Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - always plenty of fresh food out. Hotel room was clean and had everything you'd need. Hotel in a great location with a cool roof top bar with a good view of the empire state building. The room was a little small but otherwise very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here.

Hands down, this is the best hotel in NYC for the money you pay. BIG rooms for any hotel, specially considering the small sized rooms Manhattan has to offer. The staff are very kind and knowledgable, great service and clean rooms. The roof bar is great (14th floor). I'd recommend this hotel easily!

The location is great! The subway is a few meters away and you can walk pretty much everywhere you want from there. it is surrounded by Korean/Asian restaurants and shops which makes the street quite lively. There is also several other eating options around. The staff on our first day was great, we arrived after a long trip (early in the morning) they managed to get our room ready before the actual time. The bed wasn't that comfortable. I also think the bed sheets were not dry enough when we go... Read more

Great position for first time people traveling to New York. Easy to access all of the main site seeing places. Rooms are small and compact but tick all the boxes. Definitely suited for people who intend to be doing a lot of site seeing.

Stayed for 3 nights just before Christmas. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The Empire State building was beautiful and right outside our window. The rooftop bar was enjoyable with a perfect view of ESB. We paid to valet our car and it was easy in and out. Breakfast was just ok, but it was free and was a good start to the day. Walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center. Coffee shop right next door with great coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is about 1-1/2 crosstown blocks from Penn Station, and about 2 blocks from the Empire State Building - great midtown spot. The staff were cheerful, courteous, and quite helpful. The room (King bed) was reasonable-sized for midtown; seemed to be recently modernized. Clean and comfortable. Work space was limited but OK for my purposes. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Room photos attached.

We always stay here when we come to NYC and it never disappoints. Great for the price and close to the subway. There is a late night frozen yogurt shop nearby which we can visit after a night at the theater.

I stayed for 3 nights at the end of November. The hotel is well placed to walk or get the subway to the sights. The first night I didn't get a wink of sleep due to the noise from people in the busy street. Car horns were going all thro the night. About 3am the bin wagons started. I was in room 313 at the front. I complained in the morning and was moved to 1209 at the back. It was really quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a safe and coffee maker in the room. They were not surprised when I ... Read more

This hotel is really central to everything. The Empire State Building around one corner and Macys around the other! Times Square, Broadway and the Rockerfella center just 10 mins walk. The hotel itself is lovely and clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. A must is to go up to the rooftop terrace when it's dark, the view is amazing although the drinks are a bit pricey. Lovely hotel and would definitely recommend.
