Just had 4 nights here and was very happy with the size, comfort and cleanliness of the room. Excellent walk-in shower and great service from reception and door staff, particularly Orlando on the door. The only thing that we were disappointed with, was that I booked the hotel almost a year in advance and requested a high floor, as we knew street noise would affect our sleep. I noted this on my booking and emailed the hotel separately too. I also emailed again when our flight was delayed by 6... Read more

Recently spent 4 nights at The Tuscany. It was a very positive experience: room was large with comfy King size bed, spotlessly clean and newly upgrade interior. All the staff was friendly and efficient, starting with check-in . Concierge Jennifer was outstanding and so helpful and managers Robert and chase were always around seeing that everything worked smoothly. Would definitely stay there again, Excellent value.

I booked this hotel as we were staying in New York to celebrate my husband's 60th Birthday and wanted something a bit 'special'. I booked a studio room, the photos looked impressive, however, on arrival it was not as expected. Our room was ok, certainly not 'luxury', and lacked storage space. The 'closet' appeared to be an alcove with a door on it, the top shelf almost completely taken up with the safe so nowhere to put our things. There were no draw units for tops, underwear etc. The staff ... Read more

I had stayed at The Tuscany previously in January of 2016; it had been recommended to me by one of my best friends. I absolutely loved it! I stayed in a deluxe studio with my boyfriend for our Anniversary, and to explore New York's restaurant week, as we are in the Hotel/Restaurant Industry. The room was amazing, (bigger than I expected), and the service excellent. I decided to return to The Tuscany in April of 2016 for one night with my boyfriend. The Tuscanyl is conveniently located in mid-town east, steps from subway lines, Empire State Building, and New York Public Library. Tons of cool little bars and restaurants in the area. The staff is attentive and friendly. Rooms are nicely decorated, but a little rough around the edges and in need of some updating, nothing that will cause you to lose a night's sleep, but, given the boutique aspiration of the hotel, it falls short. This hotel is a perfect place to stay for a NY holiday. The location close to Grand Central Station is excellent, so you can walk just about anywhere on the island from there, and it's easy to get back to after dinner or a few drinks in the nearby bars.
