"My experience was the most frustrating ever. I was promised a room with two beds and when I had arrived I was told that was not available and a cot would be provided. We then left our luggage in the room and went out for the rest of the day. When we returned to our room at about 10 pm, the cot was not there. I went into the bathroom and just happened to glance at the shower and noticed that it was the filthiest bath tub I had ever seen. It looked as if someone mixed potting soil in the tub. I had to make several phone calls and even a trip down to the front desk to get them to send someone up to clean the tub. Upon my arrival back to the room I found hair on the bed and it looked as if the sheets were never changed. I placed another call and requested the sheets be changed. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is its proximity to many places we wanted to visit. The quality and condition of the rooms does not match the price. I feel as though I was paying only for its location in Times Square and not quality. If you want a clean shower and bed, look elsewhere."

From the East:
Take Highway 495 West (Long Island Expressway) to Midtown Tunnel. Take 34th Street cross town to 8th Avenue and turn right. Follow to 52nd Street and turn right. Follow for two blocks to 7th Avenue.
From the North:
Take Interstate 95 South to Cross Bronx Expressway. Continue west to Henry Hudson Parkway South, which becomes West Side Highway. Follow to 52nd Street and turn left. Continue six blocks to 7th Avenue. The hotel is on the right.
From the West:
Take Route 80 East to George Washington Bridge. Continue to South West Side Highway. Follow to 52nd Street Exit. Follow to 7th Avenue. The hotel is on the right.
From the South:
Take I-95 North (NJ Turnpike) to Exit 16E, to Lincoln Tunnel. Take 10th Avenue North (uptown) to 52nd Street. Turn right on 52nd Street and continue two blocks to 7th Avenue. The hotel is on the right.
