I stayed 2 nights in this god awful hotel for business. The price seemed good and the hotel website pictures seemed ok. After the 2nd night I realized I made a big mistake. The mornings were so loud, the windows must be made of paper. I couldn't sleep past like 5:30 it was ridiculous. If you want a good night sleep this definitely IS NOT the hotel to go to. Annual seminar at corporate office. Checked in for weekend. Room was not ready at check in time. When we finally checked in bathroom still dirty, when called front desk said said housekeeping was off and when I asked for other room said I was told no manager was there to make those kind of decisions. Front desk very nasty and sarcastic. Never stay here again!!!!!

We checked in early but our room was ready. Any contact with the hotel staff was pleasant. The room was clean. The day we were leaving, the carpet outside our room was being replaced. The only complaint, a minor one, is that HBO is no longer available, even though it is still promoted in the room.

My wife and I stayed here for a bridge tournament. Next time we will stay somewhere else nearby. We had asked for a late check in and a king room. When we got there, there was no king room only a room with 2 doubles. The carpet was filthy and rippled so badly that it presented a tripping hazard at night. The hallway floors were filthy as well. Once checked in one can feel that this hotel is being neglected. Smelly carpets in hallway, Carpets in rooms are worn out and are folding. Coffeemaker not working, lamps not working. At the breakfast buffet I had to listen to an employee who complained about a guest saying there was a banana in the pool. My room was ready upon my arrival. Jason at the front desk quickly made my room key available and directed me to my room. Jason also pointed out the location of the pool and location of dining accommodations. My two night stay was pleasing from beginning to end. Room was clean as well.

Very nice lobby with a bar. Wireless internet in the lobby only! We had no internet in the room at all and not enough signal to get it using our Verizon Wireless phones. We had two double beds. Not even queen. They were very small. Had bottled water in the room for $4 a bottle LOL. The rooms are old and dated.

This hotel is really outdated. The lobby is nice in a way. The rooms are really bad. We changed rooms 2 times. Jason at the front desk really helped out so much, he gave us new keys helped us with our luggage. He turned a real negative experience into a positive. For the future please update.

Stayed here for one night. The lobby looks like they've done some work, but not my room. The rug was very worn and had a big stain outside of the bathroom. The shower head was very low that I had to duck to rinse my head. The bed was fine, linens were clean, but overall, the room was tired and dated. WIFI was easy to connect to and worked fine. I had to unplug the lamp to charge my phone (no convenient outlets).

Terrible guest room: heavily soiled carpet, hair in bathroom, hair inside of clean folded towels, hair on telephone keypad, marks all over the wall, splatter all over lampshade, incessantly dripping tub faucet. So-so lobby (totally dead most of the time). Seems to be understaffed. Had to wait at bar for a good 10 minutes before anyone came over. I Stayed at the Upsky hotel,,because i use to stay at the sheraton ,(thats what it use to be called) well i was very upset with the upsky hotel..first off the manager Sandra Dudley is so unprofessional,, and doesn't have a clue on customer service and hotel issues,,they doubled charged my account,,and she couldn't fix the problem,,finally after 2 weeks and me being negative in my personal account,,she said she will get back to me,,,totally ridiculous,,,Never stay at a hotel that has unskilled s... Quiet and comfortable rooms Low ceilings might make some uncomfortable. Great banquet meal and room in separate area Great front desk staff - Sandy - makes you feel welcome. Not so much at the Starbucks onsite. Convenient to highways

Three of us (one adult and 2 teenage girls) needed a place to stay for a night after some late hockey and everything else was either booked or $300 a night. We were nervous before we got to the hotel because of the ratings, but it ended up being just what we needed. This hotel is poor quality and understaff. It is obviously affordable which speaks to the lack of appeals and perks. I like to workout so I was hugely disappointed with the fitness center. The hospitality is dreadful and my overall experience was poor.

We stayed here multiple times and the last 2 times by accident because of poor bidding on deal sites. The staff was excellent this time (yet we didnt have any major problems) and they were all very attentive. We had extremely low expectations. There were very few options when looking for a place to stay in this part of Long Island New York. I chose the Upsky based on its close proximity new our office and what i thought was their being a Sheraton properry. I'm still not sure about this. When logging into their wifi it takes you to the Sheraton Web page. Oh what a huge mistake!
