"This is the second time that we have taken a chance on the mystery hotel. Both times, we have been nothing short of extraordinarily pleased. This time, my daughter and I stayed in New York for three nights. We were thrilled with the lobby and staff members, all of whom were so very nice. Our room was a bit small, but seeing as we were in New York, we knew that this is the case at most hotels there. The bed was very comfortable, the furnishings were new, well kept, and attractive. We only have great feedback to give, as we were nothing short of thrilled with our stay!"

"Hotel was adjacent to Liincoln Square so ideal location. Room was small but beautifully appointed and space was effectively used. Hotel staff was efficient. The air conditioner was very noisy so would present a problem for someone who likes the room cold."
