I stayed for work for two nights. First, I couldn't believe the great room rate. I was in room 903 (top floor). The room is large for NY standards, very close to regular Hampton Inn room with two queen beds (just slightly more narrow, but it was not overly noticeable. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was intermittent wifi, but it was connecting on my phone without a problem, so that may have been my issue, not the hotel's. I'll stay there ... Read more

The location of this hotel is near the Financial District next to the water and is surrounded by easily accessible restaurants and transport. I stayed one night for a last-minute business trip and booked a bit late. As the hotel was almost sold-out, Kawanna, the front office supervisor, called me to ask if I was okay with a basement-level room. I said I was okay with being placed there, as I was only staying for one night. Honestly, the basement-level room was fine. I know many guests have writ... Read more

Location is good. Near the R line. There is a 24 hour food place across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good value for the money. I was working in Brooklyn and this was a much better choice than staying in Brooklyn.

Excellent, clean hotel! Fresh coffee 24/7 and great continental breakfast. I stay in the city often and this is my go to hotel. The location can't be beat either. Stephanie R @ Guest Services is excellent! She goes above and beyond and is a true asset to the Hampton company.

I booked on a last minute business trip and was a little apprehensive given reviews about road noise as I am a light sleeper and unfortunately the only room left was on the fifth floor, facing Pearl St. There was no reason to worry- I slept great and didn't even need my earplugs. I never heard my neighbors and those rooms were booked. I might have heard a hallway door open once or twice. The room was larger than most I've been in NYC. No fridge, but that's no longer a given these days. It was... Read more

The staff here was very good- bigger rooms than most hotels in this area- no fridge, that was a little disappointing. The gentleman running the kitchen was a hero as my overloaded cart got stuck in the door on my way out- his act of help very much appreciated! Will stay here again!

This hotel was convenient to this area- walking distance to some nice restaurants- Front desk was excellent- super nice and helpful. The room was on the 2nd floor, was clean, neat and quiet. Lobby was a bit small - but had everything you needed. Continental breakfast was offered in the morning.

This is a small but efficiently run Hampton Inn in downtown Manhattan. It is easily accessible to the subway which can easily take you anywhere you want to go. We went to a neighborhood bar on Saturday evening and the downtown location was a perfect blend of city and a quieter evening. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a modestly priced, reliable hotel.

This hotel was close to a lot of sight seeing, very clean, friendly staff. Would recommend this place to anyone! Wonderful breakfast too, including gluten free! Free internet which is great, fresh coffee always brewed! Plenty to do near by, and parking! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
