I would definitely stay again, this hotel was clean and comfortable for my family, I would have used pool and gym if I had more time. Breakfast area was okay, not enough room for customers to sit and eat, we went to breakfast elsewhere, but overall a pleasant surprise.

Wonderful, immaculately clean hotel. Terrific for travel with pets. The $75 fee is well worth it if you're staying several days. Although my trip was primarily leisure, I used the set up to get some work done. One of the better fitness facilities I've used in any hotel. Terrific breakfast and coffee bar.

Found hair in the bed, dirty sheets and towels. So make sure that's all clean before customers arrive. Also was only offered ear buds, no discount, water, nothing for inconvenience. Checked out early because of this. Hotel was really cute, but Won't stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. As a matter of fact, I had never heard of the brand before. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Check in time is 3pm. We called ahead because we were arriving about 2 hours early. The front desk person told us that even though we were early, 2 of our 3 rooms were ready. The hotel rooms were immaculate. This hotel is basically brand new, and the staff was very accommodating. The shower water was a little light (a little extreme even for conservation, imo), would be my only complaint. It has 2 outdoor patios to hang out on, but I think they could have incorporated a few more, because they were definitely popular, and in short supply once it got busy.

My husband is a lower leg amputee and we have stayed in a lot of hotels in the past. This was the absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at where the bathroom was set up for an amputee. The support bars were placed perfectly and the tub chair was adjustable. The room wasn't fancy but it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and kind. We were very happy.

Arriving late in the evening, it was a delight to find hot beverages available in the lobby, a warm welcome, and comfortable beds in the spacious suite. The black out blind meant that sleeping was easy when the sun came up, and we just made the breakfast deadline to enjoy oatmeal and omelets. It's an ideal arrangement for longer stays as the is lots of storage space in the rooms, with a full size fridge, dishes, glassware and utensils to feel at home. We were in Webster, New York for my son's soccer tournament, so Henrietta is not a typical vacation stay for us. Downtown Rochester is about a 20 min drive away. The very new and modern building, very friendly staff, location, and amenities made this a very pleasant stay for our family. Nice indoor pool, well designed rooms, high quality materials, comfortable beds, good breakfast and clear attention to environmental impact. The rooms are an interesting hybrid of "normal" hotel room layout, suite amenities such as microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher for long term stay with movable curtain partitions to create room dividers.

I stayed here one night with my family in July. Overall the hotel is well-located; easy access from the highway and any store or restaurant in Henrietta. The hotel is very modern, almost IKEA-like. The large built-ins along the wall were useful as an impromptu changing table, and the closet made a very nice little nursery for my son's travel crib. This is my first time at this brand within the Hilton family. It had a great location near the highway and many places to eat. I did not like that it had no bathtub and the amenities are mounted to the shower, so they are shared. That is nasty. I LOVED the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower, how convenient! The pool was very clean and the water was the perfect temperature. The pool area was set up to be relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful. They have these microwaveable egg dishes that are delicious! I'm so glad we stayed here. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town!

Very loud hall floors and stairway. Room was good size but the couch was very dirty and decor didn't match (not a biggie but could be improved). Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was good. Could only enter hotel from 1 side of road.

LOVED this hotel! Modern, clean, spacious, mini-kitchen with a micro, dishwasher, and refrigerator, hot plates available; free internet, free use of washer/dryer (byod-detergent); pool and workout room, lots of free parking, friendly staff. The only negative was the thin walls so you could hear things knocking on counters and shelves on occasion (I guess because of the fact that the shelves were connected to the walls and sound travels through solids pretty good) but nothing I couldn't sleep t... We stayed here for one night with our two kids. We always need a suite because we have a special needs child with a specific diet. The kitchen was fine. It had a nice fridge which is always a plus. The king size bed was comfortable. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. My husband barely got any sleep (both of our kids fell asleep on the king bed, so my husband slept on the couch). He woke up with a sore back and neck. There are also very thin walls. We could hear someone blasting their TV a... Read more

This is twice we have been here and the place is great. The people working there are great. the rooms are very nice. you are near the freeway and can get anywhere in the city very easy. The workout room is very clean and the pool is wonderful .The only thing is I am on a no grain and no dairy diet so the menu is very small for me. They did have hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit which I made do. Some eggs without cheese would be nice.

I have stayed at Home2 Suites a couple of times in other cities, but this was my first time here. The room was nicely appointed and obviously pretty new. I wish there had been a bit more room for clothing storage, but the design of the room was good overall. I liked that there was ample parking, and the free breakfast was quite tasty with better than usual offerings. However, I didn't know the breakfast came with the room since nothing was discussed about the amenities of the hotel by the desk a... Read more

We stayed here for 1 night on a family road trip to Niagara Falls. There were 10 of us so we had 2 rooms. Since this hotel is pretty new, the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. It was also nice that the rooms were large enough to accommodate 5 people in each w/ 2 queens and a sofa bed. Breakfast was also good and similar to the Hampton Inn properties I have stayed at before. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We stayed at this location while visiting my daughters at college. This hotel is very convenient to both RIT and Nazareth College. The service was friendly and helpful, the suite large and we used both the fitness room and laundry facilities - very nice to have. Several members of our party had work to do and were able to use the lobby/living room to spread out and get it done. Complimentary parking and hot beverages available with a small shop for snacks, etc. Highly recommended!

As a wheelchair user of over 33 years and a person that likes to travel with my family, this property is perfect for those of us with specialized needs. The staff is friendly, professional and willing to make any and all accomadations needed to make the stay more pleasureable and comfortable. Even with calling ahead and making the travel arrangements, we had some small glitches that the staff rectified immediately. Just checked into Home2 Suites for the first time. What an unexpected surprise. The rooms are clean, roomy and full of the comforts of home. A small kitchenette awaited me and the check in attendant was friendly and informed me that coffee was available 24/7 and a complimentary breakfast started at 6:00 am. I would recommend this hotel for a anyone who wishes to have the comforts of home in a hotel room.

Came home on a Friday night to discover water coming through my ceiling. So I called the insurance company to get everything in process. I have a Amica insurance with whom and very happy. Being a Hilton Honors member I searched the Rochester New York area for a hotel room to accommodate 4 people. I chose Home2 Suites because they had a small kitchen, lots of storage, two queen beds and a sofa. The room was clean, large and the staff was friendly it even came with breakfast in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised for my first stay in a Home2 suites. The room was laid out well with all modern appliances. The front desk employee was bubbly and extremely helpful at providing recommendations for good local restaurants. A pleasant stay. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Rochester area.

Overall, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The decor is bright and cheery and modern. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 3:50pm (supposed to be ready at 3:00) but the desk clerk was kind and gracious and apologetic. We appreciated that the room was very comfortable and quiet. Everything was in good condition other than the bathroom door which did not work properly (a sliding door) and was difficult to open and close. When "closed" it did not shut completely and therefore ... Read more

My biggest complaints were the thin walls causing it to be very loud (I was in a corner room on the first floor and could hear everything, which I selected this room so it was my own fault) and the location of the driveway to the parking lot. The hotel sign should be located next to the entrance. If you try to enter where the sign is you miss the entrance to the parking lot and need to do a big U-turn around a long median, wait for a 5-hour light and it's a huge pain. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE,... Read more

Stayed here for three nights for a Japanese Card Game event happening at Hammergirl Anime. This is my 4th year attending this event. I've stayed at numerous hotels while here but this one beats all of them in amenities, availability of nearby food places, and comfort. I picked this hotel this time after seeing a photo of another group that we know that stayed here last year. Free Wifi was reliable all the way, and way better than most hotels in the area. The complimentary breakfast was also ve... Read more

Excellent location for visiting RIT. Hotel is located in the middle of shopping and plenty of restaurants. It is just a 6 minute drive to RIT. The room was nice with plenty of space. The only issue we had was not with the hotel or room itself. Unfortunately, we were on a floor with a few loud tenants. We were too tired and already moved into the room so did not bother trying to switch to another room. The breakfast selection was not bad for grabbing something quick and getting out the doo... I booked the hotel through ParkSleepFly. The hotel itself was fine. The problem was with the shuttle service. Upon returning to Rochester I called the hotel for a shuttle to take me back to my car, which was parked at the hotel. The front desk person first told me the shuttle was already at the airport, which she said she knew because it was not parked at the hotel. After not finding the shuttle I called back and she said she would send it right over. When it did not arrive after 30 minu... Read more

This is the second Home2 Suites I have visited, and it did not disappoint. A long room, smallish bath (which is more than adequate with a walk-in shower; no tub, thankfully) Industrial design with LOTS of storage. This property is Hilton's extended stay solution. Love it!

This is my first time staying at "Home2Suite" hotel. It is very clean, modern, and environmental friendly. The room is very big, with a sofa bed sitting area. There is also a small kitchenette with a big fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and utensil. This is perfect if you need to stay more than a few days. There are separate garbage bins for recycling purpose. However, it lacks an in-room safety deposit box. Everything in the room feels and looks new. The bed is a bit too soft for my taste. Ther...
