the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott is centrally located in downtown Brooklyn and is convenient for walking to several of the neighborhoods such as Fort Green, Brooklyn Heights and the Barclay Center. The rooms have been redone in Eurostyle, sparse, but very nice. The only problem is that there is no big restaurant, only a bar which has a limited menu. However, there are a lot of restaurants near by, so that did not turn out to be a problem. The staff is courteous and efficient, and whatever we request... Read more

For the past year this has been my second home. It's a great place to stay with friendly staff and everything you need within walking distance. Recently a motel manager ask if me and friend wanted to see a basketball game. He then gave us great seats at the Barkley Center for a Nets game. Stay here you won't be disappointed!

This hotel has a great location. We were given a recently renovated room. Hallway carpet ugly. Bedside lamps too bright and at wrong height. Didn't a designer lay on the bed and test it before installing? Mural on wall failed attempt at New York feel. Room was clean, bed comfortable, I liked the simple clothing storage area. My husband thought the shower not hot enough, it was good for me. New tv needed reboot and technician very helpful once he got there. Many rooms are long walk from eleva... Read more

The property itself is OK and the location is very good if you need to be in downtown Brooklyn. The service is between lackadaisical and poor. Most of the employees (including housekeeping staff, front desk, concierge, bar, M Club) seem to not care very much about the guests. This is principally a business hotel that churns people through. Most rooms have been redesigned to be very sparse. If this is the direction that Marriott is going, I'm unlikely to stay at many more Marriott's. If you... Read more

The hotel was a little disorganized when I arrived. I waited quite a while before I was checked in. Natasha was wonderful to deal with, very accommodating and approached me in a very professional and pleasant manner. She was very apologetic for the wait and graciously approved my request for a late check out. The room was clean an comfortable, and the king room was plenty big enough.
