My husband and I stayed here while attending a nearby wedding celebration. Check was quick and easy. I particularly appreciated that there is a supervisor right next to the check in desk to expedite and assist. Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and well apppointed. Bed A+. Ditto for the gym. And then there's a 25yd lap pool, albeit overheated. We had breakfast in M lounge. Also quite nice. Great choice in Brooklyn!

We were thrilled with the location and ability to get access to great food, shopping, subway. Getting to manhattan in about 15 minutes made our weekend a breeze. There is also a Great fitness centre, but unfortunately the pool was closed. I would definitely make this my regular New York hotel!

I stayed with my family at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge during a family wedding weekend. The price we paid was reasonable by New York City standards and the hotel provided a good experience. The rooms were modern, the internet was very good even at the slower speed and the hotel was attentive to our needs. We were upgraded to concierge level which provided us with nice breakfasts. Even the hotel was very full with a children's chess tournament going on, the staff managed to get things done. ... Read more

I love the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott, the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff are fantastic and helpful. Well situated to walk around Brooklyn or catch a train into Manhattan or a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge

Ok, for the location, it is probably worth the price, and the obviously recent remodel has some modern lighting and large flat-screen TVs mounted over the desk. Looks nice but makes the desk almost unusable. Lighting is adequate once you find all of the switches. I particularly liked the ample supply of electrical outlets for all of today's gadgets. The high celings and nearly floor to ceiling windows are impressive, but the room has a fairly cold, harsh feel to it. I am surprised they left... Read more

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the cheerful reception staff at the NY Marriott- Brooklyn Bridge. Everyone was very cheerful and willing to assist. I returned to the front desk on the following morning after loosing my room key in the gym and again, everyone was very happy and eager to assist me. I was only there for about 12 hours total and yet, every member of the staff I encountered managed to wish me a "Happy Birthday" at least once! My room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfor... This Hotel is absolutely huge, but generally very well maintained. I was attended to very efficiently at check in. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge. At first glance the bathroom looked nice - that was until I took a shower 1. The pressure was so bad, it took 20 minutes to even get my shampoo out (this is what I felt like anyways). I'm tired of saying this, can hotels please ensure showers have good pressure!!!! It really does mess up my stay as it's very important to me. 2. The ... Read more

Upon check in the first person we dealt with was fantastic. After that, including the concierge, they were almost rude. So strange, I love NY and Brooklyn and don't usually find this kind of strangeness. The food in the restaurant was so below average I was surprised. Had several meals there..Anyway back to the room. It had the creepy blue LED lighting and super hard edges. Shower was good, bath was good too. Over all I won't stay here unless I have to.

I had business in the MetroTech Center, and the location could not have been more perfect. There is a passage through the meeting areas to Jay Street, so during the Northeaster last week, all I had to do was dash across the street. The rooms are much larger than in Manhattan, and the rates in January were very reasonable. For a business traveler, perhaps the most valuable feature was the long workspace along one wall. And the wireless service is quite good. The rooms are clean, and the staf... Read more
