I went to this hotel for 5 nights. We had a big clean room, and the bathroom was great (big shower). Also the breakfast was not complete (no Orange Juice, no egg ,bacon) but we had waffles. There is a subway station at 5min and convenience store are close. For the price we paid it was kinda great.

The beds and room were comfortable. While we stayed just one night it was perfect for our needs. Parking in the rear (a little snug). Bathrooms very clean and modern. We stayed with another couple who also enjoyed their stay. Close to the subway. Only criticism is the coffee was not so good and the elevator was very slow.

We were novice public transportation users but were pleased to have this clean room near the subway. The rooms were updated and nice. The pictures matched the experience. We found the free breakfast simple but nice. We also found the front desk to be friendly. The nearby convenient stores were handy and diverse.

I'M NOT GOING BACK EVER. Worst experience in 18 years of traveling. I went to NYC with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and everything was going great until we enter our room. (Breakfast is OK and location is good, 3 streets from the metro). They didn't let us do an early check-in cause they were preparing and "cleaning" our room but when we get to the room it was FILTHY! The bathroom was NOT clean, it was dirty, with a lot of hair and we were not able to use the toilet cause it had not b... Read more

Let's just begin with the fact that our stay was excellent. Our room wasn't filthy and I found the toilet clean and I liked the rainfall shower head and spacious shower space. The sheets were clean although I did not inspect them with a magnifying glass or black light so I took a leap of faith. And rest assured, I slept very well each night. The WiFi worked well although we couldn't connect to Netflix for some reason. The air con kept the room cool. The room includes a mini fridge but that's ab... Read more

Best night's sleep I think I've ever had in a hotel bed. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly, The room was beautiful and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I really have no complaints. This location is just 3 blocks from the D N and R lines which conveniently access everything from Coney Island, downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. There are lots of restaurants and groceries very close to grab what you need. Additionally, the location has limited parking, if you arrive by ... Read more

I found this place a month before my trip, after a long hard search for an affordable 10 day stay outside of Manhattan, this seemed like the best bargain. The hotel is fairly small, and is located in a very communal village. Everyone seemed to know each other. It's on the outskirts of North Brooklyn, and is in a safe area for the most part. It's near the N & D lines that go directly to Central Manhattan, but it's about a 30-45min journey during peak hours. That aside, if you're looking for a ni... Read more

Very large comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. Small room but comfortable. Only drawback - no soap dish or shelf in the shower, petty I know but where do I set my soap, on the floor? Complimentary breakfast - nothing to get excited about. Walk around the corner if you want something good to eat, go to Spiro's.

We arrived on Monday and everything was correct, our bedroom was at the 5th floor. On Tuesday at 8:30 the elevator didn´t work, we went watching the city and when we came back at 23.00 it was still out of service. We were waiting it (which is ubicated in front of the reception desk) for 2-3 minutes and the recepcionist wasn´t able to tell us that it was still broken until we asked it and she answered us without looking to us because she was very busy with her mobile phone. Let's start with the good. It's a nice building with the advantage of being new'ish. The lobby is nice; the receptionists are generally helpful but don't always look like they're interested in their work(they should maybe take off their earphones when a client comes to ask a question). The site and marketing says that the hotel puts a strong accent on music. There was no music in the front entrance and very low music (lower than most other hotels) in the lobby. The bathroom speaker they to... Read more

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! I basically was charged for a place to keep my bags while at an event at Barclays. The hotel was overbooked, understaffed, and unprofessional. I was placed in a room without air, without an iron, and without a decent shower. The hotel staff (one person) stated that "at least [our] room is clean, because a lot of times the girl will just sign off on it". The manager was conveniently unavailable the entire time, and now refuses to uphold the promise... Read more

I don't want to waste too much of my time writing a review about this place but I have to say this was the worst hotel stay I've EVER had. The staff didn't have a clue how to make someone feel welcomed. There was a general feeling of being unsafe (despite 24-hr security guards on each floor). It is not a nice neighborhood. Even the rickety elevator ride felt dangerous. The room was disgustingly unclean (dust everywhere, pubic hairs in the shower, urine stains on toilet, etc). The breakfast...wel... Read more

I admit, at first, I was hesitant about my hotel choice. I read the reviews, but this hotel far exceeded my expectations in every way. The very attentive staff went above and beyond. Not only that, but they made you feel like you were the life of the party. The rooms were clean, the shower was amazing and beds super comfortable. Breakfast wasn't anything to tweet about, but it suited my needs perfectly. Enjoyed hot waffles, yogurt, grapefruit juice, and cereal. Thanks, Hotel BPM.

This was by far the WORST experience I have EVER had with a hotel. I booked this hotel as a courtesy block for my out of town guests for my anniversary reception. I booked 16 rooms with them. Closer to my event, I started noticing consistency in the reviews about staff, availability of linens, and the slowness or operability of the elevator. Seve... Read more

Booked this hotel for a holiday in New York. Website made everything look very sleek, professional and high quality. In reality, we were left with a hotel that left us feeling hard done by. PROS: Lets start with the upsides to be fair. The shower was very good, and the bed very large and comfortable. The location was very good - 2 minute walk from an express subway stop into Manhattan. So the hotel isn't great. But I will state that when I was looking for a hotel this was one of the cheaper options. So whilst not great, and I will raise some issues, for the price it's relatively fair. Essentially given the facilities they have I reckon it wouldn't take much to push this over the top. Decor wise - it seems like it is aiming for the trendy market but the lobby and rooms are pretty basic. The rooms are pretty "meh", for example the wardrobe was like something from the 80s. The...
