Staff was extremely helpful in giving us directions and recommendations on nearby attractions and restaurants. We didn't have any problems during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were fresh and clean - they need to work on the common areas a bit (hallways - and A/C units at the end of the halls. Pleasant stay!

My husband, 6 month old son and myself stayed for 2 nights in the baymont for our yearly fall sight seeing trip in the area. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating! We didn't make any complaints toward the issues we experienced just because they were not serious enough that we felt the need. The minor issues included the toilet needing repair and my husband having to wiggle the chain in the back of the tank in order to flush at times, ... Read more

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Only suggestion would be to have 2 waffle irons at breakfast so not as long a wait. Also ran out of breakfast biscuit sandwiches. Hot tub looked very inviting, but did not have time to enjoy this trip.

Everthing was great except the hot tub. I told the front desk that their pool man needs to get it up to 102 degrees to call it a hot tub. Now if they do not want to get it up to 102 degrees then they should take it out of their advertising theat they have a hot tub.

I like this hotel for visits to Appalachian State. Its not brand new but serves the purpose and usually gives better rates than the other local hotels for APP state functions.

Very good hotel, great breakfast, rooms are perfect, customer service also perfect. Pet friendly hotel, have now stayed here four times and will be trying to stay every trip to Boone for next two and a half years while son at school. Just wish rates were not crazy on home football game days but I do understand

On our visit to Boone for the App State-Miami football game we stayed at the Baymont Inn near compass. The hotel was clean and the location was within walking distance of the stadium. We enjoyed our stay, I know prices go up on the weekends and in the fall during football and leaf season, but though the price was a bit steep. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay,

Colleen at the front desk was friendly and helpful as we had not been to Boone for 22 years. their was plenty of parking and the staff was very informative as to places to eat or to visit for the weekend. They even provided great weather. How they do that I don't know but they did. The stay was very pleasant and would recommend your hotel to family and friends.

We arrived on Thursday. Originally to come Friday, but Baymont staff helped us extend our weekend. The pool was nice, the food good, rooms comfortable with refrigerator/ microwave.
