this hotel is centrically located only 1 block from Time Square. Hotel is clean and room size are great for New York. Many places to grab a bite to eat nearby. BBQ restaurant across the street is also great. Enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel

This hotel is in an excellent location near times square. The hotel is nice and clean but the housekeeping staff could use an update. They didn't replenish glasses or towels regularly and left dirty dishes in the room, other than housekeeping I would recommend this hotel.

Full disclosure. I booked this hotel for a week for my CEO & President of the tech company I work for, who planned on attending the Venture Summit in 3 weeks from now. I booked this room through Expedia and paid up front for the entire cost, somewhere around $2,100. When I booked, there was no clause or disclosure that the hotel could choose to simply not grant a cancellation, especially one that was requested over a month prior to the intended hotel stay. A business emergency came up and the ex... Read more

The hotel is very good, similar review from others I have read before I went. My daughter and I spent last week at the hotel. When we arrived we received a complementary upgrade to a higher floor just for asking which was nice. We were on the 46th floor with great views. overall the hotel is great, very clean, lovely comfy beds and big room - but (as others have said) in need of a refurbishment as the hotel rooms are looking a bit tired and worn in places. We would def stay again though as th... Read more

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It's in an awesome location right in the heart of Times Square. 5 star

It was our first time in New York. We were on the 29th floor in a corner room . From our room we had an excellent view of the Time Square area, and also the Empire State Building. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and very professional . Their restaurant was very nice and the food was about average for New York. On the downside , the windows were on the dirty side. Also the toilet in our room stuck and had a small leak. One thing I noticed was the toilet was the o... Read more

My room was spacious, and clean. The hotel was located perfectly between the two shows I needed to see. And Philip A was outstanding in directing me to the shows / helping me with a quick restaurant. It was a whirlwind weekend (Sat/Sun), but very enjoyable. Concierge were great!!!

Had some issues with our first room when someone decided to "use" it after it had bee cleaned before we checked in. We were swiftly moved to another room only to discover a badly leaking toilet. Once again, the staff acted very quickly to resolve the issue and we were never inconvenienced. We asked for a complimentary fridge for our troubles and it was delivered immediately. The rooms could use some updating but they are large for NY and very comfortable. We would definitely book here again... Read more

Having not been to NYC for some years and meeting people here for an event, it was easier to stay in Times Square in this instance. Ignore the reviews saying you have to pay for Wi Fi - it appears to now be free which was a nice surprise. Also - get a superior room on the 40th floor or higher. The views are spectacular and you get a nice king size bed. Ask for tea & coffee facilities too to make sure you get them!!! Very helpful staff, great location!!! I stayed there on my recent business trip and had a nice room. The hotel is "old" but for NYC not bad. Normally, though, I never stay close to times square. It's tourists only and not the real New York you get but as mentioned, the location was convenient fir the meetings and hence, it was a good hotel.

The location of this hotel is the ONLY good thing about it. I would not say that it is a 4 star hotel at all, we stayed in many 1 star motels throughout our trip that were cleaner than this. The first room that we arrived at was so dirty we had to be asked to move. The second room was not much better but we didn't want to have to move again! The wall paper was peeling and had stains all over it. The room smelt of damp. There were stains that looked like blood all over the walls, curtains and car... Read more

Firstly I would like to thank Rori for all her help in meeting all our requirements. I have been to New York many times but this was my sister's first visit. We were on the 50th floor with amazing views. The bed was very comfortable with equally comfortable pillows. We had asked about a coffee maker which we recieved and bottled water. The room was spotless with fresh towels everyday. Times Square was a minute away with the subway a 5 minute stroll away. I would definately stay here again

I wanted my family to fly in for a few days, and they wanted to be close to the shows we picked to see. The hotel was kind in the fact that three rooms were picked, all next to each other and on the highest floor available . Every staff member was attentive, courteous and professional. I thank them for treating my family so well!

Great location and customer service with a warm smile. We had a snafu with booking due to third party (Expedia) and Robin was empathetic and helpful. Selcuk provided wonderful customer service with helpful suggestions with our sightseeing. We were there for our daughter's birthday and we would have lost so much time on the phone with the third party but thanks to Robin we were given an appropriate size room (for a fair upgrade fee).

You're paying for the location. I am so disappointed as this trip was supposed to be special for my partner's 40th birthday. We had a broken shower & dirty toilet seat on arrival, we also discovered that our bath didn't drain properly and stayed full of dirty water. I expect on arrival at a hotel all of the facilities will be clean and working and quality checked as such. It was a great location, and the room itself was clean, but: 1) Very tired and dated hotel, and fixtures were out of 1982 2) Dont try to sleep in...housekeeping wont let you 3) My shower broke the first day i was there 4) TONS of street noise, even on the higher floors 5) They wanted us to check out earlier than 11AM! 6) Dont expect hotel staff to speak English. They don't! 7) Overall, NOT a 4-star hotel. On par with Motel 6. Only the location exceeds expectations

I really enjoyed this hotel! It was right in Time Square and provided a great view from our room. The best part was that they let us check in early. Our flight got in about 4 hours before we could check in. So I call them as we were deboarding the plane and explained the situation. I stayed four nights at Millennium Broadway on my trip to the United States, and had a generally good experience with the stay. However, during the third night, I encountered a noise problem (sounded like some huge fan or blower running) and couldn't fall asleep. Like many have said before, you really can't beat the location of the hotel, its right on times square and just round the corner from broadway so the majority of attractions are in walking distance including central park.
