The price was great, but you get what you pay for. This place is a little on the seedy side, and I would have loved the opportunity to redesign the way they used the space. We spent 3 nights after staying in some lovely places, so the experience was a downer. The breakfast buffet was not appealing in the least, and like I said before, the coffee was the worst! Internet was supposedly free, but on Saturday night you could not get on it. When I complained to the front desk, they said it was b... Read more

The rooms looked great, front desk personnel were friendly. The location was very Uber-friendly. But the bed wasn't very comfortable. My biggest complaint was the loud AC units; I kept waking up at night due to its sound. It was too warm out to not have it on at night. I won't stay again if I can't sleep at night with those loud AC units.

The customer service was EXCELLENT. Every hotel associate I encountered was nice and genuine. Everything else was okay. I realize my room stay was during Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was at a decent location, but it definitely was not worth a nightly average of $190 for two nights. Upon entering the room ten or more baby crickets were in the bathroom. One of the extra blankets had some kind of stain on it. And the air conditioner was very loud and woke me up different times. That said, I ... Read more

We arrived in Ash illegal for the 1/2 marathon. The first thing we encountered was the pool was not functional. This is a great amenity to have after running 13.1 miles. The next thing was the air conditioning was sporadic, either to hot or too cool when remaining on the same setting. The air conditioning was also very noisy and did not allow for a good nights sleep. The last thing that was inadequate was the Internet. I called down to the front desk several times and was just offered the code w... Read more

Our room smelled like mildew they had maintenance come in and spray air freshener int the room, the air conditioner didn't cool the room, and when we got there they tell us the pool is out for the weekend. Which I told them my kids was really excited, a heads up before hand and I would've switched hotels. One positive was the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

We haven't stayed in a Days Inn in years but was looking for an inexpensive place to stay. When we walked in, we were very surprised and impressed at how high end the room was. No high end hotel could have been any nicer than the room we stayed in at the Asheville Days Inn. The free breakfast was delicious, too! We will definitely stay here again.

Only real complaint is that I feel the room was somewhat overpriced - we paid $168.00, and in all honesty - even though Asheville is a major tourist attraction and the hotel is only asking what the market will bear - I feel that was a bit much. They were very accommodating, quite full as well as helpful. Their breakfast was outstanding as well as tasty southern meal. Only thing that surprised me was the rate, but I guess that is what the market is today. Might stop by again on another trip into that area. I just wish I had know about the restrictions and requirement on your Rewards Program ahead of time, seeing that I travel only several times per year !

The bed sunk in the middle - must have been 50 years old! Paint was peeling in the bathroom and the room smelled musty! I spent $185 for the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and I have been all over the world! I don't know happened to my original review, but I am repeating it to warn people about this place. The only reason it isn't one star is the breakfast. It was decent and the dining area looked clean. This property has been upgraded with furnishings and paint, but....... the HVAC system is a throw back to way back. This is not the first bad experience with the heating and air, so we don't report it. They have the old individual systems in the rooms with selection nobs that just turn willy-nilly so you never really know if you have the system on heat or cool. This trip we had two choice really hot or plain old cold.

Room was very unclean when we checked inn. Very dated.. Paint was peeling off the wall. For the price we where charged, I expected better.

My go to for visits to Asheville. Not the fanciest by any stretch, but it's clean, affordable, and the breakfast is the best!

Just another Motel in Asheville, NC. They boast of having the best breakfast for a motel here, but mostly I fed it to my dog every morning. Rooms are clean but stale and a bit run - down. The staff are all great, but management (independent owners) don't really give a hoot about the Hospitality industry. They are obviously just sucking the profits and the spirit out of the staff.

stay was 2 nights and were very surprise by all the facillity of the hotel, really well located, nice pool area and breakfast room, the salon in the lobby with cauzy atmosphere and room well d├ęcorated and up grated.

Very clean room, and a good last-minute booking for a quick trip up to Asheville. I was very impressed with the cleanliness especially, but the front desk staff was also very professional and polite. I appreciate a higher quality budget brand, though I have stayed in a variety of types of hotels over years of travel. Excellent work!

Lobby area nice but room was in need of upgrade. Heater was very difficult to regulate and the room, although clean, had thin towels and below par appointments.

Nice clean, quiet place and breakfast was wonderful. Only issue was we found a pair of pants left by the previous guess.

Rooms open outside, men who appeared to need baths and haircuts hanging out on the sidewalks smoking, room smelled musty, man on a bicycle with a bed roll strapped to the back............we left! The property next door was perfect.
