Staff very helpful. We mentioned we wanted to go golfing. And without being asked, the lady pulled up the golf course and printed off the directions. Nice breakfast. Convenient location and just short drive to downtown. Great value. Would absolutely recommend!

This is a great budget option in Santa Fe and one of the nicest Econo Lodges I have seen. My husband and I switched to another hotel the second night, but regretted that decision as the Econo Lodge was far more cozy. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was quiet and near anything you could possibly need. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend this for budget travelers.

Stayed at this Econo Lodge 3 nights. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The breakfast was similar to most other similar hotels. If you not in a hurry and want a cheese omelet the lady will fix one. They are not pet friendly.

Spent 2 night wondering why this hotel has not been "found" by the tourist. I travel for a living and have spent three times as much for a hotel nowhere as clean. Granted this is not a luxury hotel with amenities. But the outdoor pool and hot tub were up to par. The breakfast was basic but the omelet lady alway had a smile and worked to make the best product. The rooms were large with flatscreen tv with HBO. Did I mention it was very very clean. The hotel is a ten minute drive to the plaza. If... Read more

Wi-fi works well. The bed was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator so try to pick a first floor. . Sleep went well. TV is new and has plenty of channel selection. Breakfast is ok, could be improved but got me back on the road with the good fresh coffee. I would stay here again.

We've stayed multiple times. Good price and location (save for the construction on Cerillos!). Clean and spacious room. (sometimes I feel cramped, but not here). Walking distance to a mall; easy driving distance to Wal Mart and Baja Tacos. You can stay closer to the square, but we like it here so we can explore local stuff.

We are on a long road trip with the kids and needed an inexpensive place to stay that is very clean and not gross. I was shocked to find Econolodge rooms in summer for only $83/night and it had really good reviews. I booked it and was happy with it. The hotel, room and pool area were all very clean. Rooms look like they've been updated recently too. Beds were comfortable but typical hotel pillows with no support. Kids enjoyed the pool even though water was very cold. We enjoyed hot tub after hik... Read more

This is a wonderful Econolodge. The church in staff was very helpful even though we arrived before check-in time. Room was spacious and comfortable. Sheets were soft and pillows were fluffed. Hot tub very relaxing. Showerhead was adjustable and A/C was quiet. Breakfast included cheese omelettes made to order. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Comfortable and clean room with updated bathroom. Both daytime and nighttime front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to Santa Fe Place mall and other shopping centers, as well as many restaurant matching many culinary tastes. Good breakfast, small outdoor pool and an adequate hot tub. This a very good deal for a budget conscious traveler.

During my son's golf classes we stay at the hotel for a full week. We enjoyed our stay nicely. Everyone is helpful and friendly., easy to talk to and well mannered. Amisha and Tapas make sure everyone is well care for. Daily after classes my son needed a nap, and the staff members made sure our room was clean and ready before we came back. Thanks for making our stay nice.

I was amazed at the reviews I read about this Econo Lodge on Trip Advisor, and decided to call to book a room. The desk clerk cut me a small break on the room price, as the phone in the room did not work. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. The beds were very comfortable, and after walking around all day downtown, it was wonderful to come back to the pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly, and on the two days that we had breakfast (Sunday and Monday), there was a ... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and everything in the room was in good working order. There were several dining options within short walking distance and I was never without anything. The breakfast area was clean, stocked, and attended by a friendly woman. The pool and hot tub area was clean and in good order. The only downside to this place is a slightly smaller and awkward parking area. Judging... Read more

Stayed three days while visiting Santa Fe, Bandolier, and Los Alamos. Older property, with nice size room, clean, affordable, with very friendly staff. Family enjoyed the outdoor pool, not large but OK. Nice choices for breakfast, plus some fresh omelets. Unfortunately the only choices are cheese and plain. A few vegetables, or even salsa, to throw in for variety would have made it even better.

This is the second time my 14 y/o son and I have stayed at here. The staff is very friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. Breakfast is pretty simple; cheese omelet, waffles, yogurt, cereal, English muffins, pastries, oatmeal, and coffee. It is in a good location near a Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings, and a movie theater. We walked to the restaurants but not the movie theater since its across a busy street. Overall this a great hotel I will stay here... Read more

Budget and cheap hotel but certainly does not feel that way at all -- rooms are spotlessly clean, rooms really quiet, beds comfortable, water pressure good, wifi fast. Breakfast has a real omelette chef, front desk friendly. Rooms nicely decorated. Is directly on the main road into downtown Santa Fe with every shop and restaurant you could imagine around it. Really nothing bad I can say about this place .. and at the price they

This motel is very clean and comfortable and the price point was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Everything worked properly. The room itself is reasonably sized for two people, with microwave and fridge, but the bathroom area was very small. Sink is outside the toilet and tub area but both are truly small. Staff was very friendly and parking easy. The motel is located adjacent to one of the main drags into town, and so it was a little noisy, but we had the window open so it would have ... Read more

It's a 5 star for being a 3 star, ok? :) The gem of this place is that it feels like it is loved, taken care of, and personal. I hope the owners/managers recognize that's what makes it special. It also is a good price for the place - you feel it's justified. I found breakfast not so great because I don't eat a lot of junk. Hard boiled eggs would be nice or some healthy options - it's waffles, omelet, breads, cereal yogurt, instant bags of oatmeal. Eh. But it's free so yeah. And coffee tastes rea... Read more

Very impressed with the Econo Lodge in Santa Fe! For the price it was the steal of our vacation so far. The room we stayed in was very clean and the shower was awesome. The staff was really friendly as well. Make sure to check out the continental breakfast in the morning as well!

My husband and I were passing through town. I checked the reviews and the price was right. We had a king room which was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Outdoor pool and hot tub were up and running just fine. Breakfast was good and the cheese omelet was one of the items that sold us on this hotel.

Nice people, good facilities, super value. Stayed two nights. Simple run to the Plaza. Other than the omelet, it is standard 'continental' breakfast. Another nice touch, the bananas were ripe, unlike the hard-as-rocks you often find. I'm giving up waffles, so there's nothing to say there. My room had a small bath counter. May be inconvenient for some.

Excellent hotel for $75. Nice, spacious rooms with DirecTV. Very friendly staff. Omelets cooked to order as part of breakfast. Outdoor pool. Location is convenient to many restaurants although sometimes a bit of a drive on a major road. Many other hotels are located in this area as well. This is definitely a great place to stay and I would be hard pressed to stay elsewhere (rate depending).

This hotel far exceeded our expectations!!! We have been on the road for over 10 days and we can say this was a highlight of our trip. The reviews helped guide us to this Inn and we were not disappointed!!! The rooms were clean, the staff amazing and the breakfast was tasty. The fresh made omelets were a nice touch. We planned on writing a very complimentary review but then the staff outdid themselves. We accidentally left something in our room and they went out of their way to send it ov... Read more

We wanted a place to stay for 3 nights while we visited Santa Fe. It was somewhat convenient to the center of town, about a 15 minute drive. The room was an OK size, but could have been designed better. It was clean and they offered a free breakfast which was just OK.

For $80/night and a name with "Econo" in it, I wasn't sure what we would get. We just needed a place to stay for one night. We were pleasantly surprised. Nice, clean, relatively large room. Sink very small but serviceable. Lobby was nonexistent as the space was taken up by six table used for breakfast. Breakfast excellent considering price: cheese omelet made to order, waffles, and then the typical fare. Outside of hotel not at all impressive. But what it comes down to is a nice, quiet and cle...
