We found the staff very unfriendly, with the exception of one waitress at the hotel restaurant. The beds were too soft and the pillows were horrible! The "complimentary" water bottles in our room had been previously opened and probably refilled with tap water (the seals were broken). The casino was very smokey and the smell of cigarettes hits you as soon as you walk into the hotel lobby. The fun connection is open to the public and is basically a bowling alley with a game room. We stayed at the Isleta Resort and Casino for two days on our way up north. We have stayed at the hotel many times over the years. Again, we were happy with our stay. Great rooms, great food, and entertainment. Room service was perfect and right on time. Will stay here again in the future.

The hotel doesn't offer any perks, its a nice place but you need to offer people reasons for wanting to stay here besides the casino. Nice place but way to over priced. A complimentary breakfast would go a long way...especially since the location is remote from the city.

The balcony door whistled all night. When we reported it, the desk person said "yes, it was windy last night!" My husband reported it to a different person when we checked out. They took $20 off of our $389 room. We had been to a concert and spa for both my husband and I, along with spending money at your casino. We were not impressed with how we were treated or the service. We had stayed here numerous times, but were disappointed with our stay this time.

Very clean, very professional service. The rooms are very comfortable and very quiet. And i love the craps table their alot. Overall i enjoy Isleta over Sandia. Some of the people at Sandia are rude. I will be back.
