Spent three nites here in May, doing the seagrove pottery scene and a visit to the Nc Zoo. This hotel is very close to the zoo and an easy ride to seagrove. IT IS LOCATED ON A BUSY ROAD WITH A GREAT SELECTION OF RESTURANTS NEARBY. The building is very clean and the staff was very competent and friendly. IT has a great outside courtyard fenced off from the busy road and traffic. This is a great place to relax in a lounge chair or at one of the many umbrella covered tables. We enjoyed our s... We stayed for 1 night at this hotel on route to our destination in South Carolina. This was our 1st stay at this hotel but subsequent stay at a Hampton Inn brand. This hotel is consistent with Hampton Inn brand and what one expects when staying at Hampton Inn: - Very friendly and professional staff - Consistent brand feel, from 24 hr coffee in the lobby to freshly popped popcorn for kids and adults alike, to a very tasty breakfast (with waffles!) - Guests rooms are exactly what one expects from ... Hampton Inn's are our favorite hotels and have stayed in Asheboro several times. Still a great hotel, but there were tears on the couch and chips on the suite counter top. Probably can't change this - but very thin walls and we all thought the BFG was staying above us. Time for an upgrade. However, one of the friendliest front desk staffs ever!!

I stay at Hampton properties regularly because I find them all consistently a good value clean and comfortable. This one is no different except the fitness center was small, dark and lacking enough equipment for any decent workout. Only 3 pieces of cardio equipment. That was disappointing.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and on-point with my check-in, in a timely manner. The room/bathroom was immaculate. The only thing IF I had to give a negative, would be - the bed. It was not AS comfortable as I would have liked it to have been, but it was by NO MEANS, horrible. Close proximity to zoo. Wonderful staff and wide variety of breakfast items. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Pretty expensive for the location as Asheboro is not exactly a tourist hot spot. I did not use the pool or continental breakfast and did not stay very long. For the short time I was here, I enjoyed it and if I need to stay in an Asheboro hotel again, this is the one I would choose. First the good part, the people are wonderful. From the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff, they are all friendly, helpful and concerned. But the bad news is, the hotel is seriously understaffed. And the carpets throughout are old and dingy. The whole building gives the feeling that someone just wants to take as much money out of it as they can get away with. Little things like Ice/vending rooms with nothing in them, a broken scale in the exercise room, a grand suite with not one utensi... Read more

Not my original choice but so glad I changed it to this hotel. Close to businesses and shopping I needed. Hotel and staff were just what I needed. Kids enjoyed daily popcorn and cookies and the indoor pool helped get them to sleep.

Everything was as expected, no drama. Certainly not the flagship brand of the Hilton portfolio, but a very good value. We were greeted with ample Southern hospitality, both when checking in, with the front desk giving useful local recommendations, and at breakfast time when the gregarious morning host greeted everyone cheerfully and made sure everyone knew we was here to help. The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave and a fridge. Internet access worked fine; the PTAC-stylr HVAC preva... Read more

We especially enjoyed the heated pool and Spa. Our room was clean and comfortable; complementary breakfast was very good; staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our trip and will stay here when we visit the zoo in the future.

Excellent place to stay, wonderful staff and service. The room was extremely clean, and the bathroom was extremely clean. The staff was excellent, and more that willing to be of service. The breakfast had several choices and again the staff was excellent. It was clean and well stocked.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Pool was nice and worm. Room was clean and staff went out of there way to answer questions about the area. Close to area shopping and dinning. I would recommend this location and would stay again myself.

We enjoy staying here because of its closeness to other towns that we like to visit. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is similar to most motel continental breakfast, with cereal, waffles, fruit and some hot items. Nice sized area for sitting.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Asheboro area. The breakfast had plenty of healthy options like oatmeal (delicious), low fat yogurt, fresh fruit that was really fresh! The decor in the room was very relaxing with neutral colors and everything just so to make it very calming and tranquil. The bed was very comfortable and that is why i do prefer the Hampton Inn.
