We stayed in a king suite which had two televisions along with the couch and chairs. It was very comfortable and amenities were nice. Personnel were very helpful. A free breakfast was included with homemade waffles. Would recommend it. Good location.

First, let me say I like Fairfield properties & am a gold rewards member. Unfortunately, our stay here was the worst experience I've ever had at a Fairfield. We were checked in by a very nice young lady who was sick. She kept coughing & coughing & it made us uncomfortable standing too close, but we soon got to room 328. Nice room, but at 8:30, the A/C stopped working. The fan was blowing, but no cooling. Soon the room was at 76 degrees & rising. Called the front desk & was told the maintenance g... Read more

We have stayed here before, on our route driving across country. The hotel is typical Fairfield Inn. Like many of that brand there were not enough outlets to charge all our "gadgets." But it was clean and nice, and the breakfast was good. After we left and got to our next night's stop, we noticed that we had left behind the charger for our electric toothbrush. I was tempted to blow it off and buy a new one. In my experience, anything you leave in a motel is gone. But we went ahead and called... Read more

Absolutely awesome shower pressure. (That was the comment I wrote in my notes.) Nice sized room. Huge king sized bed that was really comfortable. It was close to town and in a safe area. Really nice staff. Enjoyed it.

Traveling from Houston to Farmington, New Mexico, was a long haul. We checked in without a hitch and had the perfect room...first floor-end-facing the back court yard. Super clean and close to restaurants.Small clean pool for kids.

Normally I do not get to excited about a hotel/motel stay but Fairfield did an excellent job. We happen to stay during the UFO extravaganza going on in town and we were not there for that. The woman who assisted us gave us good restaurant to go to and how to avoid the road closures in downtown area. She was very helpful. They also had various pies to sample in the lobby area. Breakfast was great and the rooms were very spacious.

I stayed at the hotel for the Roswell UFO crash conference they have in town each year. Really a great town and conference to attend. The hotel is the nicest in town. Friendly staff and clean and modern. Check in was easy since I am a Marriott member and used their phone app to check in prior to arriving. So all I did is go to the front desk and say my name. They said they were expecting me and handed my keys right away. They are located within walking distance of down town where the UFO ... Read more

My first time staying here was July of '15 when we passed through on our way to Colorado. I was very impressed with the front counter people. Her name escapes me (Samantha?)now but she actually let me keep my mountain bikes behind the counter in a room overnight so I wouldn't have to drag them upstairs. I told Alex( her relief the next day) that we'd be coming back through and he let me book the same room. Both of them were extremely helpful with restaurants and places to see and their recommend... I've never had a Marriot not honor a reservation until this Fairfield. Instead of the double and sofa suite, they offered adjoining doubles. I had to insist with the desk clerk that I wasn't paying more for the two doubles than my original reservation. The hotel manager was consulted and the necessary adjustments were made. Upon arriving at our rooms, one of the air conditioners were not working (it was 84 degrees in the room). They then tried to put us in a king suite for 5 people which ap... Read more

Good hotel. The front desk staff was top notch and actually refunded a difference in my rate when I unknowingly downgraded my room by changing to double beds. Pros: Quiet, clean, quickly provided a pack n play for our use. This property is located within walking distance of fast food. Well-lit parking lot for late night unloading. Decent breakfast set up. Comfy beds. Cons: Would be an extended walk to the downtown attractions. But not insurmountable. Bottom line : Good choice for the pric... Read more

The very nice folks at the Fairfield Inn will make sure your night's stay is restful after traveling billions of miles. For all the light-years that you travel, stop here for recharging your anti-matter engines and feel great the next morning.

This hotel had everything - great location, great rooms, great staff, great pool and better hot tub! We had an extremely easy check in (expedia) and check out, walkable to Farley's bar and Cattle Baron - and walkable to the UFO museum.

Another road stop motel. Not better or worse than their equivalents which you find scattered all over the US. Service was good. Rooms were clean. Sleep quality was good. Breakfast was as expected. Nothing else to add.

We were very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of our room. The room was ready when we arrived (about 2 PM) and we found the room to be clean and fresh when we walked in. The room was comfortable with a sitting area separate from the bed area. Two Smart TV's, a small refrigerator as well as the typical items that you expect in a room of this quality. We had breakfast the next morning and were quite pleased with the variety. I made myself Belgium waffles. My husband had oatmeal. The... Read more

The only problem we had was that our room faced the highway and we heard traffic all night. However, this wasn't enough to affect our stay. Nice breakfast, adequate amenities, nice people. A little pricey.
