I have stayed at this Hilton several times over a period of years, most recently in November 2015. It is right off the interstate, so easy access, and it is located in the Biltmore Park development, which is mixed-use and has a good feel to it. You can easily walk to many restaurants of varying price ranges and styles, to a movie theater, to a Barnes & Noble bookstore with Starbucks inside, and to various shopping choices (REI, toy store, Ann Taylor, Charming Charlies as examples). Exceptional in every way. The check in was a breeze with really friendly staff. They welcomed me as a HH member and assured me that I would have a quiet room, which they did. The location is really easy to get to, and the surrounding places to eat made this a perfect place to stay. Many places to choose from, all a very short walk away. The room was clean and big. I did not use the internet, but it was available. Eat breakfast once and thought it was worth the time and money. The buffet I think ... Read more

My wife, son and I stayed at this very nice Hilton hotel in Biltmore Park, Asheville. The room was great, restaurant was top notch for breakfast & dinner and it was in a self-contained village with a large movie theater, Barnes & Noble and several top notch restaurants. Also within a convenient 15-20 minutes drive to downtown Asheville and other attractions. We will definitely go back.

Nicest hotel I've stayed at in the Asheville area. Booked a one bedroom suite, and with sofa bed and rollaway my family had plenty of space, including two baths. Only fault with the room was it it overlooked commercial rooftops instead of the mountains. Liked the location, the lobby, the breakfast buffet (though not included), and might try the spa on next visit.

I stayed here for a seminar and had my family and dogs with me. It was an exceptional facility for the dogs. Everyone was very cordial and it was easy and relaxed to have them there. We were able to get an extra large interior room that was pet friendly so it worked out perfectly for us. It is part of a nice little area that has many food choices as well as some shopping. I have stayed here many times but had not yet reviewed it. This is a very nice hotel in a retail development right off of the highway. Close to the airport, the Biltmore and about 15 min to downtown. There is a spa, nice breakfast and dinner off the lobby and a lobby bar. The rooms and service are top notch. It can be a bit pricey but worth it as there are restaurants and shopping right outside the door.

Hotel is very nice, next to a number of amenities: restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping. However check-in was sub par. As a Hilton Diamond, it's customary to either receive an upgrade or request one upon check in. I was not asking for much of an upgrade: one king with sofa sleeper vice 2 queens. I'm not sure what I was expecting . . . this hotel was nice, but it didn't really stand out to me in terms of any other hotel in this category. The location is nice as it's within walking distance of many places and it's located in a nice little area. We travel to Asheville often and have wanted to try this hotel for a while. It's in a great location and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Value for what you get is average, we like a couple of local Bed Breakfast places better for the value. Just keep in mind this is a pet friendly hotel.

The Hilton Biltmore Park is fabulous! Best staff around! They go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make you feel comfortable....just like a member of the family. The breakfast offering is absolutely amazing! The culinary staff uses locally-sourced ingredients to elevate the meal head and shoulders above an average hotel breakfast buffet.

My overnight stay was great from start to finish. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little smaller than anticipated, but everything was clean and met my needs. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were top notch.

Fantastic customer service throughout. The positive attitudes of all the employees I experienced was 2nd to none. I went to the front desk to request a manager to relay the exceptional service (something I never take time to do). Two women were at the desk and one of them was the assistant manager. Again I was shocked in a positive way. Normally managers are hiding in an office away from the general public. This particular hotel has some very positive energy.

Fabulous hotel, great staff, good price, super clean and THE MOST HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE HOTEL EVER!!! Indoor pool has a lift for handicapped folks and the shower was super accessible. Location is awesome as it is within short walking distance to great restaurants, shops, etc. Movie theatre right across the street. The customer service was THE BEST!!!! Will be going back for sure!!! Spa was amazing, too! They even allow pets, couldn't be better!!!

Check in was a bit unpleasant. We were told as the hotel was sold out the night before, we couldn't check in till 4pm. He said he would call us.. we never got a call. And our rooms were in opposite wings of the floor. Rooms are decent sized, and clean with amenities. Overall a very good hotel. Except for the unfriendly staff I encountered..

Great location for all we wanted to do. Convenient to French Broad Rafting (highly recommend), Biltmore Estate & winery & downtown restaurants and good shopping at Biltmore Park Town Square. Good food and wine at Travinia Italian Kitchen at Biltmore Park Town Square. Location, location, location! Oh and comfy beds&bedding.

The staff were friendly and courteous, the facilities were clean and very pretty, the beds were comfortable, and the room was excellent. The hotel bar and restaurant were good as well (though we only ate there for breakfast). Overall, it is a great hotel. Also, it sits in a nice shopping center with other good restaurants, a movie theater, and some good shopping. That being said, however, it is also a little outside the city and made getting to the city a little difficult depending on Uber avail... Read more

We have been to this area many times, sometimes staying a month or so in rented cabins. On this occasion we stayed in this new-ish Hilton in a new area called Biltmore Park. Not too near the actual Biltmore Estate (20 min away). Hotel was nicely appointed and in general a good experience. Unfortunately, our planned stay conincided with Hurricane Mathew. We did not get the room we wanted on our arrival and the check in staff were not very helpful (2 days before storm was a problem). We event... Read more

Stayed three nights while attending a wedding. Nice and clean hotel, polite staff and Jim the Bellman who assisted me with my luggage from room to car was excellent! He goes out of his way to assist a guest to enable their departure as easy as possible. Will return again the next time visiting Ashville!

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Asheville. Newer hotel located in a great shopping district. Rooms are clean, and staff is very nice. Easy parking. Great restaurants in walking distance. Only 20-minute drive to downtown Asheville and UNC Asheville!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park to celebrate our 12th anniversary. As a Diamond Member, I had checked in online and reserved a King bed room with a nice view from the 6th floor. After driving 7+ hours from Maryland to Asheville, I was very disappointed to learn at check in that the room I reserved online was unavailable. The front desk was able to get us into a room on the 6th floor with two queens and a decent view of the freeway, the power plant and som... Read more

Hilton Biltmore Park is in a great location and very close to the airport. The Town Center is a plus with the ability to walk to a variety of restaurants, shops, movie theatre and a fabulous work-out at the YMCA.

This Hilton is a gem near the mountains. The hotel is immaculately clean, sophisticated and ideally situated. The breakfast items are outstanding with great attention to detail by their cook. I think the most impressive thing however, is the management (Andrew) and staff's personal attention to guest assistance. Whether in person, or when calling from out of state, when you need help you are not lost in an endless automated telephone cycle. Guest preferences are remembered and recorded. Promises... Read more

3 of us shared a king suite with 1 1/2 baths! It was extremely quiet and comfortable. The extra half bathroom was such a convenience!! The hotel staff was excellent! Savannah welcomed us when we arrived and because our room was not ready she very graciously gave us three free breakfast buffet cards. (Our wait was about 10 minutes) . The den furniture was very comfortable to sit and visit and watch TV . The king mattress was not as comfy as the previous Hilton we stayed at and the sofa bed... Read more
