This is a great hotel and my company uses it frequently. Always clean and friendly staff. The social hour is a nice way to get away from your room and enjoy some food while relaxing with others. The hotel is also close to many different shopping locations and right by the interstate.

Good, and really friendly and helpful. I don't think that the floor was cleaned on Friday. The ladies who worked on the breakfast were either new or were late in getting started. The food that I got on Friday morning was great and so were the young men who worked that day.

While we have stayed in a Homewood suites several times this was sorely disappointing. The staff was friendly at the desk but as for support staff they were rude, ran you over in the hallways and never acknowledged you with a greeting. The breakfast was so so. The scrambled eggs were burnt and the fruit was very mushy making the oatmeal even soupier. Several of the exterior exit doors could not be accessed from the parking lot causing you to walk the entire exterior of the property at night. ... Read more

Having stayed at the Homewood Suites in Bozeman, MT several times, we had much higher expectations. This hotel was not clean, was in disrepair due to neglect (broken outside exit doors), and the breakfast was horrible. They ran out of food, were understaffed, and as one guest was overheard to say, "The food was like something from an Army mess hall." Choose a different location!

The room was very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Our adult children slept on the pull out bed and said it was comfortable. The staff was nice and I enjoyed the daily notes from the cleaning service. The breakfast however, was very disappointing. We were only able to eat once out of the 8 days we stayed. The food was always gone when we arrived. We tried getting there earlier to no avail. The one day we decided to wait for more to be brought out, we waited over 20 minutes and the food... Read more

I've been an HHonors member for as long as I can remember and stay exclusively at Hilton properties when possible. This Homewood is one the poorest examples of the brand that I've encountered. 1. The layout is pretty bad. A complete and total maze. 2. I don't know how old it is, but it feels like it's been through a lot. 3. The pantry was mostly empty all weekend, except for powerades. 4. The breakfast was run so poorly... On a Saturday morning, they ran out of waffle mix for about half an ... Read more

The lobby area of this hotel appeared to be recently re-modeled and was very nice. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff was nice but didn't seem to have the "customer" attitude, if I can call it that. They just didn't seem to care if you enjoyed your stay or not. Breakfast was mediocre at best. There was just nothing that stood out about this Homewood Suites other than it was close to friends we were visiting.

We had a rough start to our visit but overall it was a nice time. It is directly across from a very nice shopping area with a bunch of restaurants! Long story short we were given keys to our first room that was actually being used. We quickly excused ourselves and went back to get another room. Got those keys and that room was completely opposite of what we requested. After a long wait and miscommunication, we finally got into our 3rd and final room. Pretty hard lugging 3 kids around. We were visiting family and the location was perfect. A bit small for some of the Homewood Suites that I've stayed in, but everything was in good condition, clean and comfy bed and bath, and strong, steady wifi. Only strange thing was a very strong smell of marijuana smoke on our last day, in the hallway. We experienced this in Colorado but not New Mexico. Smell went away when the staff aired our the room next door! Would stay again.

We stopped here on our way to and from the Grand Canyon. With two teenagers, it is really nice to have two real beds and a sofa bed. We arrived on a night when they were serving dinner, which was nice. I can agree with the person who commented on the air conditioning. I'm not sure why, but the public spaces, like where you have dinner/breakfast don't seem to be properly air conditioned.

As a business traveler I try to find hotels with a good gym to attempt to keep some sort of fitness routine. I was sorely disappointed in the fitness center as there was no opportunity for strength training, just two treadmills and an eliptical. Nice hotel, good for what I needed. Close proximity to shops, restaurants, a grocery store and the location I was working at. The pool was closed when we were there so I did not use it, but we did sit outside on the patio right next to the pool one evening, that was nice. The Gym like all the gyms needs a fan, and a bigger space for it would be nice.

I have stayed at Hilton properties since 1999 and travel for business at least 6 weeks a year. This was the worst Homewood suites in 18 years. The food service was terrible and the motel was dirty. No greeting as a Hilton member, and when you check in at 9:15 the hot tub will be closed. Don't bother to try to go loosen up your back after a 15 hour drive....they do not care. The changes made (remodeling) and management did not make this hotel better with respect to the last time I had been there, April 2016. This is the Homewood Suites at Uptown. I selected this hotel because it is across the street from an outdoor mall which I thought my kids might enjoy. However, the HVAC was broken in our suite and I had to call several times for it to be fixed. Each time I called, the front desk acted like the complaint was new. I ended up sleeping in an 82 degree room. My husband said at least the fan didn't go on and off all night (like at other hotels). . .as the fan blew all night trying to cool off the... Read more

We paid extra to stay in this hotel being it is in the heart of uptown and figured with it being a high populated area we were pretty safe. My vehicle got burglarize on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. My driver side window was completely shattered and the messed up the back door. When I notified the hotel they basically just asked if I called the police (which I did). I later called management to see if they have cameras anywhere on their facility and they do not! I hadn't parked anywhere dark ... Read more

I have stayed at Homewood Suites for past 10 years. Two stays this year have been unpleasant and uncomfortable. Will not stay there again. Have stayed there because of location. Food quality has slipped, cleanliness had also slipped but it was better this time. Front desk staff also better.

Recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. It has a great location next to a few large shopping complexes and very close to I-40. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is good. The maid service was great for the first two nights. However a mix up with our stay (hotel had us checking out on day 3 when we needed to stay one more night) caused some issues. After clearing up the reservation, our room was not cleaned properly. The bed was made, but bathroom amenities and kitchen d... Read more

The room and check in service were nice. The hotel is not secured and doors were open Entering the building. (These should have opened with your room key) when entering the building.) The breakfast was a complete disaster. They had three men tending the bar and I never saw them bring one item out except for three plates. They hid from the customers. They refilled nothing for the thirty minutes I was down there. Worst experience ever at a hotel breakfast bar!

Our suite was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I love the kitchenette. If you are gluten free or eat healthy, make sure to buy your food for breakfast so you can prepare your own meal. I felt uncomfortable parking at the mall next door at night due to no parking spots available.

This past weekend, my family and I stayed one night. The next morning, my husband woke up with over 20 bites on his body, while I had several. Although, the hotel comped our $100 overnight stay, we are still dealing with bed bugs, which has cost us hundreds of dollars including a doctor's visit and prescription medication. We are Hilton Gold Honors members. Most of the hotels in the Hilton chain are good. This was the exception. The HVAC was a vertical unit at the foot of our bed. We had two options with the unit 1. Cold and drafty 2. Off. They were painting the hotel when we were there but they did not warn us about this. They also made no arrangements for parking our vehicle during this painting. This Homewood Suites is beginning to show its age but that said, the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would love to see the chain lighten up on their carb and fat heavy breakfasts, but they do have locally influenced choice so it's not just the same ol' thing. The beds are comfortable although the bedding itself is a leg tangling combination of sheet, duvet, and bedspread. That needs to be rethought at the corporate level.
