I have lived in Saratoga my whole life and I promise you this is the best spa around, The entire staff at the Medbery are genuine and kind. This is the best service and best massage I have ever had I can't wait to get my next massage there.

My wife and I, along with two other couples, went to Saratoga Racetrack for the weekend. Needless to say, any place in Saratoge was either booked or $400-$500 per night. After spreading our search, we found The Medbery Inn in Ballston Spa. It was a short 15 minute drive to the track and Saratoga Springs center. The Inn was very comfortable. We stayed in the Medbery Suite. The outdoor porch/balcony was lovely as a meeting place. There were a number of restaurants, breakfast and dinner, wit... Read more

We arrived at the Inn around 7pm with a confirmed (by phone) reservation. Dragging our suitcases we went in the front door and proceeded upstairs to check in, as directed by a sign in the lobby. Dead quiet, lights out, nobody there. (Weird.) We explore all around the Inn, nobody. We call and leave a message on the answering machine, then go to catch dinner at a nearby restaurant. An hour later, we return to see if there is any action. None. ( It's now getting dark and the vibe is quite cr... Read more

We just did the mineral spa on 8/31/2015. We booked early of the month. Two days before our appt. time changed ok things happen, the day of Spa called and changed the time again for two hours later. When we finally got there water was not hot, had to ask for water to drink, normally there is a pitcher of ice water and cups.. We each received a small plastic cup with water,no ice. Will not go there again

I came to this Inn for a one-night business trip. I found the hotel on the Internet and chose it because of its proximity to the courthouse where I had to be the next day. I made a reservation over the Internet and it was odd because I filled out an on-line reservation request form and the next thing I knew, I got an email saying my reservation had been confirmed and there was a 30-day cancellation. Of course, having made the reservation only 2 weeks in advance of my stay, I assumed I could n... Read more

I got my hair and toes done here for my rehearsal dinner and it was terrible. My the GEL french on my toes took so long to paint that someone else got a whole pedicure done. She also painted so much of my skin that they are all chipping off hours later, and that cost me $50 are you kidding? She then blew out my hair and after telling her i didn't not want products in my she put like 8 different ones causing my $60 blow out to die and be perfectly straight almost right away. Save your money and g... Read more

The water in mineral baths is too hot. Go to the Roosevelt Baths or Crystal Spa. This place does not know what they are doing. One person in our group had a seizure due to the temperature of the water. We were told that water should be below 102 degrees for mineral baths. This was not the case.

My daughter and I went to the spa for a massage. My massage was wonderful, my daughters was not. When she came out of the room she said "that was the worst massage I have ever received, my nephew could have given me a better one". The owner said "oh really? I'm sorry". That was it! No asking what they could do, no offer of a refund.... Nothing! My daughter then stated that she was going to go somehow else and get a massage. When we got in the car, she called and made an appointment with a place ... Read more
