We stayed here on our way from Tombstone, AZ going to Bandelier National Monument. The facility is in a very quiet part of town--but not out of the way. The common facilities were very clean, as was our room. The staff was very helpful and incredibly friendly. After being on the road all day, it was great to have a place in the hotel to eat. We had both dinner and breakfast. The meals were well prepared and very tasty. I am very much perplexed at the negative reviews, as this facility is a... Read more

Room was very clean & nicely furnished. The quilt was too heavy, and AC unit was slightly noisy. I was glad the window could be opened. Each side of bed could be set for desired firmness, a nice feature which seemed to work. Hotel seemed quiet.

Wife and I have stayed here several times, and we have found it to be an excellent place. The rooms are clean and efficient organized and well equipped. The Internet works. The hot water is hot and the cold water is cold, as is the refrigerator. The front desk people were knowledgeable and courteous, as was the Room clean up people. We have stayed in hotels, B and B's, hostels, rooms above the bar, and we love this place. We will be back.

During a recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, ABQ, arrived early before standard check in time. Room preference was not yet available but an alternative on a lower floor was to which I was immediately assigned. Also, due to early arrival cookies were not yet ready but reservations located and handed me my delightful little snack which was appreciated!!! Both of these are examples of exceptional service and brand promise.

We have stayed at a number of hotels in Rio Ranch and this hotel is by far the most consistent, clean and worth the money. They have a small area for breakfast. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. A Keurig coffee maker and lots of plug-ins. The only complaints I have is there is limited parking around front and there is no key entrance around back. You can only go in with key on one end and you have to go to the center to get to the elevator. We have stayed at the hotel many time... Read more

We only stayed here one night, the bed was awful. I woke up at least four times in discomfort. It's not dirty or gross, but it's not terribly clean either. The location is fine, lots of places around here. Quiet. I don't think they offer a free continental breakfast, which is super super lame. They charge $10 for a breakfast 'buffet' but $10 is not worth a plate of cafeteria food...

We've stayed several times in the past at this hotel because of the cleanliness and friendly staff. The continental breakfast is NO longer free. For the price, definitely not worth it. Might want to pay it just so you don't have to stay at any other place around there, but definitely not what you would expect from Hilton. Beds are not very comfortable and staff isn't the best. If possible I would stay somewhere else and just make the drive. We have stayed at this location several times in the past and always enjoyed staying here. The rooms are large, lots of parking, and the hotel is generally quiet catering more to the business traveler. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant on site, but there are other restaurants near by if you want more selection. After a long day of driving we prefer to eat dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Their menu is limited but adequate for both dinner and breakfast.

We and several family members stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was very convenient to all our wedding activities. The hotel is beautiful and very updated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there on future trips to Rio Rancho.

We didn't care for the air beds. They also charge for breakfast. But offering a dinner seemed nice. We didn't eat there because of the charges, altho they seemed reasonable. Handy fur business people who would dine alone

We stayed here recently for a wedding nearby. The hotel was chosen fo it's proximity to the wedding. Overall was pleased with the hotel. Staff were great and property was clean. The room itself was clean and everything worked. The TV channels didn't all work or took a long time to get picture on once channel was selected. The WiFi worked without too much hassle. The bed sunk in on one side once you layer on it. No fan in the bathroom and the door shut automatically which was frustrating. If we n... Read more

Chose this property because it was midway between Don Crawford Ford, where my (theft recovery) truck was being repaired, and the Enterprise rental office that I was turning the rental vehicle I drove from Missouri in at. Should have been staying in this area all along, rather than down by the airport, but Albuquerque ranks #2 for vehicle theft in the nation so you roll the dice no matter where you stay in Albuquerque. Seamless check-in, very quick, knew right where I was going to be before I a... Read more

Mostly consistent with other HGI properties but with alarm clocks that are quite old and TV remotes that take forever to change the channel and must have been a holdover from when they got rid of CRT TVs. This property does not offer manager's reception or free continental breakfast, which reduces its value in this tier, but service was great from every staff member I encountered. Adjustable beds were pretty uncomfortable for me at any setting. I will try this hotel once more.

Great hotel clean and quiet. easy to find and well marked for finding at night. Breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have some nuts out for breakfast and some kind of almond milk for an alternative to regular milk.

I have stayed at this property several times due to its convenient location in Rio Rancho. It is easy to access the property and to park, and there are stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms could definitely use an update. The bathrooms in particular are more reminiscent of a 2 star motel. It is adequately clean and staff are friendly. On this most recent visit, I was surprised to have to call the desk from outside the entry doors when arriving at 11:30 PM to check in - I have never experience... Read more

Hilton Garden Inns are generally nice, but I love this one. I've stayed there twice now in the last few years, on visits to family who live nearby. It's quiet, the bed is comfortable (you can dial in the hardness of the mattress, how cool is that), the towels are fluffy and the lighting is good. All that for a price that's hard to beat! When I saw the 5 high school team buses in the parking lot on Friday night my heart sank - but I slept great that night. I don't know how the hotel people did ... Read more

The hotel was very nice, clean, and pleasant place to stay. Receptionist greeted us and took care of every aspect of our reservation. Quality of breakfast was also good, just very limited service personnel for a Hilton Garden Inn.

I enjoyed this hotel. It was close to our baseball tournament in Rio Rancho. The lobby is welcoming and really relaxing with water and other complimentary items. Lots of room to hang out. Rooms were very nice too, although my bed was way too soft and made my back hurt. Pool and hot tub were clean but the paint was peeling from the sides and bottom of pool and hot tub. I liked how the towel were provided in the pool area. Overall a great hotel, I would stay there again for sure.

Upon arrival we noticed that the room needed maintenance, bathroom exhaust didn't work, shower head didn't spray properly, and room was dusty. We complained to the front desk, they offered to give us a free continental breakfast and dinner. The following night we notice nothing was fixed. We complained again, we got the "whatever" attitude, finally they agreed to knock off $30 for both nights. They never mentioned their 100% guaranteed and refund. Apparently they don't stand behind their pr... Read more

Very disappointed that the Hilton Garden Inn made you pay for your breakfast. It is not what other places offer. Pool/hot tub great. Work out room okay. Staff friendly. BUT no Free breakfast. That makes them not family friendly in our book. We have stayed their before and got a Free Breakfast. Very disappointed

Great clean hotel. I had changed rooms online but it turned out the whirlpool tubs weren't where I wanted. Ja Ling changed it over immediately, made sure everything worked. perfectly. Even better we were there thanks giving and I was griping about finding a place. No Prob- Ja Ling pointed out theirs and solved my issue instantly. Pay breakfast is a downer, but the desk support from Ja Ling more than compensated for that.

There are several hotels in the Intel area that have suffered in recent years. This hotel is the exception. Wow. It is absolutely worth the extra price. Spotless rooms. Friendly service that will go above and beyond. Facility is maintained perfectly. Coffee maker in room replenished daily. Bedding is comfortable. Pillows are fresh. Towels are bright white and fluffy. Fridge, microwave are added convenience. HHonors guests pre-check-in with a choice of rooms, just a stop at the front ... Read more

Staff were extraordinarily pleasant and helpful! The room was really nice, clean, and quiet. The gathering area downstairs was perfect for extended family visits, without having to cram into a guest room. Nice selection on the menus for all meals, and pleasant staff to help. Nice selection of beer and wine as well. We were there for 5 nights &will stay again on our next visit to the area.

Very nice probably best in the area, convenient to the Corrales area, Good staff not very proactive but will fulfill any reasonable request. Lots of services nearby, shopping, food not much in the area of entertainment but Albuquerque is kinda laid back anyway, about an average of 30 mins from everything Albuquerque, right in the middle of the hot air ballooning events.
