Location is spot on, really close to Times Square and Central Park with good transport links for all areas of interest in NYC. Really nice room and very clean. We stayed for two nights. Great breakfast with a really good selection. I accidentally left my iPad in the safe and they shipped it back to the UK for me with no problems.

1. This is the most money I've ever paid for a hotel, my first visit to NYC since 1964, when my parents took me to the World's Fair. 2. Hilton Grand Vacation owners can reserve 9 months in advance at the HGV website, except West 57th St NYC, where one can only reserve 45 days in advance. 3. March 27 we saw a rare 5 night Sunday-Thursday vacancy May 1-6 on the HGV web site, and reserved a 'studio plus'. 2 consecutive nights is the longest vacancy I've seen for the 1 bedroom suites. 4.... I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting NYC. My check-in was delayed until after 4:00, due, I guess, to guests checking out late. The staff were very apologetic and did all the could for the remainder of my visit to make sure I was happy. The one bedroom unit I usually reserve was unavailable, but the studio was quite adequate and considerably larger than the average NYC hotel room. All of the furnishings and accessories were top quality. The location deserves a special mention. Immediately n... Read more

This is a great New York City facility with everything you might need... convenient location with theater district walk-able, wonderful breakfast, and delightful late afternoon wine event with hot hor d'oeuvres. Large, comfortable rooms, beautifully appointed, and a large, comfortable bath. Staff is eager to serve. Not a pretentious facility, most comfortable and inviting.

The Hilton West 57th is a terrific place to spend a few days in New York City and environs. You're near so many fine restaurants and sights--Broadway theaters, strolls through and around Central Park, Carnegie Hall just up the street, Radio City Music Hall, the fabulous MOMA, the Frick, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of the City of New York. And these are just a little of what there is to see. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the rooms very comfortable.

Nice stay, too many rules. Spent two days and three nights for a promised 1 hour pitch that lasted two hours, to buy property for $160,000 for a week. We didn't buy, but their pitch has more options than just timeshare. Breakfast was lacking and owner suite lounge was off the menu.

Our stay here was flawless. The location is perfect for going to the theater and is a couple of blocks from the park. A refrigerator was provided and is 1/2 block from an amazing market, making a quick breakfast very easy. The rooms have a very clean, modern look. The bathroom is very large for New York City. All toiletries were provided. The bed was very comfortable and we were provided with 6 pillows. The courtyard location was virtually silent.

My wife and I have a fantastic birthday trip to NYC. We loved the hotel for its view, conveniences, quality and proximity to transit, entertainment, and restaurants. Our room, the Studio Premier, had a balcony and a great view of 57th street, sunrise and moon rise, and the canopy of Central Park. The weather was perfect for enjoying the space and drinking coffee and wine and enjoying ourselves!!!

We got suckered into the HGV, did not buy a timeshare but was offered a package to try out other locations. We chose this one and glad we did. The only problem was having to sit through a high pressure sales pitch and when we kept saying no, they backed off. Now for the room itself, it was nice and spacious. We got the king suite with a fold out sofa. There was a nice big soaking tub and the shower was separate. Also very quiet, we did not hear any noise at all. Location was convenient to all t... The hotel rooms are extremely clean and the staff is very nice. For a Manhattan, New York hotel this a great hotel with lots of room (in fact you can get a hotel room with a separate living room). The negative aspects of the hotel, if you're not a timeshare owner at the hotel, you cannot use the owner launge, take part in the free breakfast or utilize the the outside seating area.
