This hotel was hard to find. It is behind a mattress store. The lobby was hot and had a funny odor. Room had been cheaply remodeled and the bathroom sink had many cracks. Breakfast food was cold and the bagel was hard and the cream cheese was sour. Will not be staying here again.

Very please with my stay at this CS in Santa Fe over Memorial Day Weekend. While they seemed to be very busy, everyone was helpful... especially the front desk with suggestions for where to eat and any other information. The room was extremely comfortable. Clean and cool with both couch and a club chair to relax on while watching TV and/or reading.

WE had a great room and enjoyed a different breakfast each day of our four day stay. The beds were comfortable and they had recycle bins in each room in addition to the wastebaskets!!! YEAH!!! I like the soft/firm pillows on each bed so we could choose the comfort we preferred. But the best part of the stay was Ben, who is exceedingly knowledgeable about the area. Great bed, wonderful room. Friendly service, good breakfast with lots of variety. Only question was why there were no liners in any of the trash cans. There was a recycling can, no liner, so I assumed the no liner was a green thing, or else housekeeping had been in too big a hurry to complete the room. Wish there had been a towel rack to dry wet hand towels on; the shower curtain rod was too high for us to reach well.

In a town full of mid-range motel options, this place is solid mid-range. Room and bed were mostly clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast area is small for the crowd every morning. The A/C low and high settings seemed the same. Stain on one pillow case. There is not a single towel bar/rack in the bathroom (one hook).
