I stayed at the Archer Hotel while in town for a meeting. It was a wonderful oasis for resting up before and after my business. The quick walk from the train station was perfect. The check in process a breeze (Thank you Paul!) The room clean and cozy and the special check in treats were a true plus. Be sure to have a drink or two at the Spyglass - the service was superb and the view outstanding! I'll be back the next time I'm in the city!

This hotel has poor climate control is is extremely small for even New York standards...definately a ONE person room no matter what level you pay , I also found the staff to be the opposite of how the Archer Hotel describes itself...if Archer is a traveler and wants everyone to have a great experience , I am not sure where he has been traveling and staying...or educate his staff..sadly I wanted to really like this hotel and left very un satisfied.

My wife and I spent a night at the Archer while in town to see a play. Our room was small, but impeccable -- spotlessly clean, intelligently designed and very functional. It also had a striking view of the Empire State Building. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. An altogether enjoyable experience.

My husband, daughter and I staying at the Archer in November 2016. It was a 1st class experience from arrival to departure. The rooms are small but that did not crest any problem. The bathroom is a good size with an excellent shower. Food was out of this world. We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We will definitely be back.

The Archer Hotel being a boutique hotel gives you complete top of the line service from great food service to friendly staff service and just a few blocks from Time Square and Bryant park. Rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of light.

My mom and I stayed here in December for a girls weekend from Michigan. I am always looking for a good hotel in NYC since I go a couple times a month. This was one of the best finds yet. It's boutique but updated, clean, and modern. The staff could not have been nicer and I was told they were updating the restaurant downstairs, which will be fun to check out (I have taken clients to their restaurant). I would definitely stay here again over the Marriotts even if it kills me to give up the p... Read more

We stayed here for a quick getaway for our anniversary. What a beautiful hotel, we got a room with a view of the ESB. We were surprised at how small the room was but hey, you are only sleeping here right? well, that and...Anyway, we told the reservation taker that it was our anniversary and she had a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered fruit waiting for us in our room. I think her name was Jeanne and I love her-she was the sweetest person I have ever encountered on the phone at a hotel. Ro... Read more

I stayed here recently, first time to stay there. Service was great, attentive staff, eager to accommodate my requests. Perfect location, close to everything, yet tucked away for quiet stay. I will most definitely return. Choose a room facing the Empire State Building, high floor, worth it.

Spent the weekend at Archer Hotel with my daughter, and this was my second stay there. Really a wonderful place - outstanding staff, great rooms and a perfect location. Nice little amenities and fantastic service. And, of course, the view from the Spyglass bar is fantastic. This is now my go-to hotel when traveling to NYC.

I LOVE the Archer Hotel!! The hotel is wonderfully appointed, updated, spotless, cozy, and perfectly located. The staff is AMAZING - supremely professional and truly caring! I brought my two young sons to see Hamilton and it was the perfect choice! We stayed 3 nights and then got stranded at La Guardia and they welcomed us back at the last minute (1 o'clock am!) with open arms. I won't stay anywhere else. I can't say enough wonderful things about the Archer!
