It was a fun stay. The room was clean and very nice. The food and drinks were pricy but very good. The staff was extremely friendly and everyone seem very happy to be there (not just an act). I just couldn't stand the cigarette smoke smell in the lobby and it burned our eyes in the casino. Staff would walk around to clean up after the guest in the casino floor. Dispite that, there were ashes all over some of the machines. Our room had a joining door to the room next to us which made us hear gro... Read more

Wasn't sure what to expect since it was our first trip to a casino. We all really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is connected to the casino. A short walk and you don't have to go outside to get there. There were a lot of complaints that the rooms were smoky, I made sure I got a non-smoking room and it didn't smell at all. I don't think this place is kid friendly, but then again you're at a casino. If you're a newbie like we were, this is an excellent choice. The dealers were friendly, there's food ... Read more

Short notice booking and we got a room with good value. Clean and comfortable with fridge. Would recommend a stay here. Pool was a bit dirty and you weren't supposed to let your kids jump in but nobody was keeping them from jumping into the HOT TUB! That was annoying. Otherwise it was comfortable and a fun stay

It all started with the hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport with Joseph. He is an amazing interactive driver and takes the initiative to help put my luggage in the shuttle. Five of my friends and I spent four days at the Isleta Resort and Casino. We had a wonderful time. The service and amenities were great. This is a great hotel, the rooms are spacious and very clean. While there we spent a day in the SPA area. We all got massages, facials, pedicures and manicures. My friends all raved about how good the person was that worked with them. I was expecting smoke filled and found a clean casino with very mild smoke aroma. The slots were generous and the layout never left you feeling over crowded. Restrooms were clean and well maintained the casino floor was clean and cashing out was simple but thee weren't enough machines to cash out at.

There's tons of fun slots to play. I have terrible luck so i lose everything. My husband is usually lucky, but he lost too. We ate dinner at the Tiva restaurant. Forget ordering! Get the soup &salad bar! It's great! Even my husband had wished he only got it. We did however enjoy the bar area in the middle of the casino. The drinks were great! We may have lost, but we got to experience the Isleta. It was fun.

Stayed in the hotel for two nights. Great room and nice pool area. Helpful people at the front desk. Casino is very smokey! Not a lot of food/eating selection at the hotel/casino. This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at your resort hotel. The quality of the food is getting worst than before. The front desk staff was rude and not very helpful with our questions. Isleta RV park is across I25 from the casino. It sits next to a train track so if trains bother you this may not be the park for you. The sites are in the process of being redone. For now they are dusty, unlevel and unattractive. There is no grass. The picnic tables for each site sit in the oddest place. If you use the picnic table on your door side it is really inconvenient.
