The Waldorf Towers
100 East 50th Street, New York, NY US 10022

Luxury in the Heart of Midtown Manhattan
The Waldorf=Astoria is an Art Deco masterpiece, and was the world`s largest hotel when it opened. The hotel was recognized as an official New York City Landmark in January 1993. During recent renovations totaling in excess of $200 million, many of the hotel`s original Art Deco treasures were rediscovered and unveiled, delighting a whole new generation of devoted admirers of the Waldorf=Astoria.

Dining at The Waldorf
Innovation and tradition meet at The Waldorf=Astoria`s celebrated restaurants, bars, and lounges. From a classic steakhouse and a progressive American brasserie to a multi-starred Japanese restaurant, the food and beverage venues of The Waldorf=Astoria entice diners with their creativity and culinary distinction. The diverse dining includes options from Peacock Alley, Bull and Bear Steakhouse and Bar, Oscar`s American Brasserie, and the Inagiku Restaurant.

Personalized Guest Services
Guests of The Waldorf Towers enjoy an extraordinary level of personalized service and can arrange private consultations with the hotel`s highly trained concierge staff. Guest preferences are kept on file by the hotel`s Guest Historian, for the guest`s return visit. The Waldorf=Astoria has recently debuted Guerlain Spa. Adding to the hotel`s already impressive list of amenities, Guerlain Spa ensures a comprehensive luxury experience for every Waldorf guest.

Award Winning Guestrooms
All guest accommodations at The Waldorf Towers are individually decorated with exquisite antiques and period reproductions, with themes ranging from French Provincial to Old English. Many suites feature pieces transported from the original Waldorf=Astoria, which was razed in 1929 to make way for the Empire State building.

The hotel was everything we imagined! Breathtakingly beautiful, amazing service, historical, with an awesome in-room beverage selection, e.g. Grgich hills Cabernet and Perrier Jouet champagne, Gray Goose, etc. Their on premise restaurants and bars are also very good, but only had 2 days to eat and drink New York, so we only ate there a couple of times.

We had a five night break at this hotel, and found the location very central to most landmarks. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spotless and the staff could'T do enough for us. The food was also great. Bit pricey but we'll worth it.

If you want to be treated like a somebody book your stay at the Waldorf Astoria Towers! All your needs will be met 100%. The staff, cleanliness, location, breakfast are all first class. We had a corner room in the Towers and it was bigger than any room my daughter or I had stayed at in any hotel all over the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. You will too!!!

We stayed in the towers for few days before our trip to London. Beautifully decorated, relaxing quiet ambience in suites and corridors (even when your neighbor have a cute dog lol). Wifi works perfect and no noises from the street can be heart. It's perfect for relaxing time after the city touring. Very classy, I'll surely come back. I will ad power outlets on night stands and modern TVs for extra traveling options.

Fantastic experience, love walking past the pictures of Queen Elizabeth in the check in area. Everyone is so gracious. The Wi-Fi could stand to be upgraded, a little difficult to connect with. The one bedroom suite was beautiful, easy to spread out in, very comfortable and luxurious. Very easy to work in and rest in separate rooms.

Really nice hotel with a big name, looked forward to staying at this hotel as the reviews i read about the Towers were amazing. How friendly the staff was and how amazing the hotel was etc. We were surprised when we didn't get such a friendly welcome on the day we dropped of our bags but thought oh well maybe its because we not checking in on that day, but then same "who are you" reaction on the day we checked in. Even when we were checking out we had the 1 guy that was helping us to put our ba... Read more

Stayed here with family and friends. We had high expectations, after been recommended by a friend, and they did not dissapoint! If it's your first time in New York, I would recommend taking a helicopter ride, over the city at night. It's such a beautiful place. The memories of this place, I will never, ever forget. Just outstanding.

Stayed for New Years, our first room was by the elevators so we were moved the after the first night! Our second room was lovely, beautiful wooden floors in the living area and a roof terrace with amazing views. You do get additional perks like breakfast, this is in a small ex-suite so get there early to avoid a wait, and access to the gym but for the additional cost these are minimal perks. I love the old charm of the hotel and having stayed on numerous occasions it would always be my first ... Read more

Nearly perfect. Great beds and spacious room. Love the bathroom. Nice gym. Good housekeeping and service. Breakfast too expensive though. Attractive also because of location. Overall expensive, but well worth the premium price.

We enjoyed a wonderful time at the Waldorf. What a beautiful hotel. It's steeped in history, which the hotel embraces and celebrates. Everyone at the hotel - from the front desk manager David O'Keeffe, to the greeting agent Christine Chambless, to their visiting agent Sagheer Khan -- is proud of the hotel and took great pains to make us comfortable and at home. Mr. Khan gave us a mini-tour of the several rooms and suites with historic significance and went out of his way to make our stay ... Read more

The service during our stay was excellent and the location very convenient, but unfortunately the overall experience rather disappointing. The room itself, although clean, showed definite signs of wear and the water was shutoff during our stay, which was very inconvenient. Not a bad stay, but at the price not what i was expecting.

The Towers are still an experience apart. Good to see the owners are putting a lot of effort in to upgrade the facility. Hopefully they keep it up and renovate all the guest rooms with modern amenities and installations.

The Waldorf should be closing immediately, not waiting for February. Everything is old, musty, dusty, broken, leaking. not working. Only good is staff who are now looking for other jobs. Will only get worse until February

Absolutely amazing property with staff that went above and beyond in making our trip a one-of-a-kind experience for our entire family. We were able to stay in the Sir Winston Churchill suite and it was an unbelievable experience that we will have fond memories of for many years to come.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria. We had family come in and we decided to stay at the Towers for more room. I truly thought our experience of Old time charm and elegance couldn't be any better. The Towers has it's very own private entrance. I truly wished one of my nieces were planning on getting married just to do a photo shoot in this beautifully stunning elegant charm! I requested a larger room upon check in because my daughter decided to join us. The lovely receptionis... Read more

I have been staying at the Towers for more than fifteen years and have traveled nearly the entire globe and I must say that the service and assistance that I experienced at my most recent stay at the Towers was unequivocal to any other five-star and seven-star hotel I have stayed in. Krissy Won at the front desk of the towers was wonderful: she was kind, always helpful and happy to help, constantly had a smile on her face, and was undoubtably an asset to their team and to my stay. The Waldorf Astoria in NYC is a beautiful historical property! Our rooms were nicely furnished. The check in staff was accommodating. We did have a few issues. I booked two Luxury double rooms. One would think both rooms would be the same size. Not so, one was significantly smaller than the other. The Front Desk staff could not explain it. Instead they gave us vouchers for breakfast at the Bull and Bear every day of our stay, a $200 value daily. We noticed when we got to our room the te... Read more

Where do I begin, on the moment I set foot in the hotel I was impressed with the size of the lobby, gorgeous entrance, and service with a welcoming smile. I asked for an upgrade and sadly was required to wait 1.5 hours' however, I did receive complementary drinks and eventually was upgraded to the Towers. The room had its own living room with plenty of room, as well as a very nice bedroom. The hotel is within walking distance to Times Square, Empire State Building, Top of the Rock and all the... I have to give a special shoutout to one of the managers, Jake Dlouhy, for taking time out of his day to give me an impromptu tour of the property. The Towers is a luxurious step above the already splendid Waldorf Astoria experience. The view of East Manhattan was wonderful on my corner 35th Floor room, with the Chrysler Building up close and personal. The Breakfast Lounge was fantastic. Family of 4 stayed in September 2016 and we all fell in love with place. The staff at check in were excellent and was provided with a room upgrade to the towers. Loved the heritage feel of the hotel which gives it an old world charm. Understand from 2017 that the hotel is having a major renovation, please do not get loose the charm that makes this hotel so special. In the meantime take any opportunity to stay or if this is not possible at least try the breakfast you will not be disappointed.
