I have stayed at this hotel in the past so when searching for hotels this was one I checked out first. Having the extra space of a suite is always nice after a long road trip. Another nice item after a tiring trip is the spa. The convenience to the interstate and a couple of nearby restaurants is nice to have. I had a couple of issues with housekeeping, but they were remedied at checkout.

We had a king suite, sofa and small kitchenette. The room was very clean. Pool and hot tub very clean. Full size refrigerator was perfect for keeping items for beverages and making sandwiches. The breakfast was fantastic.

Mattress sunk in the middle. Spouse hung on edge to not roll to the center. No pillow firmness selection. Evening social meal good as well as the complimentary breakfast. Both meals had plenty of food available with staff there to assist if necessary. Good location to I-25.

Let me begin with the positive aspects. The front desk staff is well-trained, efficient, warm and welcoming. The room was clean, as were all the public areas we saw. The breakfast was on par with any other Homewood Suites. The workout room was adequate. The stairwells had been recently painted and carpeted (a pet peeve of mine - odd - I know). The only negative was the breakfast staff. They seemed far more interested in talking to each other than in making sure items were stocked. We will... Read more

A wonderful location. We have stayed here over 8-9 times in the last 2 years. Each experience is the same. Exceptional customer service, clean, helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Make you feel at home.

Not cheap, but reasonably priced, and worth it. Clean room in good repair, as advertised. Definitely would return. Didn't use all amenities, but all seemed clean and accessible. Room was quiet and beds comfortable.

We came to Albuquerque in May. Our stay at Homewood Suites was very pleasant during a stressful time. The front desk staff was friendly and worked with our change of plans. Nick was helpful and made our stay enjoyable. He made us smile. Thank you.

Everything was excellent. The only issue I had was the AC. It was fairly loud and since I'm a light sleeper I didn't sleep as well as I'd like. Still would stay again. We also thought the value for the items available in the room was perfect. The kitchen amenities were perfect.

I would stay at another hotel based on the points this one takes compared to other hotels in Albuquerque... All in all this is a nice hotel always happy with the Hilton honors brand... Centrally located had a good night sleep.

We had picked this establishment based on Hilton brand reputation for a girl's weekend in celebration of my mother's birthday. Unfortunately we were beyond disappointed. The hotel itself is quite shabby especially compared to other homewood suites I've stayed in. The Insuite furniture, decor, and amenities were in par with a motel 6, however upon checkin we shrugged it off because the price was cheap. However, about a half an hour after getting to bed, my sister jumped up. A cockroach was crawli... Read more

This was my first stay at Homewood. Service was good and rooms were clean. Facility provide most niceties and was well maintained. Parking is minimal due to govt. building on East side. Complimentary internet and breakfast are on par with most hotels that offer these options. Homewood could stand out by improving the mediocre internet speed and breakfast quality, but as stated, these are complimentary so I won't complain; only suggest improvements to help Homewood differentiate itself from othe... We stayed here twice in a month. This is a comfortable hotel located along the I-25 corridor. It's quiet and convenient to northern Albuquerque sites. (There is a Cracker Barrel two doors down! :) ) Make sure you don't park in the parking lot on the east side of the building...they tow cars from that lot. We know because the front desk clerk called all rooms early in the morning asking if people had parked there. (Perhaps they should ask for car license plates at check-in like most hotel... Read more

The hotel has a roach problem that they seem to know about and apparently do not seem to care. I had to be there two weeks for work and did not enjoy having to worry about having to kill bugs the entire time.

Comfortable experience and probably would stay again. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying. Staff was friendly just on checking in, the individual check in did not know how to set up a direct bill. For someone traveling for business, that's very important.

Clean room. Used the kitchette to prepare meals nightly during my stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. If I had anything that was an issue it was with the jacuzzi. When the jets were turned on, the bubbles shot straight up the walls instead of toward the middle of the jacuzzi. This made it difficult to relax as no matter where you sat, water would splash in your face. I just chose to leave the jets off when utilizing the Jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in th... Read more

Not up to the usual Homewood Suites level of quality. Beds need to be upgraded as not very comfortable. Room faced west and afternoon sun heated up room and a/c had difficulty keeping room cool until after 10 pm. Comp breakfast average. Staff was very peasant and helpful.

Apperently the hotel was under new management and they had not worked out the kinks yet . I feel like two weeks is a long enough time to remove urine stained and moldy mattresses . I also believe that when someone asks for a replacement one should not have to be told wait until morning and talk to a manager .

Our room smells like a fish and the front desk at the hotel charged one of our credit cards for 4 only asked him to only charge them for 3 and we will pay the other one with a different card he was confused and didn't know how to help us with that and I think that you should not try to hold a deposit for $150 I think that's ridiculous people don't go to your hotel to destroy it it go to sleep thank you

I spend a lot of time in Albuquerque and always stay here... it is my home away from home. There are places to eat, shop and exercise without a lengthy drive. While it is close to to I-25, there is no noise and the sun shades keep the light out when I need to sleep a little later.

No problem with the room, but the check in time was supposed to be 3 PM and it ended up being 5:30. Not the front desk gal's fault but they were understaffed and that is not what you expect. I would give them another chance. As for the room very nice and quiet.

I have stayed at this facility before. It is convenient to many businesses. Book a west facing room for the balloon fest and east for the great sunrises. I-25 traffic can be a real pain but there are alternative north/south side streets.

Homewood is a great price, but the one bedroom suites are very small. Kitchen is adequate and full refrigerator is nice. Bed is very comfortable, but they have no foam pillows for people who want a supportive side sleeper. There are no safes in the room or makeup mirrors. The Complimentary internet is very slow especially during heavier usage time. Breakfast is great and staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was a former smoking room; the residual smoke smell was still in the room. The tub had two low spots that water pooled in. The room was cramped, one chair had a cigarette burn hole. The sofa seating cushion was stained. TV channel selection is the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. I requested another room, but they said the up charge would be an additional $43/night. Overall, I would say this is below the expected Hilton standards.

Reason for this travel was to celebrate my Albuquerque Office's 10 year anniversary. So I travel there several times a year. This property has become one of my favorites. Have always been pleased with cleanliness and quiet of rooms. Some evenings I want to make it an early evening to work from my room. The evening food offering is satisfactory and very convenient. I very likely will be back again yet this year.

Do not park on the east side of the building as that is reseved for the governement building g next door. They will tow your car away and fast.

Ok hotel. Average staff with one or two above average folks. Hotel shows it's age, but the rooms are clean. Food is about what you expect: average hotel fair - it'll fill your belly. Rooms were quiet enough. Nothing you wow you, nothing to keep you from coming back. I have a corp rate of around $100 per night. Wouldn't pay more.

Not typical Homewood Suites -no ceiling fans in rooms, rooms very small, a/c does not cool effectively despite setting being 60, evening social included no alcohol (beer nor wine) and once allotted food runs out it is not replaced even when > 1 hour of meal time left and hotel at maximum capacity. Very disappointing .

Staff was pleasant. First room (2nd floor) the toilet was running, maintenance came right away and "fixed" it. We came back to the room and they'd left the old toilet flapper there on the floor plus the toilet was still running.
