I had a wonderful week at the inn. It was a very warm and comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts! Housekeeping did a top notch job! It's a perfect location and I will be back. Totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a great place to launch your time in Santa Fe. Walking distance to the city square and shopping, this is a great place to stay. Rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is helpful and accommodating. We made use of the free shuttle to get to dinner one night when the wind was too cool for walking. I wold recommend this to anyone- I certainly intend to return to this location.

As the owner of Great American Adventures, I must be very cautious and discriminating in the choices of accommodations I choose for my clients. During our full week horseback ride and film production, I had 40 individuals stay at Inn of Santa Fe, eat breakfast and had all our lunches catered by Inn of Santa Fe. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and courtesies extended to me, my staff and my clients during the entire week. Inn of Santa Fe's staff went well beyond my exp... Read more

While making a cross country trek from Florida to California we found a little gem in Santa Fe called the Inn at Santa Fe. The cozy dining/bar area was cool and relaxing. The rooms were neat and had everything we needed for a comfortable nights rest. The hotel was only a short distance to downtown. The front staff person was especially helpful in giving us information about where to eat and what to see. We heard they host the cast of a movie show there from time to time...that would be fun.... During a recent cross-country journey I made a one-night stop at The Inn At Sante Fe. The experience was excellent. Location is easy and for on/off the freeway, but yet close enough to downtown and the sites/tourists attractions of Santa Fe, yet not in the bustle of everything. The room was cozy and comfortable, clean and neat, and especially CLEAN bathrooms. I found the hotel staff to be friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in pointing out su... Read more

I cant express enough the happiness we got from staying here! Victoria (GM) made this the best trip ever. Thank you to Victoria and her staff. Inn was amazing. I would highly recommend this property to all of my clients. Breakfast was original, it had your basic scrabbled eggs and toast but they go a step further and give you a locally flavored egg dish as well. The evening happy hour was amazing too. Close to downtown and close to the outlet mall (in the parking lot). Victoria THANK YOU from th... Read more

Spent 1 week in Santa Fe and stayed at one of the best hotels EVER! Immaculate, fabulous complimentary breakfast, courteous staff and a great location away from the congestion of old town Santa Fe! Highly recommend! Oh, and if you want to spend time in Old Town, the Inn's van will take you!

I didn't want to rate it as poor but it was not my favorite experience. The check-in was fine and the breakfast had a good selection but the rooms seem like they need to be refreshed and updated. it feels like an older hotel in the parking lot of an outlet mall (which it is). Driving to the main part of Santa Fe is not a breeze from here. It's a lot of traffic and takes about 20 minutes. If you are looking for no frills and just a place to stay for a night it's okay but not a place I woul... Read more

I usually prefer to say closer to town but my friend had booked Inn of Santa Fe. I was so pleasantly surprised by the delightful staff. The first night, Hunter, that front desk clerk, helped us open a bottle of room and light a fire for us in the dining room. The last night we were there, we spend time in downtown Santa Fe. Upon our return to the hotel, we realized that the City of Santa Fe was doing road construction and had blocked part of Cerrillos Road near our hotel. Our GPS got con... Read more

We stayed one night in Santa Fe. It was 2 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. We booked the pet friendly double queen room. To begin with, there is a ton of construction around this hotel making it very difficult to get to. The construction is not any fault of the hotel, but it would have been a courtesy had they informed prospective guests about it. Simply include it on your confirmation emails or website. Give an alternative route to assist out of town guests navigate their way to the hotel since ther... Read more

To say this hotel is willing to accommodate is a severe understatement of the superb level of serviced we received. I stayed here for two nights with my family almost by accident while passing through and we are already planning out next stay at this hotel. The hotel is incredibly pet friendly, with a modest $25.00 one time pet fee our pets were able to enjoy all of the great amenities with our two small dogs. We enjoyed lounging around the outdoor fireplace enjoying drinks and appetizers fro... Read more

We were headed elsewhere but road construction was frustrating, so we aimed for our second choice (little pricier) from TripAdvisor. So glad we did. This place is a charm. Interior doors, elevator, clean clean clean. But hear this, there are no king beds in this hotel. Room little smaller than usual, but very nice. Microwave, refrigerator, dryer, safe, shower, carpeted, nice decor, pool, and fitness room (not that I used it). Happy hour and restaurant with small menu. Front desk was very... Read more

We stayed for one night after booking one of those blind 3-star hotel deals on a third-party booking site. I was really hoping that the 3-star hotel would be at a name-brand hotel as opposed to an independent hotel. I was actually bummed to see I had been given The Inn at Santa Fe but I came around after reading mostly decent reviews of the place. Even still, I kept my expectations realistic. We spent next to nothing to stay here, so I do feel a little guilty about "complaining." First off,... Read more

You can easily pay more money for less in this town. Although I-25 construction makes this a little hard to find right now, it's worth the search. A warm, efficient welcome in well-designed lobby led to a well-appointed room. Interesting design including rounded shower enclosure. Under counter refrigerator included freezer compartment large enough to recharge cold packs - really helpful. Wi-Fi easy to access with decent speed. Great full protein breakfast (eggs, sausage) much appreciated r... Read more

Picked this location because the rates were low and in our budget. Located next to the outlet mall. About a 15 minute drive into the Plaza area of downtown. Full breakfast offered. Room was nice and staff was welcoming. Enjoyed the stay!

We throughly enjoyed our four day stay at the Inn At Santa Fe. A big "Thank You" to the staff -- they were professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was excellent water pressue in the shower. The free breakfast was delicious, but more importantly, to us, was the free internet connection which was amazingly fast for a hotel. With free parking and convenient access to I-25 we often used Saint Francis to avoid traffic congestion caused by co... Read more

Rooms were nice, too far from downtown if that is where you will be spending most of your time. Great selection for breakfast. The hallways were rather warm in the third floor, and our room only had a shower. Also the room was very small, which is okay if you spend most of your time sightseeing. 20 minute drive to downtown was a bummer for the pricing.

Very nice, clean and modern property which was easy to get to from I-25, and easy to get back on I-25 in the morning. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I did not stay for the breakfast but did have a very good dinner in the dining room/lounge with excellent service.

Outstanding, from the cafe staff right up to the manager... Excellent service from everyone. The cafe was quaint and the food and drink was fabulous. Fish tacos were a meal in itself and the agave wine margaritas were delicious.

The hotel isn't the best, but it is nice and clean with really nice staff. Came here to visit and just have fun. The inn is about 7 miles from downtown. We drove one afternoon but parking is limited. The inn offers a FREE shuttle. Yes please. Very convenient. Good breakfast and enjoyed a meal in their restraunt one evening. Food good, but was nice really for the convenience. Would stay here again.

This was a spur of the moment decision to stay overnight in Santa Fe and boy were we lucky to find this place. Super clean room and helpful friendly staff. Spent some time at the pool. Nice hot tub and firepit. Close to I-25 and all the outlet mall stores. A bit outside of Santa Fe but we didn't mind the trade off. Nice little breakfast in the morning. We'll definitely go back!!

The room itself was clean and of adequate size. The breakfast was fine. However, the check in staff told us that the lock on the door was problematic and he offered advice on how to unlock the door. The lock was not the problem. We did not discover until the next morning that the door was not latching at all. Thankfully nothing was stolen. Perhaps the room should not have been offered to guests until maintenance had repaired the latch. The internet connection was hard to establish and kep... Read more

We've spent two nights here. The place is conveniently located next to Hw 85 and on one of the main roads into Santa Fe. It will the you approx. 25 minutes to get to the centre. The staff was extremely friendly, when asked for hot water in the evening, Harold put the (breakfast use only) hot water kettle on, especially for us. And kept it running all evening. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. The swimming pool is small but nice for a cool down in the hot weather. I would return here if I visi... Read more

This place was okay. Kinda over priced for what you get. The lighting was horrible in the bathroom area! Putting makeup was very hard. Also no full length mirrors! Breakfast was very bland, ended up going out for breakfast the second day. If staying in Santa Fe would would probably stay closer to the downtown area.

We stayed here overnight between our travels - the room was clean and they accommodated our two dogs. The breakfast was pretty good and included in our room cost - try the muffins! Great location off the freeway - next to outlet shopping mall.

This is a convenient stopping off place with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was decent and our room was clean. There was one glaring deficiency here and it's enough to keep me from ever returning. The carpets throughout the place were disgusting. This includes all the common areas like the lobby and hallways. When I mentioned it to the checkout clerk it was obvious that he was embarrassed by its condition. If you decide to book a room here I'd suggest you ask if the carpet has been re... Read more

This hotel is located on the south side of Santa Fe, on Cerrillos Rd., and close enough to anything you want to do in town. The property is 3 floors, and very clean with inviting decor. The staff was very friendly, and the full breakfast, our family agreed, was just as good as any we've had. They had fresh, sweet fruit, 2 types of scramby eggs, sausages, pan fried potatoes, self-made waffles, juices, coffees, cereals, breads, and more, complimented by red & green chili sauces.
