This hotel was clean and modern. The bedding was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast choices were above par. The hallways tend to be noisy and you can hear the noise from adjoining rooms easily, but an otherwise comfortable stay in a good location.

Probably on the busiest corner in Brooklyn and no local eateries anywhere near. only food they have is sandwiches and a few salads. But service, internet access, complimentary breakfast are all great. Rooms are clean and well furnished, lobby is comfortble and friendly, and staff are helpful and very pleasant I would return and its reasonable for New York,

WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU - NOT: My partner has an elevated status with Hilton Honors and was allowed to choose the room prior to arrival which was done. We got a text message the day of arrival stating "We are waiting for you." Check in is at 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:50 PM. Well, the room was not ready. We were waiting on them. But at least we got a couple of free drinks out of it. Would have rated the stay a "5" were it not for this glitch. THE BUILDING: The hotel has 14 stories, well, ... Read more

Hotel was clean and modern, and the staff was quite helpful. The only downside to our stay was the parking. Paying to park wasn't the issue, but for the price you had to pay you should have been able to come and go without paying again. The only perk to leaving your car parked is the many options of public transit.

Two major things for me was the perpetual presence of coffee in the lobby and the attentiveness of staff. They are up on so many "little" things that make a big difference. You can't manufacture attentiveness or customer service. It comes naturally to the people here. They are the ones who make you notice the rest of the hotel. DAVE BONTEMPO

This is a lovely Hampton Inn. A little pricey - but that's to be expected on a weeknight in NYC/Brooklyn. The rooms are small but exceptionally well-designed with lots of smart touches. The shower even has a small footrest designed into it, I assume for women to shave their legs or to wash ones feet. Lot's of smart touches like that, along with thick industrial windows to keep out the traffic noise below, make this one smart little place to stay.

My experience booking this hotel was simple through the Hilton ap. I was able to select my room ahead of time so I knew where I would be viewing the New York City skyline. Enjoyed the free delicious breakfasts and always available coffee! Clean comfortable rooms with space to move around and relax. Check out was a breeze. Value priced. Would recommend and return!

Comfortable hotel, good location in Brooklyn Heights. Breakfast was ok, room small but efficient. Every one was very helpful and friendly. Besides the cleaning service not being perfect i still will stay there.

This was my first time in Brooklyn , as normally I opted to stay in NYC . well I won't regret and I advice to you to try . You are very close to Manhattan , still you enjoy rates those are impossible downtown. The hotel is friendly, clean, well kept and with rooms (though small ) in really good conditions . Brian at the check in was prompt and super careful and he was immediately giving a good feeling to my stay. Super confy bed, everything you might need is there . Compliementary self service b... Very nice hotel. Great service and comfort. I have stayed there twice and both times were great. The staff is very good. There also are some nice restaurants around the corner which is very convenient. It is right across from the Mangattan Bridge and a few blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge. Also a short walk to downtown Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights.

This property was booked for my 4th half marathon via the Rock and Roll series. The property is located in close proximity to the Brooklyn Bridge, the Barclay's Arena, local and chain eateries. The business center is available in the lobby with the fitness center is located on the lower level of the property. Complementary breakfast is offered from 6-9 a.m. Complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available 24 hours. You will need your key card to operate the elevator. They do not of... Read more

We were in town for a wedding in Brooklyn. The location was nice, but not great. Depending on the subway line needed, it might be a 3 to 8 block walk. The hotel itself was only a couple of years old so it is in nice condition. The staff was friendly and helped withdirections, rooms, etc. Breakfast was good for a Hampton and there was plenty of room. The view was better the higher up, so ask for the 14th floor if you can get it. Shower was hot and the room was reasonably clean (not perfe... Read more

The Hampton Inn is super-convenient to the Metro lines at Metro-Tech; there are plenty of people walking about at all hours, it seemed, so we felt safe. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a bar in the lobby! It was a great value and a great location

Service and Friendliness of the staff was excellent. One of the better Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The price was reasonable for the New York/Brooklyn area and one of the few decent chain hotels in Brooklyn in a decent area.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Pratt Institute, about 1.4 mile, where my daughter attends. Close to bus and subway stops. Can see the Manhattan Bridge. All the staff is super friendly, morning and evening front desk staff, breakfast ladies and bartenders were happy and happy to help.

Relative to most other parts of the country, all below-premium hotel rooms in New York are small, all rooms are expensive, and that is true here. But, the staff and the overall quality of the hotel is excellent. It is clean, safe, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is among the best for Hampton Inns. We will stay here on our next visit to NYC.

We spent a weekend here while visiting family and the property is either very new or very recently remodeled, but either way seems brand spanking new. The room was decently sized for NYC, the bed was comfortable, housecleaning did a nice job and the bathroom was kep clean and in working order. Walls were a little thin. Stayed here last week. The hotel is located in a fairly good position. It's about a five minute walk to Brooklyn bridge. I did also make the mistake of walking to Williamsburg from here which I would not recommend at all as it wasn't a pleasant walk and I didn't feel particularly safe. We went to New York for the first time during Thanksgiving to visit our son who had just started a new job. The location was great, free breakfast excellent, employees/staff were very nice. The only complaint if really one, was that the 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies were usually out and had to ask to restock . I finally learned where the hot chocolate was and would just take it out of the cabinet. We will stay here again if and when we are able to make it back to New York.
