This is a fun place where the front desk clerk gave us an address list of all the sites filmed in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. The pool/hot tub/sauna area was very nice, but crowded on the weekend. The breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the huge fruit cup. They have free coffee in the room and a guest laundry is available. My only concern was that they charged me $10 extra for the week night, which I had not been expecting, but overall it was a very good value, and it was o... Read more

We enjoyed our stay for a week, our room was always cleaned exceptionally while we were out and about. The bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of room, and hot water. The food within the Hotel was flavorful. Price was reasonable. The staff were respectful, kind, and polite. We highly recommend this Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites.

Nice location near airport without a lot of airport noise. Property itself looks like it's going through some needed upgrades, so at the time I went it was an odd mix of upgrades and old parts. Staff was very nice and very helpful, though at times a few seemed to be overwhelmed or need more training (maybe new?) Didn't get a chance to try out restaurant or bar, but both on site and seemed convenient. Pool/spa also didn't get used, but I did try the fitness room. Fitness room was cramped and... Read more

Stayed in location for 2 nights. Front desk and dining staff are excellant. Hotel is in need of a remodeling, rooms are clean but very outdated. A/C in our room sounded like a jet taking off. Location is great, near airport and I-25.

This hotel had a very nice staff and was very convenient to the Albuquerque Airport. The free shuttle was also a very nice amenity. The room was very nice though starting to get a bit tired. The restaurant food and service was also very good. The bed was very comfortable and I though we would have a very relaxing evening. However, we found the walls were very thin and the folks upstairs could be heard walking around and folks next door conversations were rather loud.

This hotel was quite nice. They had homemade chocolate chip cookies every afternoon, and they were the best I'd ever had. I'd give them a great rating just for that, but of course other things go into a review. The beds were unfortunately a bit high, and because I'm quite short (5ft. 1"), it made it difficult to get in, and out easy. The staff were friendly, and the location was close to everything we needed/wanted.

Front desk (night auditor) was less than inviting. Check in was average. Only one door late night is access to building, have to use handset to call front desk staff to let you in. Building decor was old and tired. Of the two beds in room one was broken (off center of pedestal). Free parking, but lot a bit small. Great access to freeway and airport. Curtains let in the morning light. Hallways of the hotel are pretty small (one person with bag travel). Second worst Holiday Inn stay beside Atlanti... Read more

I am an avid user of Trip Advisor and have never had a problem bases on reviews. However, in this case, I must write a poor review and with the number of motels I would NOT recommend this one to travelers. The hotel wasn't very clean. The room was okay but the room was not restocked with toiletries, ice bags, coffee, etc. The breakfast buffet was not worth $12.00 and the food was mediocre. The hot tub was dirty and cold. The sauna did not work and was in bad condition. Look further there ar... Read more

The very best thing about this hotel was the view over the city of Albuquerque. It was stunning; however, our room was on the opposite side depriving us of the best attribute. With that being said, you will need a car to do just about everything else that Albuquerque has to offer. Although they have a restaurant and small bar, the food selections were poor given the bountiful local farmers, produce, and unique cuisine that is New Mexico. The bar service was superb and did feature local New Me... Read more

We've stayed here many times when we need to be at the airport early the next morning. It's well located, good parking, has a restaurant and bar, fitness area. In addition, it's generally quiet and easy to get that short night's sleep before an early flight. I've been finding lately that the Reception staff is getting less and less professional, efficient and friendly. Often times they come from the back office wiping away crumbs or something similar. Not a big deal, but a change. This time I go... Read more

Great hotel. Clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, pull out couch, large showers, clean bathrooms, etc. Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Starbucks in lobby. Great for concerts at Isleta...close to venue. Few things to know before booking; No continental breakfast, but you can order/pay for breakfast, finger foods and other meals. Pool is indoors, which I actually liked. No laundry services on Sunday, but they have one washer and dryer. The noise from the hallways can be loud at night, but we h... Read more

For New Yorkers, there's really just one direct flight to New Mexico, and that's the late-night JetBlue flight. It gets in around 11pm, and if you're continuing on anywhere (like I was, to Santa Fe), you probably don't want to get in a rental car and drive an hour with jet lag. For that scenario, this was a great place. Only a 3-minute drive from the car rental area/airport entrance, I was able to quickly unwind after a long, late travel day. Nice selection of snacks and drinks from the ... Read more

It looks nice. Much of the hotel space is designed around public areas on the first floor. Ceilings are very low on the rooms floors. Bathroom showers are very small. Vanity in Bathroom is mounted high. Hopefully, you are a tall guest, and skinny because bathrooms are small. Front Desk staff is very friendly and hospitable. Bed linens are in good shape and clean. Beds are comfortable. Vanity hot water handle fell off. Old faucets. The owners need to devote more dollars to basic maintenance. Park... Read more

Staying 1 night before flying out. Excellent check in experience, front desk staff was informative and helpful. Our room 440 was comfortable. We ate dinner in the bar and had a wonderful experience with "Mary" who was a wonderful hostess and very interesting to talk to. She has been employed over 10 years and this hotel is lucky to have her on the staff. Our food was very good, drinks good. The location is quick - 5 minutes to car rental return. The only suggestions I have - it would be n... Read more

The pros no way come close to the cons. Don't be deceived by the impressive lobby. The rooms are dirty and the maintenance person needs to be replaced (or maybe there isn't one on staff). You pay $11.50 for a breakfast buffet where the hot items are cold and the cold items are warm. Yikes. Really, if you are looking for a airport hotel the Hampton Inn and the Park Hyatt are next door and a much better option and you get a decent breakfast in the rate. Management is sleeping on the job beca... Read more

On Checkin the staff were helpful and friendly however when I asked about a shuttle to the airport early the next morning I'm told it doesn't start running till after my flight departs, I ask if they could organise a taxi for me but they couldn't do that, only give me a taxi number and suggest I call with 30 minutes notice in the morning. At 3am I wasn't planning on getting up 30 minutes before I left but never the less I had to. Room was good, no complaints at all. Early evening I used the fit... Read more

I was sadly disappointed with this Holiday Inn, upon check in they charge an extra $25 per night per room. This type of information should be told to guests when reservations are made, my credit was so tied up with the extra charges that I couldn't buy gas .I've stayed at other Holiday Inn's and other Hotels in Albuquerque and they charged me for what the reservation was made for. Checking in and the hotel room were clean. Our ac was blowing out hot air but the maintenance came within 20 minute and fixed it. The next day it happened again and they fixed it right away again. I couldn't give it a full 5 stars though because the sink drain was clogged and was very slow to drain.

Have not stayed in Holiday Inns for years (frequent guest of HIE). This property was exceptional. Staff was helpful and professional. Rooms were clean and roomy. I will say that the bathroom door is a problem...the management should look at installing pocket doors. The bathroom is very narrow and the standard door is too large for the space. Otherwise loved our stay. We were visiting a friend that lives nearby so the hotel was convenient. Oh and the bar service was first rate...didn't ge... Read more

The room was nice, no complaints there, but I do want to warn travelers of my experience. I stayed at this hotel last week for 4 uneventful nights and checked out at 9am. returned the car, caught my flight and once home at 1pm, I realized I had left a $80.00 new never worn Hawaiian shirt hung in the closet. My wife and I were in the airport area looking for a place to possibly check in early. Motel 6, Super 8 and Extended Stay had some very rude young ladies working for them, so it was nice to encounter Amor, Jasmine and other smiling faces at Holiday Inn. Jeanette at night staff was very nice too. Only complaint was remote didn't work. Heater worked awesome! Keep smiling ladies and continue the great guest service!

The bathroom wall paper is pealing and has hair in sink. The toilet is dirty. The person that checked us was training and did a good job. The luggage rack is broken and un safe. I pointed it out and all they said was that they would have maintenance look at it. The experience for the stay was below average considering it is A Holiday Inn. We expected much better
