Location is within driving range of numerous stores and eating establishments, easy in and easy out to the Roswell NM airport. Entire facility inside and out was extremely clean. Great variety on the breakfast bar. It was nice to also have a microwave and fridge in my room since I was staying a couple of days.

You can expect consistency from Hampton Inn... I appreciate that. If we head back to Roswell, we will try to request a first floor room because we have two little ones and the sounds of them running seemed to echo throughout the place. We enjoyed the pool which closed at ten... Breakfast was good and lots of options for cartoons for the kiddos!

Upon arrival at the hotel there were 6 motorcycles parked under the canopy blocking the walkway from the parking lot. When I got up the shower did not work and was given a room next door to take a shower, The staff did not seem concerned about the problems.

Need to be more professional and polite, as well the rooms need to be fully stocked of TP Kleenex. I think the staff should be more trained in what they do and and take pride. In the mornings breakfast so be open a little earlier for people that are on business, I spoke to the front person at the desk and told him can I get a little something to eat the indicated to me that sorry they open at six I told them that I have to be at work at 5:30.

I must have booked a suite room or got upgraded, not sure. I walk in the room and pass the mini bar to this large open room with couch. The bathroom was a very nice set-up which did not leave you in a corner or the room. Since this is the only Hilton brand hotel in Roswell, they need to live up to those standards for the Hilton Honors members and they did. I eat so many buffet breakfasts at the hotels, this one was just like the others. I will be back again.

We were stranded in Roswell due to a car break down for three days. The staff at this hotel were fabulous: so friendly, knowledgeable and authentic. They really made our extended stay comfortable. Rooms are clean, breakfast is plentiful and internet connection is dependable. STAY HERE when in Roswell.

We stayed for one night passing thru. It was busy but the staff was friendly. The room was clean and had no problems. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. For breakfast they had scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, fruits and more. Getting in the parking lot can be a little tricky, if you are coming from the north you have to go past it and U-turn or drive thru the restaurant parking lot. I would stay again.

This place met all expectations. Pleased with what we paid for room and what we got. The front desk clerk at check in was amazing. It appeared they were understaffed, yet she handled everything patiently and was cordial. Room including bathroom clean and neat. The continental breakfast is average. Only thing I would change is the layout of furniture in the suite. A little bit difficult to get luggage between desk and coffee table.

We stayed here over 2 nights during the UFO festival. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The hotel is toward the end of town, so it's kind of quiet. Ample parking. The only issue I had is that the breakfast was very disappointing. With the large number of people/families that were surely anticipated, you'd think they'd have extra staff on hand to keep the breakfast stocked and clean. Only one person was staffing the breakfast and they quickly ran out of bread, fruit, almost everything (e... Read more

First time staying at a Hampton Inn in Roswell, the hotel and staff are all very friendly and eager to please. While I did not notice or smell anything out of the ordinary, my wife did. She states that she thinks a recent visitor might have broken policy and smoked in the room. Upon getting home she aired out all of our clothes because, as she states, they smelled of air freshener over smoke. I will note that the filter to the air conditioner, while clean, was torn and the settee was stained... Read more

better places to stay: Hampton is OK but over priced........should try the many other motel in the Roswell area. The Rib Crib is a great place to get great BBQ, while Farley's is good for burgers. The north-south highway 285 is in good shape and is 4 lane divided northward to Clines Corner. After that it is a 2 lane road, but in good shape.

For a Hampton Inn priced at $145 a night, it was well below standards. The bathroom had mold and the carpets were older and looked dirty. Normally Hampton Inn's are way above standards and worth the extra money, but the Roswell, NM hotel was not worth the money we paid for it. Disappointed.
