This location is perfect if you want a great stay while playing golf, shopping, or just a weekend getaway. Great staff and location is perfect for shopping and dinning. We come back many times a year.

Enjoyed our time! It was such an easy process checking in and out. The breakfast provided in the mornings was more than you could ever want. Complimentary beverages were in the lobby through out the day. We were able to get a great nights sleep. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Spent 2 days/nights here for a business trip. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. I missed the happy hour where food and drinks were available but the hot breakfast each morning offered a nice selection to get the day started.

I had a great stay at this location. The staff were friendly and funny. I was able to get my room key and go straight to my room. There was no filling out papers and signing documents. They had plenty of staff on hand to accommodate all and any needs. I would highly recommend this location. Located around plenty of restaurant choices and shopping just in case you forgot something for travel.

We were so pleased with our recent stay here in Aberdeen/Southern Pines. The facility is new, first-rate, and very clean. Our king suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was excellent (an important detail for putting in contact lenses and applying make-up). We were in North Carolina for my granddaughters christening. Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was very clean. There was a nice indoor pool that many families were using. Continental breakfast was nice with a nice variety of items to choose from.

We always stay at Hampton Inns and this one was up to par in every way except one. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant. The grounds were very pretty with a nice walkway all around the property. One nice touch was the manager's reception between 5 and 6 p.m. offering beer, wine, soft drinks, and snacks for the guests. We stayed at this facility for two nights and our room was never cleaned. I met with management and asked for some type of compensation for this. I was promised a free night's stay at a Hampton Inn but have never received it. Room 429 air conditioning unit cannot be adjusted. Fan runs on high speed only.

This is a beautiful hotel and is in a great location. We were in town for my best friends daughters wedding. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing staff. They went out of their way to accommodate several requests we had for things the bridal party needed while getting ready. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was standard. Standard room, price, pool, breakfast- nothing special. However, while there someone peed in the elevator. I'm not talking a little pee, I mean it was a STRONG odor. I understand kids have accidents and the carpeted elevator may be hard to clean however in the 2 days we were there it only got worse. worseIve been on subway elevators in NYC and DC that smelled better. Stayed 2 nights at this Hampton Inn. Experienced two nights of relaxing by the pool and hot tub followed by quite sleep. Staff was very easy to access and very accommodating. I recommend staying at this location when visiting this area.

My family stayed here for three days in a suite. We enjoyed all of the time and the room was spacious and comfortable for four people and three pets. The pool area was clean and relaxing. The lobby area was bright and relaxing with coffee, tea, and water always available. Additionally, there were cookies offered during the mid-afternoon period. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and there was no repeat of hot foods which is a welcoming change.

We are in a suite, room 132, and the room is huge with a mini kitchen. The hotel looks new, there's tons of places to shop and eat nearby. Front staff was exceptional, convenience shop onsite. We usually stay at the Pinehurst Resort but I've gotta say, this is mighty nice for a non-vacation stay. We are in town for a golf tournament and the hotel is right off 501. Clean, quiet, comfy, very very pleased.

Tournament site was in Laurinburg, nearly 45 min away, but this hotel was well worth the extra windshield time. Clean, friendly and the breakfast selections were numerous. Would drive a little extra again to stay here!

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. This was my 2nd business trip to Pinehurst and I will definitely stay here again. The size of the double suite was great and the staff very accommodating. Trip to watch our nephew participate in the US Kids Golf World Championship at Pinehurst. Hotel a short 10 minute drive from the golf course. Suite very clean and spacious. Location perfect for dining and shopping options, but set back from main thoroughfare, so pretty quiet.

This is a newer hotel which was mostly comfortable, but disappointed with a non-working swimming pool (rank odor) and non-working wireless Internet service. Also, the AC system was deafening when on. On the up side, the included breakfast was varied and of good quality and the room was well appointed other than the lack of a comfortable side chair.

One night stay and would absolutely stay here again. The front desk manager, Phillip, was so very friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure that I was happy. Accommodations were clean and well serviced. The housekeeping staff even made an art form out of the shower curtain. Quiet, conveniently located, this Hampton Inn does it right! I prefer to stay in 4-5 star expensive hotels (on personal trips); however, I would come back here in a heartbeat.

We came here for a business trip, and from the moment I was greeted at the front, I knew I picked the right hotel. The room (King Suite) was awesome, clean, and inviting. The front staff were very helpful and friendly. Internet worked well for me, the gym was adequate, and the location was prime -with plenty of restaurants and stores to choose from.

Nice building nestled behind high end shopping center and close to major restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to go to my car after midnight and the grounds were policed. The elevator wait wasn't long and the rooms are sound proofs as I had a joining room but didn't hear any noises. Small pets are allowed in this hotel and the ones we met were friendly.

Loved this hotel. They have the extra large Studio rooms which allowed us to play poker and have a ton of space to move around and keep our golf clubs in the rooms with us. If you come here to play Pinehurst, this is the place to stay!

The Hampton Inns in general deliver a good value with above average accommodations - the Hampton in Southern Pines was no different. The staff was extremely cordial and always smiling. Mattress was at the end of it's life and really needed replacing. But other than that, the room was quite comfortable. I always appreciate the feather pillows.

Great experience staying here. Used digital check in that makes it so easy when you arrive. Front desk was very welcoming. The hotel looked new, it was so clean. Breakfast was tasty-omelet, bacon, potatoes, waffles and other assorted continental breakfast type items. Definitely stay here again.

During and extremely busy time following the aftermath of hurricane Matthew, Courtney Brown was extremely accommodating. Arrived at 3:00 check in time. Told rooms were not ready but would be in 20 minutes and they would call my cell phone when the rooms were ready. No call and one room was not ready until 6:00pm. Large spotlight shinning directly into 2 of the rooms. No tissues or toilet paper. Breakfast was lacking fresh fruits and yogurt on day two. No manager was to be found and the service from this location is unacceptable.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful pretty much. The breakfast is pretty awesome, just usually crowded and I couldn't get a waffle on. It has an indoor pool but I didn't use it. There are lots of restaurants to use in the area. Also, the hotel is pet friendly which is highly important to the wife and I since we have a german shepherd we take with us everywhere now that were retired.

I stay at this hotel once or twice every year.. This year the quality of breakfast was much worse than previous years. The boiled eggs had a sour taste to them, and other items were of much lower quality. Also, the selection of hot entrees was poor. Please try to get thenfoodquality improved.

As an HHonors member I used online checkin and this room was recommended. Seriously??? There is a huge HVAC unit directly in front of the window that roars when running causing you not to be able to sleep. This is my second stay at this location. The last time the room was never cleaned during a two night stay. Will not return!

AAAAwful experience....bath tub cleaned with oily substance not appropriate for cleaning anything except marble of sink. Housekeeper had two cleaners LABELED IN ENGLISH. The Aberdeen, NC Hampton Inn & Suites is very conveniently located to restaurants and retail stores, Walmart, Starbucks, TJ Maxx, Best Buy, Panera Bread, etc. Some within walking distance.
