part was the breakfast in the lobby. Muffins that were Starbucks-quality? No kidding. The front desk agent in the morning (June 17) was very helpful. The rating would have been a 5 if not for the noisy A/C in our room bu... Read more

It took a few days and several attempts to get someone to answer the phone, but finally after about 20 rings on the third day trying, someone answered. It took so long, I was beginning to think the website was using an incorrect phone number. We checked in at about 9 PM on a Saturday night. Check in was pretty quick. The two rooms were nicely appointed. They were clean. I got a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. Out of 10 stars I would give it a three. I expecte... Read more

Very decent hotel. Stayed from 07/15 - 07/17. The only issues I have are that I made my reservation abt a week or so ago with special requests & i got a call the day of with them informing me abt an issue with my special request. I don't mind that my request couldn't be done, it was just the wait that I didn't understand. And my other issue was the elevator. It. Was. Horribly. Slow. And being that I happened to pick a busy weekend, all the kids running around to the lobby , the pool & their lod... Read more

Our stay was very comfortable. Our room had a kitchen with a small table, microwave, frig, coffee n cabinets. We had a couch n table for relaxing and watching tv and a wonderfully clean and neat room. AC stayed at perfect temperature. Neighboring rooms not obtrusive and plenty of hot water. Will definitely stay again.

I booked this hotel for 2 separate nights, 1 night on the way to Florida and 1 night on the way home. The first night had some issues...noisy fan in the bathroom, dirty kitchen table, broken thermostat, uncomfortable beds and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast area was clean and breakfast staff extremely friendly as well as the check in lady. Breakfast was well stocked and very good (scrambled eggs/sausage/waffles/pancakes/pastries). The 2nd night is a completely different story ... Read more

Me & good FrieNd looking for digs in Nc and wondering if is beneficial to be roommates or get Seperate residence. Some great apartments in Charlotte, Concord Mills areas. Not a bad Comfort suites. Had a light problem in bathroom and trouble with remote control for TV. Friend told front desk manager and they promptly corrected all problems.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to mall and a lot of restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and breakfast and evening receptions were good.Just be careful when making more than 1 reservation.

I loved this place. Pleasant, quiet, well located. Breakfast was great. We used the pool and the gym, both of which were clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that it had a kitchenette, but no dishes and no place to cook.

This hotel is nice, if you can find it. It's off of the interstate buried in the middle of a shopping center and its parking lot. The room is nice, the staff is nice, it's clean. Only problem is finding it. It does not come up on gps or mapquest. When I called to figure it out they said it was behind a restaurant. That might be helpful if I was from the area and knew where the restaurant was.

Great staff and owners. We are working with the hotel for rooms and business meetings. Very accommodating. Provides a thing we need and they are quick to get it done. Never seen too busy for us. Even the manager jumps in to help ice down coolers or wipe down tables. Great customer service.

This hotel is in a great location close to the interstate and right beside a large mall. So easy to find and lots to do. Several places to eat and get gas close by. The room I had was awesome with a kitchenette, couch, desk and multiple plugs for phone. Shower was roomy. bed very large and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of hot and cold selections including vanilla greek yogart, my favorite! Beautifully decorated with a fountain in the lobby.

We travel to Florida at least once a year and from home we usually make in down to Statesville/Charlotte, North Carolina athe first day. We try to encompass an day visit to a major city on the way or home to enhance our vacation and Charlotte was a great place to spend a day. This hotel was very clean, inviting and perfect for an extended stay with lots of room with the suite to stretch out after a day of walking the city as opposed to a bed only room. Great hot breakfast, with fridge and micro ... Read more

We're locals and stayed here before closing on our house. Five nights gives you plenty of time to see how things are run. We really enjoyed our stay. All the employees were friendly but Elizabeth (in charge of the breakfast/evening reception) was outstanding. The property is clean and relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious. We had a problem on one day in that the maid removed our dirty towels and left us a bathmat and nothing else. Told the front desk and got everything we ne... Read more

This place is incredibly hard to find. It is hidden in the middle of a shopping center. The hotel is average. The floor creeks a little and the phone could use a good dusting. Other than that not too shabby. Due to the location and it being so hard to get to I probably wouldn't bother booking again.

My family and I came up o spend the weekend and go to the Renaissance Festival. We had a blast at the festival. We even dressed in costumes!! However, on the first night we didn't have extra blankets for our pull out bed. We checked the entire room. The wife went downstairs and the desk clerk said they were in the room. We checked the second time. Well then I called the front desk. As a guest, we don't want excuses. He should have just given the blankets up when the wife came down. After a third... Read more
