Very nice hotel, excellent location. Rooms on the small side but nice , very nice bathroom . Front desk is great . Housekeeping is fantastic . We had small problem with room not being made up when we walked in . In minutes we had two housekeepers and head of Housekeeping in the room . Great service very nice bar and restaurant . Everyone goes out of his way to help

Stayed here with a friend on my first trip to New York. Can not fault the hotel or the customer service. The reception and bar staff were friendly and attentive throughout. I will be booking to stay again. Great location within easy reach of all the main attractions on foot if you like to walk and take in the city or shirt taxi rides away. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Stayed this past weekend for my wife's birthday and this hotel is fantastic. Great location, VERY clean, quick checkin/out and great front desk staff. Our room was on 5th floor and was very quiet even being close to Lexington Ave. Will stay here again for sure.

I stayed at the Fitzpatrick with my 6-yr-old son for a mom/son trip. I must say the hotel made our trip even more special. The staff, especially Maxamillion, was so friendly and helpful. They were also so kind to my son. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will be back in June and look forward to my next stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights in mid April. The best thing about here is the location - it's across the road from Grand Central Station. We asked for a quiet room and got one so happy customers. The negatives are we arrived early ish (around 1pm) and were told that our room would not be ready until after 5 as they gave priority to flight crew staying there.
