I Think that the $ 40.00 fee hold on one Credit Card is REDICULOUS AND UNNECESSARY . Most adults groups should be exzempt. We are not there to destroy your facility or steal any items exspecially since all of the items are glued down . People canb be trusted sometimes.

Service is a bit snooty; perhaps a hint of racism and a sprinkle of classism. E.g. you get skipped over in the line up unless you are "rich" white folk. They are cheaper, so maybe that's the price of the trade-off, though I guess they should charge more to the RWF. They will not do anything to accommodate you (don't expect any above-and-beyond). But you will get what you paid for. Beds are nice, pillows abundant, TV works, carpets are clean. The hallways downstairs are a bit musty. The poo... Read more

Anecdotal evidence suggests that this hotel was recently renovated. If this is so, a lovely job has been completed. The rooms are very attractive and elegantly modern, and very clean. A pool is on-site, open until 10pm daily, along with a fitness centre. Staff were attentive and the wait staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and solicitous. My only concern for our room was the extremely firm bed. I would have enjoyed better water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed the simple TV Remote with a sleep set button. The room was clean and partly because we kept it that way. The only thing done to our room in almost a week there was replace dirty towels for clean and straighten our bed.

My family and I stayed at the Millennium on our way back from NYC (into Canada). We were looking for a hotel close to Walden Galleria, and were happy to have come across this place. It has recently been renovated and the rooms show well. New comfortable beds, and sheets, nice new furniture in room and modern bathrooms. The hotel is right beside Walden Galleria. Parking was free. Pool was warm with lots of greens around. We had a quiet peaceful Thursday night sleep. I feel when reading the review... Read more

They were efficient at getting things done but didn't really make you feel welcome. The housekeeping staff was very good. My room was nice and clean. This hotel is quite adequate for a weekend stay and if I am coming back to Buffalo I will consider staying again. It was close to shopping, restaurants, etc. My comments are: Were they in a rush to finish the renovations? The door handle to our room looks like it will fall off shortly. And the toilet "rocked" when you sat on it it. These aren't good things. The internet was bad. Actually very bad. The food, to my surprise, was actually good. The VERY BEST hotel staff I have ever worked with from the sales staff to front desk personnel to maintenance people - absolutely great. Nice hotel located next to Walden Galleria and close to 90 highway. Bed is comfortable. AC works for us. Complimentary Wi-Fi is on and off all day long. Not a reliable source for travelers seeking internet connection. Another problem is the walk from reception desk to the elevator. There are also several great restaurants by the mall so location is great. Pool area is indoor with many tables and sitting areas in a garden setting. Overall great stay and I wou... Read more

This hotel is super convenient for shopping at the Walden Galleria. You can drop off the car and walk through the parking lot for shopping and restaurants. The staff were very cheerful and helpful, even offering a coupon book to the mall on arrival, but the pool area is still tired as is the overall building. It's a good deal though as their rates are very reasonable.

We stayed 4 days and enjoyed our stay for all age rages, 12-80! I book two rooms one for seniors and one for a mixed age group. Richard at the front desk remembered speaking to me on the phone and Kim our server for breakfast was awesome! I booked a handicapped room for the moms, but it only had a shower/tub combo. Hand rail was available, but not for the toilet area. Bathroom is not wheelchair friendly for showing. The rooms were good, just as pictured, comfy bed and air conditioning was fine.... Read more

I stayed at the hotel for a convention. The front desk staff was polite. The room was recently renovated which was nice. It was right off the pool and quite spacious - two queen beds with a sofa, coffee table and a desk. The pillows on the bed were great! Both the room and bathroom were clean. I ate dinner and breakfast there. Breakfast was tasty but the dinner was lack-luster. The hotel is not that far from downtown and right beside the Walden Galleria for those of you who like to shop :)

The rooms have been recently renovated and are very spacious and of a very high standard, the beds are exceptional. The pool area is great ,especially the way it's laid out,(not just a room with a pool in it. The bar is quiet and relaxed ideal for a snack or night cap.The staff are good and efficient. This hotel is good for a week-end break or even longer, I look out for this hotel when planning a trip to Buffalo. It is also so handy for the Galleria shopping mall and lots of varied restaurants ... Read more

I needed to make alterations to a room I booked and I was dealing with Jessica S. She went over and above the call of duty to assist me. As well, upon arrival, she was once again helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It is so refreshing to deal with someone who truly wants to assist you and wants to make sure that your stay is the best it could be. Thank you Jessica.

Just came back from a weekend with 3 girlfriends hiking in Letchworth State Park and spending the night in Buffalo. Stayed at Millennium just one night. There were 4 of us in 2 adjoining rooms on first floor. (209 & 211) Upon arrival, the check-in was swift, we got the keys and we went to park the car; were instructed that there is a side entrance from the parking lot. It was surprising to see that there is no keypad on the side door. ANYONE can get in at any time day or night. Our rooms we... Read more

We were staying 1 night in Buffalo Airport area. We chose at random the Millennium Hotel on Walden Ave. The Hotel staff was very attentive to our needs. The room was average price under $100.00 per night with parking. We had a large spacious room with a King size bed. The Hotel was quiet, clean and located in the shopping area (Galleria Mall), Name Brand stores, Walmart Stores and a variety of Restaurants in the general area. The Hotel has a beautiful swimming pool (salt water)Parents should tak... Read more

I've been to many hotels for leisure and business and this hotel is far the best with a perfect fusion of both worlds. From the moment they pick you up from the airport (complimentary), you feel incredibly welcomed and makes you feel as if you are home. There are many amenities that continue to surprise me. Every team member of the millenium buffalo that I have encountered have been incredibly courteous and friendly. Special thanks to Christine Casucci on making my stay absolutely memorable! Onl... My sister and I stayed 5 nights at the Millennium while attending a conference there. Highlights were the pool and sauna, the lovely shuttle bus driver who cheerfully drove us to various destinations, and the housekeeping staff who did such a great job and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't eat in the restaurant but enjoyed the more casual Twigs lounge several times. I liked the burgers and chili. Would definitely stay there again.

My family visited the hotel for a quick getaway. They have a very nice pool and the location is great. While the property itself has some shortcomings, we were very impressed with every interaction we had with the friendly staff. Jessica at the Front Desk treated us like family and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. In the morning, we had a wonderful breakfast staffed by many polite, courteous and engaging staff members. And, the food was surprisingly delicious.

Millenium used to be just an average Hotel at above average prices, but things have changed. While there is still a little construction clean up with entrances areas etc, all of the rooms have been updated completely with new carpet, furniture, beds, linens etc. Rates are very low right now with our Friday night stay being $81 plus taxes. This is not a luxury hotel but I'm giving it a 5 for the value of what you get. The room has a fridge, microwave, kuerig and some toiletries. There is... Read more

Bi-annual girls weekend, we got an ok rate for this hotel and grabbed it. Check in was quick. Good location in the Walden Galleria parking lot. Within walking distance to a few ok places to eat. We both had king rooms on the 6th floor and we couldn't connect to the wifi all weekend. Super frustrating. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The outlets and ports in the nightstand is a great idea and so are the nightlights that you can position where you'd like the light.. Nice to have the use ... Read more

We stayed for one night, thank goodness. Our room had a conjoining door in it, which when we got to our room we didn't think anything of it. But at night when trying to sleep we could literally hear EVERYTHING going on in the other room. The people next to us had their tv on all night until 2am and then back on at 6am where they began to yell on the phone and slam doors. We had a very frustrating night, we shouldn't be able to hear the other people, let alone be put in a room with a conjoining d... Read more
