Great price for great quality. I reserved this hotel because of its loyalty program as well as its half pricing which reduced its cost to levels that only the hostels have in NYC. To conclude, the amazing welcoming at the front desk, the willingness of the employees to assist in any way and the quality of the rooms, consist the reasoning behind my willingness to come back.

We were on the 5th floor just above the hotel bar. Beds were really comfy & the room is really nice and spacious considering many other hotels we had looked at. Keep an eye on this very clean and modern hotel in NYC. A little off the main areas, but still easily accessible by cab, bus, subway line. This hotel is still close to major attractions in mid-town. You can get a little quieter area here, yet still be very close to midtown and the tourist areas as well.

Hilton didn't waste any space in this small queen room, but made good use of what was there: long bench at end of the bed, built-in computer desk and drawers, built- in shelves housing a small fridge and Keurig coffeemaker, good-sized bathroom and closet. On arrival reception staff were very helpful as they were all the trip. Cleaners arrived daily and made up the beds and changed bedding. Vacuuming was missed as well as replacing use milk. Resupplying tea/coffee was poor. The room itself was large, enough room for clothes storage , bathroom had large walk-in shower and was smart. Even though we had poor service from cleaners I hope we were just unlucky.

We were visiting NYC for a medical need. Looking for a reasonably priced hotel while our daughter was hospitalized at NYU medical center. This hotel was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was in walking distance to the hospital, restaurants and shopping. We were not here to tour the city but if you were, the hotel is conveniently located to Empire State Bldg, Macy's and Broadway. Hotel staff was very accommodating. This two-year-old hotel is a happy experience. Every single staff member is helpful and friendly, in a sincere, not its-my-job way. The rooms are comfortable: walk-shower with glass doors, microwave and refrigerator in place of useless bar fridge, cookies and coffee in the lobby, which in itself is comfortable for hanging out, including two flat screens. Housekeeping is on the ball, even if you don't leave your room until early afternoon. Did I mention the free (and easily accessible) WIF... Read more

There is a subway on the corner of the street - so handy. The street is a bit quieter than the usual NYC hustle and bustle but I liked this.
