This hotel did everything possible to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The two ladies at the front desk Penny and Savannah are outstanding. I was actually shocked to find out that Savannah was in training! This hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is quiet so you will be able to get some rest. I can recommend this hotel very highly and especially because of the excellent service from the hotel staff Penny and Savannah.

We stayed at this hotel and found it to be very clean with a great staff. Our room was nice and big. The AC would kick on and I would freeze but when it turned off, I found it got warm too quickly. The hotel says it is in Old Town but it is not close enough to walk. However, the hotel was in a good location because it was just a block from the freeway and from there we had easy access to the city. After a full day of sight seeing, we would arrive back to the hotel for a few hours and there woul... Read more

Fresh, Clean, Attractive, Comfortable, and Friendly. This was our third stay at this location as we have traveled cross country from MI to AZ and back. Each time we have found it to be all of those each time. When I checked in, I mentioned that I had forgotten to reserve with our AAA rate; "no problem," our very friendly desk agent said, and we were afforded the lower rate. [Two days later, at a different HI Express, we were denied the AAA rate]. Though seven years old, we found this propert... Read more

This our go to place when visiting ABQ. The location is convenient for getting around town. Its also Indian owned, but unlike most motels, we're talking American Indian. Its a good thing. Fresh baked cookies when you check in and a decent breakfast as breakfast goes at franchise motels. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

This is a nice hotel, good clean rooms (hard bed), good breakfast, nice pool and spa, friendly staff. Best thing about it is the location across from the Indian Pueblo Center with an awesome restaurant. Definitely a good quality hotel. Just a tad pricey @ $140 incl tax. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and updated and the staff is friendly. It is only a quick 5 minute drive to Old Towne and right off the freeway so it was easy to get each day started. The free breakfast is what you would expect and the front desk was very nice to offer us water bottles before heading out for a local attraction. I would stay again.

Location was awesome, especially if visiting the Pueblo Indian Cultural Center across the street. The Starbucks next door was an added bonus! Visited during the heat wave and was checked into a hot room that wouldn't cool and had to move. Staff was dismissive but responsive and did eventually move us. Cable TV was very slow in responding which was annoying. Good breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently located near Interstate 40 and the Old Town. The receptionist was able to accommodate my request for a room with a mountain view. He followed it up with a call to our room to check that things were OK. Our dog stayed with us for an additional $25. The fitness center had three cardio machines and a multi-station weight machine. We spent three days at the Holiday Inn Express Old Town and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. And the beds were extremely comfortable. We were impressed that the hotel manager circulated through the breakfast area and greeted guests in the morning. That was a great personal touch. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and it's staff. It is a new hotel. Typical Holiday Inn Express. Nice bedding and linens and amenities. My only issue (though there are solutions) was that it was not within walking distance to Old Towne or to the Hotel Albuquerque. Cab rides (which we chose for convenience) were $8-$10 plus tip.
