Stayed for one night and found the hotel to be nice and comfy. The restaurant food was good and reasonable in price. The rooms were clean, on the smaller side but comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The cons were no laundry on site and parking at $25 per night. I paid for parking but do appear to be plenty of street parking and a coin laundry one block away. For the price, the view and stay were worth it!

I slept better at this hotel than I have in other NYC Sheratons and even some more expensive properties in the city. My 10th floor room had a nice view of Queens, and while not large, it was perfectly well sized to allow me to sleep and dress. The bed was extremely comfortable with clean white sheets. The bathroom was clean and crisp with a modern shower and vanity. I didn't notice any noise even though the elevator was across the hall. The cafe below the hotel isn't anything amazing but will do... Read more

Had a one night stay in this part of NYC and was pleased with my stay here in Long Island City. I arrived later in the evening, checked in to my room, and then went and ordered to-go from the hotel restaurant in the lobby. I don't often dine in hotel restaurants, so this was a treat for me to be able to do so. After having dinner, went back to my floor and discovered an outdoor patio on the 7th floor that has the most amazing views of the NYC skyline at night . Take a moment to check it out!... Read more

I recommend this place if you visit Manhattan. Hotel location is very convenient to reach the heart of the city ; metro is close and you can also walk through the Queensboro bridge. Price was pretty good as NY hotels are usually quite expensive. Ask room with a view on Manhattan, ideally above level 5 : mine was at level 6, very impressive by night, like in a postcard. I will bring my family if I have a chance to come back with them next time.

Overall it was a good experience however they didn't clean our room (stayed for 2 nights) and we needed to ask twice to get more towels :( There were four of us in the room, so it was a little tight but the room was clean. Really cool roof top terrace/bar. Great view of the city

Even though I spent very little time in my room, the bed was most comfortable. Location is very short walk to subway and one stop to Manhattan. I thought breakfast was included but it was not so that wasn't good. Restaurant didn't open until 7:30 which is late for business or travel folks. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Had flight cancelled, and was forced to rebook for next morning flight from LGA. Checked SPG App and quickly booked Four Points. The price was right, and it is 15 mins or so from LGA. Standard Four Points. Apparently, there is some kind of nice lounge on 11th floor, bit otherwise unremarkable. Reminds other Four Points, no frills, but reasonably priced and clean. Rooms and service are adequate. Wouldn't stay there for Manhattan meetings or sightseeing, but convenient for LGA.

Overall very unhappy with the value for money. Rooms were tiny n cramped, restaurant and breakfast was bad. Quite a dingy feeling. One plus was proximity to the Subway stations. And that part of the city had hardly anything to see for a visitor like me.

The Four Points by Sheraton Long Island City is a fairly typical New York hotel. The room was big enough to be comfortable. The room and bath were clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The TV worked and there was plenty of hot water. The property features a rooftop bar and space for dining. The view is excellent. However, the dining room and bar on the first floor was understaffed. Meals sat on the counter waiting to be delivered to the table for far too long. People sat a... Read more

Hotel is ok, good value given the price and the location as there is a subway station very close by that will get you to Manhattan within a few stops. The rooftop bar is really cool and gives you a lovely view at night

We stayed here for five nights. The staff was helpful,Hotel clean, No breakfast just coffee Included in price. Location not bad about 4 long blocks to Queens plaza. Close to the city and Queens. Our only dislike was the very loud boom, boom, boom music. Its 1030 pm and I hear this music it's sooooo very loud.Bang, bang! I feel like I'm in Mexico.?????????????????

This was the most problematic Four Points I've stayed at. Which is to say, I'd still choose it over some other chains. There were two main issues in our room. For some reason, the difference between setting the thermostat at 73 degrees vs. at 74 degrees was the difference between the air conditioner blowing on you non-stop so that wherever you were in the room there was a blast hitting you (woke my baby one time) vs. the air conditioner never kicking on at all so that the room got super stuffy. ... My boyfriend and I stayed here in May for a festival that was nearby, the location was perfect because it was only 4 blocks away from the subway station and about a mile from a bunch of different restaurants to eat at. We experienced a bit of a problem with the smoke alarm. The front desk staff was friendly about accommodating us, although it took about an hour for the maintenance people to come and fix it. Other than that minor problem the hotel was decent and clean!

I stayed here for one night; we also had my sister's wedding reception in the ballroom and on the roof lounge. Whether you take a taxi here or drive yourself, you will wonder where on Earth this place is--it's mainly a warehouse district that is gradually gentrifying. We felt the area was safe. Ask for a Manhattan view if you didn't request one. Really, it is spectacular. You can see Manhattan, including the Empire State Building, and the 59th Street bridge, which is lit at night. Hotel desk manager was not a very nice person. He was dealing with disgruntled guest and took his frustration out on me. I travel for work and see lots of hotels, this one could use a cleaning. Shower was dirty, flooring was dirty, elevator was dirty. The only decent thing about this hotel is location isnt bad, and the rate is fairly cheap. (you get what you pay for). Their car service partner is also not the best, I was overcharged twice and had to dispute the charges, due to the drivers trying... Read more

Overall our stay was great. The room was clean and a decent size for NY standards. There's a restaurant (nothing exciting) and rooftop bar at the hotel. My main complaint was with the AC, which never seemed to fully cool despite adjusting the control. We reported it to the desk who said they would fix it, but it didn't seem to solve the problem. The location was great though - only a 5 minute walk to the subway station. It was down the street from a great bar/restaurant - Dutch Kills Centraal.... Read more

We stayed at this property for one night. It's a great location, only 4 blocks from the subway, about a 5 minute walk. We took the train from the hotel to the U.S. Open which took about 20 minutes. The room was fine, a bit small but clean and the staff at the desk were pleasant. If you're flying to LGA, the hotel is convenient to the airport. We took Lyft which cost around $15.00 for two people. We also took the metro to Time Square which took about 15-20 minutes. Great location if you want to... Read more

I stayed here for work for 3 nights. It is not located in the nicest area, in Queens, but at a 5 minute walk from the metro. The hotel is fine - nothing special. The gym is fine. The restaurant and club are great though. The cards to the room barely worked and j was given a room with a connecting door - a bummer because my neighbors were somewhat noisy. Finally, the best shower I've had in a while!

For starters, you're not going to find a cheaper rate at a NYC area Starwood hotel this close to Manhattan. However, you get what you pay for. The first issue I had was when I received an email weeks in advance of my stay stating they needed a credit card to guarantee my reservation and they were going to charge me for the full stay now. Despite the fact I did not have a prepaid rate. The next issue was when housekeeping didn't show up the first day. So my room wasn't cleaned. When I called to... Read more

Having lived inn Queens we know the area but when we had to book a hotel for a visit we were very pleased with the four points in Long Island City. Easy access to midtown and a very clean and well appointed hotel. Parking was very limited and pricey at $25/day, however it beats driving and parking in the city. Wonderful roof top bar and outside seating..

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days and absolutely loved it. The whole facility is super clean and well arranged. The rooms are spacefull with great choice of furnitures and the beds very comfortable. The stuff are polite and attentive at any time. The view from the upper floors is mesmerizing overlooking at Manhattan. The hotel is located near a few metro stations and has easy access to main avenues and boulevards. Manhattan is only 15' away by metro or 20' by car (because of traffic). Overall my... Read more

Booked my reservation just the night before but when I checked the price the following day, it was much cheaper. Arrived earlier than check-in time so they keep my luggages until we checked-in but when they deliver our luggages to the room, the handle of one of the luggage was broken. We complained to the manager but they didn't do anything. I was upset. The room looks ok but there are stains on the carpet and the bathroom wall and the sink was clogged. Staff are NOT friendly. I recently stayed at this location and had an experience I would like to share. I booked the hotel a month in advance to assure I got a room since it is New York and a beautiful time of year. At the time the rooms were going for $200/night which seemed reasonable as I looked at other surrounding hotels. Upon arrival, the rate had dropped to $143/night, a $134 difference in price over my two night stay. When I asked for the price to be matched as I've had done at numerous other hotels, they info... I would absolutely not recommend this hotel or stay here again even if it was free. Immediately upon check in, we realized that the hotel staff had been rendered useless by the management. From the room not being ready, to the saddest, most pathetic continental breakfast I have ever seen, there was literally nothing the front desk staff could do to help us. Laguardia closed the airport and flights were cancelled after Mike Penses' plan slid off the runway. This hotel is located relatively close to the airport. It is relatively new, has a bar and restaurant. Easy check-in and check-out. They can call a taxi if you do not use Lift or Uber. The service providers can be a bit rude, but if you need a shower and a bed you quickly get over it. I would only stay again ONLY if my flight was cancelled again.

Staying at a Four Points Sheraton, I expected a little more. Overall the outside of the building looked fresh, new and contemporary. The actual hallways were dim and a little old looking, they could be updated I would say. The room was nice, however nothing but bar soap and liquid dispensers in the bathroom. Not accessorized as I would expect. The room service was good, food good. Customer service was very good. My biggest disappointment was the Internet service. I had planned to spend 4-5 hours... This way a great location, great staff, great room and clean. I though the full length mirror in the dresser is a very odd place to keep it. Other than that, so worth it!! The reason I'm not give a 5/5 is the restaurant... the food is wayyyyy too expensive and has 0 taste. Walk a couple of blocks down on crescent street towards the subway station; there's 2 little coffee shops with amazing wraps and coffee for half the price. You have so much choices and flavours! Hello there. The four points is a good choice because it's only hundred meters of the train station on the 39 st. (15' to Time square). I enjoyed the place cuz it's clean and comfortable. If you choose a room on the upper floors you will enjoy the amazing view of Manhattan. There is a gym, nice restaurant next to the lobby and a roof garden bar. There isn't a buffet for the breakfast (you're giving order) but the staff is polite and smiling.
