This hotel is just across the freeway from LaGuardia Airport, and if you get an even numbered, high room, you can see the Metâ??s stadium. The room was comfortable and quiet; I never heard a plane. The LaGuardia Plaza Hotel, next door, is this facilitiesâ?? â??sisterâ?? hotel, and I was able to take advantage of their pool and hot tub. This hotel is a great place to stay as it is close to the LGA Airport, has a airport/metro shuttle, free breakfast, and best of all Queen Size Beds! The staff is good and trys to make everything right. One shuttle takes you to the metro which is a nice benefit. Good breakfast buffet too!

Excellent place to stay close to LGA, great service, very professional, nice rooms, close to good dining -- plenty of delivery options. There is also an Italian place that will pick you up and drop you off. I also took advantage of the fitness center, great place to stay if you need to be close to LGA.

This was a really nice way to close out my daughters sweet 16 at Terrace on the Park. The kids had a great time. All adults in the six rooms slept very well. I'd recommend this hotel to others for a family stay.

This Hampton Inn caters to business travellers and families that need to spend a night near LaGuardia airport. The rooms were exceptionally quiet. The hotel is always busy and packed with people. The beds are also very comfortable and the room was very clean. The Wi-Fi is extremely stable and fast. The free breakfast was very well-stocked probably one of the best that I have seen the Hampton Inn property. Front desk people are busy but very helpful and efficient.

We stayed for one night as a stop over while traveling. The hotel was very convenient for easy access to and from the airport. They have a shuttle that is extremely well run and will pick you up on demand if you are coming in later in the evening/ night. The check in was fast and efficient. The room was nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if traveling through LaGuardia Airport.

I stayed here for a tournament at the BJK Tennis Center. It has rooms and parking and that's about it. There isn't a bar or room service and unless you're willing to walk a decent distance, there isn't much nearby unless you drive. If you are staying just to sleep, this is a great hotel. This was the perfect location to be close to the airport for our early departure 4:30 am. The room was very clean and fresh. Would highly recommend it. Hampton Inn's always have the best beds and pillows.

Generally a satisfied customer. Carpet and bathroom had left over hair and spots of debris, apparently, the cleaning staff was not aware the mop if used in the bathroom leaves behind hair particles and the checklist for cleaning used does not go over everything thoroughly. Dining-in for take out was not a pleasant experience. The items ordered was not sent as ordered, probably a lack of language understand via phone call. Does not know much more because it was only an overnight stay.

I have always stayed at Hilton run hotels.This was by far the worst I have stayed. It was very run down. The air conditioner was not working in the room when we got there. Took about an hour to get someone up there to fix it.The room was very small.Not what I have come to expect from the Hilton name.

Spent two nights at the Hampton Inn LaGuardia airport. 5 mun shuttle and you're at the terminals. Bus leaves every 30 minutes. Drop off shuttle to the metro runs on the hour; no pickup from the metro. They will give you directions how to gwt back on the bus. The problem I had with the directions ; they weren't detailed enough. The bus u catch picks up on the street that Duncan donuts is on near main street.. there are 4 exits to main street. Good value for the price paid. Hotel was very quiet considering the close proximity to the airport - hotel was fully booked as well. Check-in was okay. I had chosen a room online, one that was on the highest floor and supposed to face the ballpark. We were supposed to arrive at 3pm. It was 5pm and the room wasn't ready. I stayed here last night, as I have a flight out of La Guardia this morning. One thing about the Hampton chain is their consistency. Rooms are comfortable, clean, hot showers, free wifi, free cooked breakfast. Staff are pleasant, but not in your face. Could only just hear the planes occasionally but barely noticeable. There only a short time. Thrilled that you driver picked us up after we returned our rental car and was there in a very short time. Checking in was easy and we were given ideas on a place to eat that was close by. Great that the transportation to the airport started at 4 a.m. because that is when we needed it.

We stayed for a baseball tournament and it was very nice. Front desk staff were so nice and very helpful. The pool you use next door at The Plaza and our lifeguard was cool and also very helpful. We stayed on opposite side of hotel from airport on the upper level, which I requested upon booking my reservation. My room had a nice view of Manhattan and it was very clean. This is a nice place to stay. There's a free shuttle from LGA. Free breakfast, free wifi, pool, sauna, fitness center, all good. The beds are fantastic. They want me to add some more characters, so I will mention that there is a fridge and a microwave in each room.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with a late arrival and getting us to a room that was non-smoking after we had mistakenly booked a smoking room. The room was standard and clean. The morning breakfast was marginal with less than desirable fare. Easy checkout.

Very good for the price. Staff very helpful. Parking not the greatest. I expect to pay for parking but the parking garage isn't always available as it's shared with Hotel next door. Otherwise it's overall very good for the price and very clean.

This was an excellent over night stay. I booked the stay two months in advance, got a great deal on price. The room easy to find, sleeper comfortably. The Internet was excellent. I was able to watch I movie I downloaded on Google Play, no buffering! Thanks again!!!

My stay at the Hampton Inn LaGuardia was superb. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and highly professional. The facility was in excellent condition. The room was large and absolutely immaculate. I would highly recommend staying at this facility. In addition you will receive great value for your money.

After a very stressful day at the airport, the only room available was a smoking room. It was clean, great bed, great staff, and a Scotch from the restaurant next door, but the entire floor smelled of smoke.

I stayed with my family of 4 adults and 1 child at Hampton Inn, LaGuardia, New York for 3 nights. Room and beds were comfortable. They even provided an extra rollaway bed for free. Breakfast item offerings could have been better. There are no nearby restaurants in walking distance except an American restaurant in Laguadia Plaza hotel very next to Hampton and that is the only choice you have (the staff told me that you can order food and get a delivery from few places nearby). This facility is quite disappointing, especially for the cost. The A/C did not work all night long and the room stayed at 77 degrees all night long. I did not complain since I was far too tired from work to even consider swapping rooms. The Holiday Inn Express in Lebanon PA puts this place to shame. The staff was average and do not go out of their way to be helpful.

Shuttle was a the airport to pick me up within minutes of my call to the hotel. Lobby was clean and attractive. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was exceptional. My only concern was regarding billing practices. They initially charge more to the card than the agreed upon price. It would have been nice to know this in advance! Overall, nice stay.

We were heading to Ronkonkoma to see family so flew into LaGuardia and stayed here. We arrived later than anticipated due to bad weather in Atlanta but the staff were all great, friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and big and beds were amazing. Free breakfast was really helpful as we wanted to get to the train station at Woodside to go to our final destination. Will stay here again

Everything about our experience the night before our flight back home to Florida connects the hotel with no personal attention , nothing is set even The smile at the reception was plastic and distant as the room that there's Nothing we can point out or even remember , At list a small flag in the Hote ( 4 of July night ) for the expensive price a small flag was not a lot to ask . Looks like the next time we will stay at the Marriott across the street .

This hotel is magnificent! It is clean and has nice new sheets. I come here every year. The pool is across the street and the breakfast is very good and free. I love this hotel, they even give free coffee! GOOD COFFEE. ALL DAY! I recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and as an airport hotel I'm sure it gets a lot of use. It's starting to look like it's time for a rehab. The bathroom was definitely a bit on the tattered side, and the HVAC had basically two settings: freezing and heat (bear in mnd this is July!). I've stayed here a couple times. A good business travel hotel. Very convenient for flying in/out of LGA. They offer complementary shuttle service 4am - 1:30am. Runs on schedule every 20min during peak hours, on demand off peak. Checkin was easy and quick. Pleasant desk staff this time with friendly smiles. King bed room was spacious and well appointed. With business travel, it is often necessary to be close to the airport due to flight times. When I have to leave LGA early or arrive late, I always choose the Hampton Inn for a variety of reasons. This is my favorite hotel near LGA.

Stayed here for one night for early flight out of LGA. I usually do not stay at Hampton Inns due to the "middle of the road" quality-however this hotel was very nice! The air worked wonderfully! Rooms were spacious and updated. Breakfast was just ok-(one of the main reasons I don't stay at Hampton Inn) Location is across the street from LGA-shuttle service every 20mins.

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for 1 night at the beginning of our trip to New York City. We arrived at Laguardia Airport about 9:30 pm. We have stayed in many Hampton inns across America and this was a VERY busy hotel, which is pretty understand for a New York based hotel extremely close to an airport. We were booked for a soccer tournament in another hotel that the soccer league was contracted with. I wanted to add a day but the rooms were all booked. I booked at Hampton Inn and wished we stayed here the whole trip. The location is convenient for LaGuardia Airport. There is nothing much around the area but that is no fault to the hotel. The property itself is well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful.

It was a fine hotel, not in the greatest neighborhood (i.e., public urination), but not terrible either. We chose this hotel based on 3 factors - that it was close to the airport & rental car facilities (check), had wifi (check) and that we could get a bagged breakfast to go when we left in the morning. We left on a Monday morning, and we were told as we were leaving that the kitchen didn't make up bagged breakfasts on Monday mornings. So all 6 of us left hungry. Not at all pleased.

Comfortable room, but overpriced. I tend to stay in Hampton Inns a lot and when I saw one close to the airport, I thought it would be a good choice. We had a super-early flight and I wanted to stay close by. The room was comfortable enough, but no fridge or microwave inside. We stayed at this Hampton Inn as it was near Citi Field and we were going to a Mets game. The location was great for that. And, the hotel provided a free shuttle to the game. We took a cab back. This was a comfortable hotel and conveniently located to the airport. However, I chose the hotel over others because the website said "Free Parking" and "No Pets". There is very limited free parking. This is a reasonable we'll run hotel very nice desk clerks good breakfast and comfortable beds with nice linens. Clean rooms temperature good and no noises from air conditioning unit. Beds were not too hard and choices at breakfast were very good.

Nice location, comfortable bed, great breakfast, and perfect for my short stay. I bought tickets to a Yankees-Mets game at Citi field and drove down from upstate New York. I needed a hotel close to the stadium and I prefer to stay at Hampton Inns, if possible. This place was great and I would definitely stay again.

The pillows and comforter were fluffy and warm. The pool at the sister hotel across the parking lot was nice, despite a little algae growth. The 2 y/o enjoyed the afternoon swimming. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was great with all my questions. Even the crib was comfy for the toddler (especially riding around the room like a race car.) The shuttle to the airport was great and we had no issues getting to the airport on time.

Typical hampton. Only 1 elevator of 2 working so mild inconvenience. Rooms nice. Big. Clean. Showers only in this room; no tub. Hotel staff not the friendliest. I have stayed here 2x b4 and it is not a 1 time factor. Complmentary airport pick up is good. Business center good. Only food is in sister local branded hotel next door. Again very poor service quality in bar food area. Unaccomodating, SLOW, understaffed. Been in bar/restaurant 2x b4 so this a consistent management flaw.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, close to airport. Very thin walls, loud hall ways. Shuttle was 45 min late. We had to get on the shuttle with about 20 people. They kept saying another shuttle should be there but it wasn't. When we left to go to airport no coffee creamers were out, no snack foods or breakfast was out. It was 4:40 am but that's morning, they should have something out for a paid guest.

Very Busy Hotel .. Lots of folks checking in and checking out. The Staff doesn't skip a beat. Very professional and organized .. Friendly and accommodating. Clean and Quiet. I was pleasantly surprised of how quiet my stay was . Especially after learning the where fully booked , I slept like s baby no problems. I left for the day and returned to a well cleaned room, definitely will Be staying again. Matter of fact. I'm already booked. This will be my go to when I need to travel to the Bronx..

The staff are young energetic and professional and have great personalities and smiles to go with it. They were very patient and informative about the Ammenities and the information about using the other adjacent hotels gym facility but he Hampton fitness center was much better and updated so no need to refer us to the other hotel yours is great.

As the title says, this was my first time into LaGuardia. As I'm a Hilton fan, I booked into the Hampton. First good thing is that there is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Just call the hotel and they will send one of there isn't already one en route. Pick up is outside American Airlines baggage claim. So appreciated my ride to the airport with Rory. He was extremely accommodating and even sang the wheels on the bus to the kids on the shuttle. Job well done! My time at the Hampton Inn was also rest and a convenient location to stay. We stayed during the US Open and all the shuttle services were very helpful and timely.

This hotel is a great find near Laguardia. All of the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Shuttles to the US Open were very prompt and the drivers courteous. Shuttles to/from LGA were quick and the drivers also friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety and well replenished. Meals at the Plaza next door were good. Cannot say enough about this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Stayed here for the Dodgers - Yankees game. Hotel was very close to the airport but kinda far from everything else. Staff was helpful and pleasant along with a nice clean play to stay. Not really a local resturant however the staff at the desk recommended one at the hotel next door! Was very good.

We stayed here to go into NYC for a concert. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Especially our shuttle driver Rory! He made the trips on the busy roads of Queens seem like a mini guided tour with facts and about the love for his city. We really enjoyed him! The rooms were clean and location to the airport is good too! I would definitely stay again!

Close by LaGuardia Airport, located at a quiet suburb.Subway system to Manhattan is quite efficient. Just need more travel time. The staffs are very patient in answering questions about how to take the Subway .

As I always do, I stay at the Hampton LaGuardia, always consistent, no surprises. Close proximity to LaGuardia airport, which includes a shuttle to and from the airport. I've stayed there several times, and never have had a bad experience.

The representatives were some of the best customer service personnel we have experienced. They were concerned about my wife and I. We are in our early eighties and had been traveling since 2:30AM and arrived at 7.30AM. The reps looked to our comfort and that was almost like instant gratification. I have written a letter to he hotel manager with the names of his reps so that he will be able to know what a great job they did.

We stayed here after a late flight into LGA for our first night in NYC.. It was a good room and a good experience. We even had a view of the Empire State Building from our room. It was quiet and the shuttles to/from the airport and subway were great. The one thing that could be improved upon was the breakfast.. the choices and quality of food were a little lacking. The room was clean and bed was comfortable which is what I expect and generally get at Hampton Inns. Disappointed that there wasn't a refrigerator in the roon which is normally the case with HI's I've stayed in. The room was not particularly quiet. Any activity in the hall was heard. All in all, it was a good value for the rate (booked through Priceline). I would stay there agin if I was visitng the Brooklyn/Queens area.

Had a multiple day conference at the Marriott across the street. Being a loyal Hilton member, I chose to stay here. The room and furnishings were new, bright and very comfortable. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, very close to airport. Each day we came back our room was very clean and tidy. Complimentary breakfast was very good, but you have to time it just right...wait too long it to go down andfet it, it takes a while to replenish some items after a morning rush. This hotel was recommended by a frequent traveler in my Pilgrimage group, and we were so glad we stayed here! Very convenient to LGA & to Manhattan via subway. We made our reservations at the last minute by telephone, and found the front desk staffto to be very friendly and helpful. This hotel was clean, the breakfast good, the shuttle driver prompt and efficient. They have some difficulty honoring requests for non smoking rooms, especially if you have a prepaid accomodation, but for very short stays, as in one night, it is worth the money, especially if you are flying in or out of LaGuardia Airport

Stayed one night after my business trip to catch an early flight in am out of LGA. The reservation was seamless, so as the check-in process. There is very limited parking and the parking structure attached is $30/night, too expensive. It is very close to the airport and rental car return, <5 min. The breakfast is, as expected, minimalistic and not worth the calories. The room is comfortable and quite, the beds were clean.

When you have an 8 am departure with a 7 am check-in and you live a 3-hour limo drive away, nothing can beat spending the night before you leave here at Hampton's, where you can get a complimentary van to your terminal at a reasonable hour after a good night's sleep.

Pros Check in was fast, and staff was friendly. Room was large, clean and had a comfortable bed. Flat screen TV, coffee maker and complimentary wifi were the amenities offered. This hotel has a free airport shuttle to and from Laguardia Airport, which was the main reason we chose this after getting in late for a 2-night stay before our cruise. Our flight was cancelled at LGA and we needed a close hotel for an overnight stay. This Hampton is ok but definitely not one of the best. It is very pricy (to be expected) and the employees were friendly enough. The room was ok but the a/c unit needed repair. However, the bed was very comfy. There is a "sister" hotel right next to this Hampton that has a very nice lobby, etc.

Just a short shuttle ride away from LGA. Nice sized room for the price you pay, with breakfast included. Most of the time, I find the breakfast to be quite mediocre, but I must admit that I found the morning meal here to be fairly decent. No other restaurant on the premises but you can head over to LaGuardia Plaza across the parking lot if need be.

I was here for all of 10 hours, so I did not experience many of the amenities including breakfast. Checking in was fairly quick although I was behind a flight crew. I had completed mobile check-in. Over the next several years this may be a go-to spot for being close to the airport while it undergoes a much needed renovation. Minutes from the terminal, assuming that construction hasn't closed off the roads leading into the airport. Parking at this hotel is iffy at best. We stayed at this hotel prior to a cruise. The hotel had a free airport shuttle from the airport. Due to a mix up at the hotel, it stood them 45 minutes before we were picked up. This Hampton Inn was very clean, staff are wonderful. Shuttle Bus to and from the airport is excellent. There is only one restaurant in the area. It was pricey. The reason we stayed at this Hampton Inn was because it was close to the airport and had an early flight and wanted to make sure I got to the airport on time. Traffic from other areas are terrible, so we feel we made the correct choice staying in the Hampton at Laguardia Airport.

The front desk employee was awesome! I requested a King size bed prior to arriving at the hotel when I did my previous check in. When I arrived I was told no King beds were available. While watching the tv news channel, the picture constantly froze, after contacting the front desk to have this issue resolve, a maintenance person showed up stated there's a issue with the pixels. I'll tell the person who servicing that. However the tv was never fixed.

After flying on a redeye flight, I was happy to find the hotel accommodating my early check-in needs, despite the fact that they were sold out the night before. My one true complaint was that the garbage trucks came at 1:00am to pick up the trash...and they were really loud...So ask for a room away from the alley.
