Hotel staff truly display the Spirit of Service. Check in process was quick. Room was nice and clean. The hotel staff managed to deal with a major company event for 4 days; with over 600 attendees. Their always display a smile and had fun with our event. Thanks Marriott Brooklyn Bridge staff.

Room was large, modern, clean. Was upgraded to a corner room with amazing views of statue of liberty and bridges and large windows on two sides of the room I could lay in bed or work at the desk and take in the view which was great both day and night. The location was convenient and service was thoughtful and easy going - would happily stay again.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Service was great... mattress convention was there at the same time and those people were nuts.... hotel staff did their best to minimize the crazy behavior of the convention so I just enjoyed watching!

This is my third visit to New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge, where I have stayed for 3-4 week nights each visit, for business purposes. The hotel is very large and busy. The location is within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge, and several Brooklyn restaurants. This hotel is not convenient to central New York, though. I Ubered to the Empire State Building on this visit and it cost approx. $50.00 round trip. Having said that, though, I really like this hotel. The rooms are large, the... Read more

This was our 3rd, Christmas at this hotel and it keeps getting better. We love the available snacks and coffee and tea takeout. The common areas are set up for numerous groups and the area with the fireplace is especially cozy on a cold day. A security guard requiring guests to show their room key is on duty at night . That, plus the doormen on duty at street level and lobby on the second level makes this a very secure place to stay. The availability of a business center to print our boarding p... Read more

Stayed for three nights for a conference - much improved from my stay in June. I was in a renovated room and could see the Brooklyn Bridge. All staff were EXTREMELY nice and helpful. The one odd thing (like I noted in my previous review) ... STILL no luggage rack in my room. It was delivered quickly, nonetheless. I had a half day to tour around myself before immersing myself in work-related activities - the hotel is well located with easy access to the subway (and a quick ride into Manhatta... Read more

Marriott Brooklyn Bridge is great hotel in the Marriott name. Centrally located to downtown Brooklyn businesses and the Barclay Center. You can walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. Rooms are spacious and modern. Nice gym and pool as well. Beautiful Bar in the lobby with a good restaurant. Many places to eat that are walking distance. Very busy area with many transportation options (subways, bus, taxi). Has a parking garage (expensive) right in the building. A pricey stay but worth it for the co... Read more

I stayed at the Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge for a conference. The room was spacious and clean and the amenities were very nice. I had a problem with check in, but a very pleasant young man named Hakim Reed ably and courteously handled it. He was professional and efficient, and clearly an asset to the Marriott's team. The parking was easy and the rotunda was attractive and bustling with activity.

Very well located modern and newly renovated hotel in NYC. This hotel is very well located too as very near the tube station and also right next to the wonderful !Brooklyn bridge from where one can get get Greg views of Manhattan. This is the place to go as their club lounge is outstanding from American standards and will go back when in the area. The staff too is excellent.

It is a Marriott, with Marriott's high-quality service and cleanliness, so that means it is going to earn at least a rating of 4. However, I am a Hilton Honors member who was traveling with others, and I have trouble justifying the marginally higher prices for Marriott properties. A healthy subway ride is required to reach midtown from this property, but what I liked best about was its location just a block from the pedestrian ramp onto the Brooklyn Bridge, which is quite possibly my favorit...
