I had a one night stay at this hotel on my way through NY. The rooms were clean, beds wedge comfy, bathrooms nice, and a good breakfast spread. Only two things I'd change or upgrade is possibly putting in automatic sliding doors at the entrance. I had a rolling suitcase and it was a pain getting it in, having to open two sets of doors. Secondly there needs to be a sign directing you into the parking lot. You can see the hotel from the highway, but once you get close the trees block your view and... Read more

Neat, clean, good breakfast and very efficient, helpful and polite staff. I confess my expectationa were not high of this place when I booked it for an overnight stay. I left quite impressed. I would definitely recommend stopping here to rest if you are passing Corning on your way to Canada, or even visiting Corning.

This hotel was great overall. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. The service was quick and efficient. There was ample parking. The hotel looked nice on the inside and out. There was a lovely front covered patio at the entrance and it had rocking chairs with pillows. The room was clean and up to date with a working flat screen TV. The only issue was we had to ask for more toilet paper because the cleaning service didn't give us another roll when the room was cleaned. So I... Read more

2nd time staying there. Liked it so much the first time we booked another stay. Rooms both times were very clean and comfortable and spacious. Mattresses were VERY comfortable. Usually not the case when we stay elsewhere. The cookies and coffee on the lobby are a nice treat too when you can get them (the cookies go fast!).

My actual rating would be 3½, a slight decrease since my last stay. I was there over the Memorial Day weekend. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was relatively clean except for one glaring omission. One of the garbage cans containing a couple of apple cores was not emptied. Not want you want to see in your room. On a negative side, the freezer portion of the refrigerator was full of ice preventing the refrigerator from properly cooling. A replacement... Read more

No refrigerator in room as in past stays. Breakfast not as good as other local hotels. Location is great near highways leading to other lakes. Nice variety of restaurants conveniently located close as well as shopping malls.

Clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Good breakfast. Nice view of the pond and distant airport. Service requests honored. Staff at front desk helpful and informative. Excellent parking facility. Quiet isolated location at one end of the local mall. However, the highway noise is audible especially with trucks accelerating up the incline. May be less in rooms not facing the pond. Wi-fi not very useful for regular use.

wonderful staff, quiet and clean room, free cookies! I would definitely recommend this hotel and have already booked my next stay here. There are several other hotels in the area but I chose this one because it is close to attractions, but out of the way enough to feel like you are not in the middle of it all. The included breakfast had enough variety that everyone was able to find something to eat, but not so much that you were overwhelmed.

I wasn't really expecting much from the hotel as we were just staying on our way back from Niagara Falls. Staff were very accommodating. Room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was good if not typical. We had no problems. However there were a few cons. Upon arriving, we found standing water in the tub, there was part of a "happy birthday" banner on the wall, and the bed was uncomfortable. We did not sleep well during our stay. Otherwise the room was great.

We arrived July 10 as a midway point to Lancaster PA. From the moment we stepped in with Alicia smiling face to our evening experience with Tina, we felt like we were home. The front porch is where we decided to have our picnic dinner. Tina went out of her way to tell us about the many local gorges and trails. Because of all of this we are stopping back in on our way home. Thanks ladies, your care and passion for customer service is rare and appreciated. G & N Laughlin
