"Beds were acceptable, room was clean and check in and out was easy. The day I arrived I checked in at 9 PM. They didn't offer a shuttle from the airport that late so I had to take a cab. It was disappointing to see two of their competitors shuttles sitting out there when I had to take a cab. Once in my room I found the drapes broken and unable to close all the way so I called to front desk and informed them. I was told they would have it fixed the next day (Thursday). After being out all day I returned to a clean room but a still broken drapes. I called a second time and was given an apology and a promise that it would be repaired the next day (Friday). In the morning not wanting to take any chances I talked to the morning shift at the hotel to make sure this drape issue was going to be resolved that day. I did come back to this issue fixed that night. The tub had holes for jets but this function did not work. The shower head had a lot of lime buildup so water pressure was sorry. The vents had a serious build up of dust and mold. The shower door had mildew growing in the corners but you could tell they cleaned the main glass. The drain had standing water you could see but water did not sit in tub. There was an AA convention taking place there while I was there and they were a quite social group. While I was in the lobby waiting for my ride I was approached a few times by these attendees and greeted. No free breakfast like some other locations and there wasn't a fridge in the room either. I was fortunate enough to have a room in the back away from much of the other noise though my room faced an empty pool. I would have been nice to see a pool with water in it."
