Modern and clean with larger rooms, service very pleasant but robotic much the same as you would experience in any large chain. Location is excellent with easy walking to Brookfield place and the world trade center along with Battery park. My only negative was couple next door who were lets say "intimate" in a very loud fashion, explaining the noise to my 8 year old was certainly an interesting experience, no fault of the hotel however the walls are definitely thin. Would stay again

If you don't mind the Tribeca Hudson River location, this hotel was awesome. We had really nice views of the Hudson and easy access to the new mall and shops by Goldman Sachs like Shake Shack, Soul Cycle, and Drybar. A fun spot to stay if you want to get out of chaos of midtown. Rooms were a real highlight. Lots of space and separate bathroom, bedroom, and seating area with two separate flat screen TVs. The robes were also luxurious and conveniently displayed when first entering the room. Beds ... Read more

‚??Recommend this hotel in Manhattan, from the minute you enter its very impressive, the space and size of this hotel is phenomenal, smooth easy check in. I was lucky to get a room overlooking the Hudson river, every room is a suite and they don‚??t disappoint, the bed was spacious and very comfy, toilet and shower room was separate which was a lovely touch, all lights and appliance were controlled by a touch pad, very 007, Would love to stay here again on a return trip to the big apple‚??

This hotel is in a great location if you have business in the Downtown/Wall Street area. One World Trade Center is right down the street and there are shops, several quick eating options (including a Shake Shack, quick only if you go at about 9:00 at night) and movie theaters either in the building or very nearby. We tried two of the higher end sit-down restaurants in Brookfield Place across the street, but they were subpar. The other pros: The hotel entrance is on North End Ave near the Hudso... Read more

This hotel is our family's vacation destination. The hotel itself is amazing. Whether it's eating breakfast at Atrio, or enjoying the sound of the helicopters and ferries on the rooftop at loopy doopy, everything is perfect. There's not one person who isn't kind. Moreover, it's so incredible to go back to your room (which is massive) and enjoy a quiet nights sleep in the city that never sleeps. We already booked our return trip for the Fourth of July.

The first thing about this hotel is the location...it's in Battery park near the river which may be too far from the action for some...in fact tourists seemed heavily outnumbered by business guests during our trip (not a bad thing)... However, we loved the location and walked for miles, one day we followed the river right along to the Staten Island ferry...there are also plenty of eateries in the area from a good Italian to posh trendy bars to the underground market 4 minutes away (also a Duane ... This hotel is in a great location to discover all of the usual New York sightseeing attractions. Modern and funky with polite and helpful staff.. The room was perfect.. We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 12, and there was plenty of room with the two double beds and the lounge/parlour area was just brilliant... Spotless all round..... I went to NY a few weekends ago and redeemed two night Hilton HHonors certificates. The room was really nice - automated everything, sofa in room and sliding doors made it convenient to have guests over. A few complaints: - as a Hilton Gold, I'm supposed to get a free breakfast. The front desk didn't offer this to me when I arrived (even after I asked) and this meant an inconvenience later when I had to ask again. - I asked for late checkout and received it, but the housekeeping asked multipl... My wife and I were looking forward to our first stay at a Conrad hotel, but encountered several issues which left us disappointed with our stay. First, the elevators seem to be inadequate at handling the guest traffic of this hotel. On a few occasions, we had to wait five or more minutes for an elevator to arrive. This was likely exacerbated by all the people headed to the rooftop bar, which was the second problem. The hotel advertises its famous rooftop bar, which turned out to be extremely sm... Read more

Very nice hotel which offers suites only. My Suite had a nice Queen sized bed. There was a television in both the bedroom and the sitting area. There was adequate storage space in the room. The bathroom was good. I had a drainage issue in the bathroom on the first day but it was sorted quickly. The food is good. I ordered room service one night and the pasta and the cheese cake was tasty. I would definitely stay again. The lobby area is a little impersonal.

We have been to NYC a few times before and have stayed at Trump SoHo. This time we wanted to look for a place we could have our teenage daughter and her friend staying with us for a night or two since they were attending a summer school in Thornwood. We live in Florida and wanted a NYC experience. So, that is what we did. Through my exclusive membership I was able to take her to the Conrad Hotel for 4d/3n. First of all. What an atrium. The art work, towering above was impressive, especially at night when it glowed a multitude of colours. Check in was flawless, and the receptionist gave some great advice on where to visit and what to see. Rooms were very accommodating - a lounge area, a bathroom zone and then bedroom. Comfy sofa, but didn't chill out there much as we were here to explore the city; nicely apportioned bathroom and a walk in shower - we got a choice of shower gels which came in a menu... Read more

I love this hotel. It is big and welcoming, doesn't feel as confined as do many New York hotels. The rooms are modern and beautiful, the service is excellent. Now that there is less construction in the area, the neighborhood also seems much easier to navigate. The breakfast buffet is rather unremarkable, but if it is free as a Hilton Honors member, its not bad either. Ask for a room overlooking the Hudson.

We stayed in the Conrad for the last night of our NYC trip and we were blown away. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were friendly and kind, the decor is stunning and our room(1523) had views of the Statue of Liberty and the Hudson River. It was such a great place that we changed our evening plans to hang out and have gin and tonic in the beautiful atrium. The bed was the most comfortable we slept in for our whole trip and the rainfall shower was a treat in itself. The rooftop bar is c... Read more

We checked out the rooftop bar which had great, unique cocktails with an amazing view- although chilly they had heaters. Delicious meals and snacks provided during our conference- couldn't beat it!

This was a great all suite hotel. SUPER friendly staff, great sized room by any city standard and especially for NYC. They allowed my large breed dog and for the very first time ever, he chose the bed they provided him over my bed, that's a first. They greeted him every where we went, through the lobby, to get coffee, by the front desk, past the valet and you know as a pet owner, that makes you happy. Very nice hotel. We stayed in two of their rooms (upgraded the second night). The Hudson River view rooms are definitely worth the extra money if you spend any time at all in your room. We felt the breakfast, while very good, was pretty overpriced. Go across the street to the food court in the mall and you can get good food for much cheaper.

I was surprised with the size of the room, thinking I had gotten upgraded to a suite when it was just the normal room.
