I stayed here for one night while on a business trip. The hotel is completely adequate, with nothing especially memorable. I will note that the hotel is a mile or more away from the town's main shopping areas. Still, the accommodations and service was typical of a HIE.

Came down to go to Socorro, but all hotels were booked, so came farther north. Hotel is off highway, but on occasion you can hear trucks downshifting. Place is clean and spacious with always a nice greeting when you arrive. Breakfast room is bright and cheerful. Our room was large and bed comfortable. Only one downside was the closet/sink configuration was too tight for 2 people to maneuver around, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back here.

This is an older Holiday Inn. I say that because it is not for the modern business traveler. By that I mean not nearly enough electrical outlets if you have numerous electric devices to charge, which I do! Most IHG Hotels today have extra outlets in the lamps, on the desk and by the beds for the iPhones, iPads, computers, chargers etc... This one does not. The TV was pretty small too. I don't need a big screen, but the one in my room was pretty small. I guess I was roughing it a bit. I a... Read more

I wish all Holiday Inns were as perfect as this one. Absolutely gorgeous entry lobby. Staff at desk was very friendly and helpful, recommended a restaurant and provided a hand drawn map. Bedding was perfect, sheets fit the bed and did not roll up after sleeping on them. If all Holiday Inns were maintained as well as this one I would not consider anywhere else, unfortunately that is not the case.

The people at the hotel were friendly and accommodating Rooms were decent. The pool was not open yet so that was a disappointment for our grands. The breakfast bar was decent. This area is limited in places to stay unless you are willing to drive another 30 mins to Albuquerque. We chose this hotel for easy access to wedding site and I25. It also had the best reviews for the Belen/Los Lunas, NM AREA.

During a trip to Las Lunas, I encouraged my friends to drive the extra 10 miles just to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Belen. We arrived in the evening and the front desk clerk was somewhat pleasant. The rooms were clean and tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had limited selections, but was tasteful and the service was good. During our entire four night stay, I observed that the front desk clerks only acknowledged us if we spoke to them first. That seem... Read more

Very nice and clean hotel. Looks very nice in lobby. Pool is small and outdoors open until 11pm, No hot tub small sitting area. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast in morning. Hotel is very easy to find off I25. Belen is very small town but great stop on road trip.

This was a surprise. This property looks around 5 years old. It has been so well maintained that I was surprised to find it was 13 years old. It has a lovely outdoor pool, great gathering space and offers a good breakfast. Very quiet and easy to sleep. Laundry facilities and work our room very nice and again, very clean.

We have stayed here a couple times. This hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. We sleep well here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices are good. If you are passing through the area, this is your best choice.

Usually stay at Hampton but all reasonable priced rooms were sold out months in advance in Albuquerque because of the Baloon Festival. Decided to book here based on Tripadvisor reviews and travel the 30 miles. The price was reasonable and while the bathroom was small and tired, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Normally I would rate this place 4 stars. Unfortunately, my complaint centers around the breakfast (included in the price) or lack thereof. When I checked in, I asked about the... Read more
