I have stayed at the Archer many times and I've always been impressed with the level of attention to service. The rooms are extra clean and lovely, the bathrooms are sparkling, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is terrific. Today, after a very late checkout last night, I realized I had left something of great personal significance in the refrigerator. With a blizzard in full force, the concierge Anthony Bosco, went above and beyond to package my forgotten treasures, attach a mailing label ... Read more

I always stay at this hotel when I am in NYC. I just love it! The roof top bar is amazing, the food is great, and it is in the center of everything. The rooms are quaint, modern and very NYC. Beds are super comfortable too!

Room was ready early so we could unload our bags for an afternoon Broadway Show. Hotel is easy walking distance to Penn Station, Times Square, and Broadway. The room was modern and clean. We definitely would stay again. Oh, the rates were great too.

We stayed overnight for a Broadway play 'get-away' and LOVED our stay at The Archer Hotel. The staff at the front desk made us feel welcome from the start. Everyone from the steakhouse staff to the bartenders in the Spyglass Rooftop Bar were warm and welcoming. After our play we headed straight back to the hotel to cap off the night with a spectacular view of the Empire State Building and a drink at the Spyglass Rooftop Bar. Can't wait to come back!!

We booked this hotel to celebrate our 50ths and it did not disappoint. The room, although undoubtedly bijou, was beautiful - really well done. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the little treats around 5pm delivered to the room a nice touch. We ate in the downstairs bar on two nights and the food was lovely. The rooftop bar is brilliant with obviously a cracking view of the Empire State Building. Our room on the 21st floor also had a brilliantly view of it also. Wouldn't hesita... Read more

We came for a family overnight- incredible! The staff makes you feel comfortable and genuinely happy that you are there and to assist you. The rooms are extremely clean no dust in top of furniture. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we checked out. I cannot compliment enough. While the rooms are cozy for a family of four - we opted for two rooms. We will be coming back to stay and will most definitely be the site of a girls weekend.

The Archer is small boutique hotel that's nicely appointed and very clean. Even though the hotel had construction underway while we were there, it was managed so it never bothered us. Front desk staff was very helpful and informal. Rooms are small, but nicely laid out and sufficient for comfort. Bathroom was spotless and linens were crisp. Within walking distance of Grand Central and many other attractions. Lots of nice little restaurants nearby. Rates were reasonable for Manhattan. Would go the... Read more

I booked the Archer through our work travel tool. The prices are reasonable-- and it would seem that they have made some partnerships with large corporations. Overall, the experience was very positive. This is a good place for adults to stay. It is walking distance from Bryant Park. Things I especially enjoyed: - The intimate rooms maximized the small space. I felt very comfortable in my room. - The hotel was relatively quiet and I felt like I had my own space to relax, despite being in town fo... Read more

Really a good hotel, rooms are clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. Nice for families staying in three in one room. I suggest the room with the view on the Empire State. Strategic position for visiting Manhattan. Outstanding consierge service.
